This exploratory study with a qualitative approach aims to provide an overview about the condition of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia regarding the concept of equity ...management based on the economic entity assumption. Whereas equity (owner's capital and operating profit) is the acquisition of funds of the business that must be separated from the private entity that owns the funds. Research data are primary data obtained by in-depth interviews and direct observation. Guided by the latest regulation, PP Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 concerning the Ease, Protection, and Empowerment of Koperasi and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, researcher received responses from five business actors, each representing micro, small, and medium enterprises. This study found that the response of business actors at the micro, small, and medium levels was quite good about the awareness of separating business equity from private equity. However, in practice, the practice of equity management is proportional to the level of business, which means that the higher the level of business, the better the implementation of equity management that can be done. Implementation of equity management in small and medium enterprises is better than micro enterprises. With the enactment of PP Nomor 7 Tahun 2021, the government has expressed a commitment to raise micro-enterprises to the advance level. Thereby from this research, it is hoped that the government can make the issue of equity management in MSMEs as focus of regular guidance and assistance, especially for micro-enterprises.

In this context, communication has become one of the most important components in the success of every activity carried out by economic entities; it is the fundamental tool for communicating the objectives and results of the business to various partners. As a result of the intensification of the globalization process and the development of the complexity of economic and social activities, any entity has realized that it is no longer enough to be known, seen and analyzed financially, but rather to be credible to establish a channel. reliable communication between it and an increasingly demanding and sophisticated audience.
Regarding the complexity of the problems that society is facing today, the need for some ways to approach and analyse the phenomena, capable of ensuring a dynamic between micro and macro societal ...level interests, as well as the need for operational action solutions, based on a well-founded management on sustainable development models, able to face the new demands imposed by the competition of innovative economies led us this research. The current dimensions of the equity sources and its impact on enterprises acquire new values in their sustainable operation, and the assessment of own capital serves as the basis for calculating the indicators that characterize the financial state of enterprises. Therefore, the authors intend to develop an equity analysis on the example of S.C. AS Construct SRL Ilfov S.R.L, using both the 2019-2021 financial statements and the comparative analysis. The paper ends with the authors’ conclusions regarding the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of the use of own capital by economic entities.

The paper presents some theoretical and practical approaches realized as a result of the request of a collaborator of the institution of a thematic analysis. In this context, the information need was ...largely obtained from the thematically conducted interview and discussions on REVISAL technical-operational and accounting documents, on the legislation on staff salaries and rewards, on the fiscal discipline and on the annual financial statements. The scientific principles and approaches regarding managerial styles and the significant indicators for this case were identified. The trends of these indicators were also presented and the optimal salary expenditures were highlighted, together period and the effects with an impact in the efficiency of the management style practiced, in the further optimization of the salary expenses, in the increase of the level of personnel motivation and the assurance of high performances of the managed economic entity.
The state of the Ukrainian transport industry is characterized by a decline in passenger transportation, a critical level of financial support and tariffs for transportation services, a high degree ...of physical and moral deterioration of fixed assets. Self-financing is determined to be the main domestic source of financial security, and external sources include international support, credit and government support for transport industry entities. In a crisis, the transport industry needs substantial state support by creating conditions for cheaper credit resources, organizing public-private partnerships and micro-credit activities. The dynamics of internal sources of financing of the enterprises of the transport industry, which testify to the unprofitable activity of economic entities, are analyzed, although the indicators of the net income of the economic entities of the transport industry in Ukraine show steady growth. It is determined that the deterioration of the main means of state-forming economic activities of the country affects the competitiveness, slowdown of economic and social indicators of development of Ukraine, the level of technological risks and the burden on the ecological state of the environment. The structure of gross value added is analyzed, which shows the necessity of introducing the measures to reform the system of state and regional government, introducing new technologies, finding ways to attract investment in the development of this important sector of the economy. It is proved that one of the ways of development of the transport industry is to attract credit from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank and other international financial institutions. Such cooperation opens the opportunities for solving a number of problems for Ukrainian utilities and local self-government bodies. Ensuring the accelerated economic development of Ukraine is possible only if the efficient use of transport infrastructure as the main component of the national transport system and its dynamic development will take place.
