Istraživanje je sprovedeno s ciljem izdvajanja uloga učesnika u elektronskom maltretiranju, posebno uloge svedoka koja je u prethodnim istraživanjima često zanemarivana. Drugi cilj je bio ispitivanje ...nekih faktora rizika od uključenosti u elektronsko maltretiranje, a s obzirom na pripadnost određenoj ulozi u elektronskom maltretiranju. Uzorak je obuhvatio 285 učenika iz Sremske Mitrovice (141 mladić, 144 devojaka), uzrasta od 15 do 19 godina. U istraživanju je korišćen Revidiran inventar elektronskog maltretiranja (RCBI), zajedno sa kratkim upitnikom kojim se meri način i dužina vremena provedenog na internetu i roditeljska uključenost u vreme provedeno na internetu. Pored toga, primenjena je i kratka forma inventara Velikih pet plus dva za ispitivanje bazičnih dimenzija ličnosti. Na osnovu skorova na RCBI, ispitanici su podeljeni u pet grupa, odnosno uloga: oko 40% ispitanika ne učestvuje u maltretiranju ni na koji način, 14.7% ispitanika su svedoci, a za oko 45% ispitanika se može reći da su uključeni u maltretiranje kao nasilnici (6%), žrtve (13%) i nasilnici-žrtve (26%). U cilju predikcije pripadnosti nekoj od sačinjenih grupa, na osnovu određenih karakteristika ponašanja na internetu, roditeljske kontrole i osobina ličnosti, primenjena je multinominalna logistička regresija. Iako je model značajan, sve grupe se međusobno značajno ne razlikuju po ispitivanim varijablama. U odnosu na grupu adolescenata koji nisu uključeni u elektronsko maltretiranje, grupa nasilnika većinu vremena za računarom provodi na društvenim mrežama, uz višu roditeljsku kontrolu vremena provedenog na internetu. Grupa žrtava se ne razlikuje značajno od grupe neuključene u maltretiranje po ispitivanim varijablama, dok grupa svedoka izveštava o nižoj kontroli i interesovanju roditelja za vreme provedeno na internetu. Grupu nasilnika-žrtava karakteriše veći broj mladića, viša negativna valenca, niži neuroticizam i veća roditeljska kontrola/ograničavanje vremena provedenog na internetu.

this leads to the fact that the demands for development and implementation of
IT infrastructure for e-learning systems are becoming more complex. By
applying modern information and communication technologies, it is possible to

education institutions are faced with a significant number of challenges,
mainly regarding digital identity and access management. The first and
probably the greatest challenge is to prompt adoption and implementation of
digital identity management systems. Successful IT infrastructure for digital
identity management requires systematic thinking about identities and
interdependence which exists between them. The second challenge is to provide
support for a system which would be able to use all advantages of federation
systems for digital identities management. The development of such
federations among educational institutions enables mobility of users, content
and services. The main hypothesis devised and proven within the doctoral
thesis is that the application of a developed IT infrastructure model can
influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of e-learning systems. The
experimental part of the doctoral thesis is consisted of a research, directed
towards the validation of the proposed IT infrastructure model for
e-learning. Research was conducted in the Laboratory for E-Business at the
Faculty of Organizational Sciences. The results of the research showed that
the implemented model of IT infrastructure enabled the system of e-learning

Ogroman i brzi rast broja korisnika, usluga, obrazovnih sadržaja i potrebnih
resursa, suočavaju obrazovne ustanove i njihove sisteme elektronskog
obrazovanja sa izazovima optimizacije izdvajanja resursa, zahtevima dinamičke
konkurentnosti i sa kontrolom troškova ovakvih sistema. Sve ovo dovodi do
toga da su zahtevi za projektovanje i implementaciju IT infrastrukture
sistema za elektronsko obrazovanje sve kompleksniji. Primenom savremenih
informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija moguće je doprineti povećanju
efikasnosti, fleksibilnosti i ekonomičnosti sistema za elektronsko
obrazovanje. Uvođenjem modela IT infrastrukture za elektronsko obrazovanje,
zasnovanog na savremenom IT konceptu Cloud Computing-a, mogu se unaprediti
obrazovni procesi sa stanovišta pouzdanosti, skalabilnosti i ekonomičnosti
sistema. Nedovoljno razvijena naučna podrška primene koncepta Cloud
Computing-a u modelovanju IT infrastrukture u visokoškolskom obrazovanju
Republike Srbije i strateška važnost ovog koncepta, ukazuje na potrebu
postavljanja teorijske podrške njegovog efikasnijeg razvoja i primene. U tom
smislu je i predstavljen predmet istraživanja disertacije, koji se bazira na
definisanju i razvijanju planova i aktivnosti visokoškolskih ustanova,
vezanih za razvoj modela IT infrastrukture za elektronsko obrazovanje pomoću
Cloud Computing koncepta. Preispitujući postojeće i tražeći nove načine
pružanja usluga studentima i naučno-istraživačkom osoblju, visokoškolske
ustanove se suočavaju sa velikim brojem izazova uglavnom oko digitalnog
identiteta i upravljanja pristupom. Prvi i možda najveći izazov je kako da se
podstakne usvajanje i implementacija sistema za upravljanje digitalnim
identitetom. Uspešna IT infrastruktura za upravljanje digitalnim identitetom
zahteva celovito razmišljanje o identitetima i međuzavisnostima koje između
njih postoje. Drugi izazov je izgradnja podrške za sistem koji će moći da
iskoristi sve prednosti saveza sistema za upravljanje digitalnim
identitetima. Stvaranjem ovakvih saveza između obrazovnih ustanova obezbeđuje
se mobilnost korisnika, sadržaja i usluga. Glavna hipoteza koja je razvijena
i dokazana u okviru doktorske disertacije je da se primenom razvijenog modela
IT infrastrukture može uticati na efikasnost i ekonomičnost sistema za
elektronsko obrazovanje. U eksperimentalnom delu doktorske disertacije
realizovano je istraživanje usmereno ka validaciji predloženog modela IT
infrastrukture za elektronsko obrazovanje. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u
Laboratoriji za elektronsko poslovanje Fakulteta organizacionih nauka.
Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da implementirani model IT infrastrukture

Main hypothesis that is developed and proved in the dissertation is that implementation of system for student relationship management and integration into a learning management system improve performance of the educational process, provide high degree of collaboration among stakeholders in education and increase student satisfaction and loyalty. System for student relationship management provides plethora of services and tools that enable communication and collaboration among all entities in educational process, promotion of educational institutions and maintaining good relationships with students before and after graduating. Different technologies and platforms are discussed as solutions for development of system for student relationship management: cloud computing, digital identity management, social media, technologies for data analytics and mobile technologies. Software solutions for student relationship management and learning management systems are analyzed. Detailed analysis of scientific researches and results within the area of student relationship management was provided. In the central part of the dissertation, model for student relationship management was defined in details. Further, method for integration of the model and existing learning management system, Moodle. Suggested model included both infrastructure and architecture of the system for student relationship management, model for business processes realization, as well as model for evaluation. Upravljanje odnosima sa studentima se razmatra kao jedan od metoda za unapređenje procesa komunikacije između obrazovne institucije i studenata. Razvoj i sveprisutnost informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija omogućuje primenu naprednih alata i servisa za upravljanje odnosima sa studentima. Sistemi elektronskog obrazovanja obezbeđuju nove načine komunikacije i saradnje sa studentima. Predmet istraživanja doktorske disertacije je razvoj modela za upravljanje odnosima sa studentima u elektronskom obrazovanju. Glavna hipoteza koja je razvijena i dokazana u okviru doktorske disertacije jeste da se implementacijom sistema za upravljanje odnosima sa studentima i njegovom integracijom u sistem elektronskog obrazovanja poboljšavaju performanse obrazovnog procesa, ostvaruje visok stepen kolaboracije među učesnicima u obrazovanju i postiže veće zadovoljstvo i lojalnost studenata. significantly impacted the process of learning and teaching, ...as well as the
process of education strategy creation. Hence, the vast majority of
educational institutions and communities propose electronic education as one
of the emerging research trends in the education process development. Having
in mind that every education strategy bears certain risks, it is necessary to
design electronic education models in order to avoid potential complications
and maximize the benefits of the strategy. In order to enhance learning and
teaching efficiency, educational process needs to be enriched with modern
interactive content that stimulates students to actively participate in the
education process. Edutainment represents one of the prevailing methods that
enhance students’ active participation in the education process. The research
topic of the dissertation is the development of the edutainment model in
electronic education. The main hypothesis developed and proved in the
dissertation is that the implementation of the edutainment model in
electronic education enhances the performances and the quality of the
educational process, quality of communication and collaboration processes
between students and the educational institution, and achieves higher levels
of students’ satisfaction. Edutainment refers to a hybrid education method
that uses fun multimedia-based activities for materializing educational
activities. The process of electronic education is often supported by
Learning Management Systems (LMS). Moodle LMS is the most frequently used
software solution for managing educational materials and it serves as a
platform that integrates all implemented units of the dissertation. The
analysis of the existing learning management system served as a basis for
defining the structure of the proposed edutainment model in electronic
education. The base elements of the proposed model include defined goals,
preferences, motivation and needs of every student. The proposed edutainment
model in electronic education comprises the infrastructure, the edutainment
system architecture, and process of introducing edutainment into electronic
education and edutainment services. In the experimental part of the doctoral
thesis, the proposed edutainment model in electronic education was developed
and implemented in the educational process. Edutainment modules for Moodle
LMS were applied. Edutainment services on social networks and mobile
edutainment services were integrated with Moodle LMS. The listed services
were implemented and applied in the educational process in the Laboratory for
e-business of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Following the
implementation and application of the aforementioned services, research was
conducted in order to validate the proposed model. The research results
showed that the edutainment model application in electronic education
improved the learning process, as well as that the students consider that
this method of education suited their needs. The most significant scientific
contribution of the dissertation is the edutainment model in electronic
education development. The model provides simple and efficient changes and
adjustments for use in different environments. The model is suitable for
application in the higher education institutions in Serbia.- Dostupnost savremenih informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija znatno je
uticala na proces učenja i podučavanja, kao i na način kreiranja strategija
obrazovanja. Elektronsko obrazovanje jedan je od dominantnih pravaca razvoja
procesa obrazovanja u velikom broju obrazovnih institucija i zajednica.
Imajući u vidu da svaka strategija obrazovanja sa sobom nosi određene rizike,
neophodno je dizajnirati modele elektronskog obrazovanja kako bi se izbegli
potencijalni problemi i maksimizirale prednosti strategije. Kako bi se
povećala efikasnost učenja i podučavanja, obrazovni proces je neophodno
obogatiti atraktivnim interaktivnim sadržajem, koji studente uključuje u
proces obrazovanja kao aktivne učesnike. Učenje kroz igru predstavlja jednu
od savremenih metoda obrazovnog procesa koja doprinosi aktivnom učešću
studenata u procesu obrazovanja. Predmet istraživanja doktorske disertacije
jeste razvoj modela učenja kroz igru u elektronskom obrazovanju. Glavna
hipoteza koja je razvijena i dokazana u okviru doktorske disertacije jeste da
se implementacijom modela učenja kroz igru u elektronsko obrazovanje
poboljšavaju performanse i kvalitet obrazovnog procesa, kvalitet komunikacije
i saradnje između studenata i obrazovne institucije i postigne veće
zadovoljstvo studenata. Učenje kroz igru (edutainment) se odnosi na hibridni
metod obrazovanja koji koristi zabavne aktivnosti zasnovane na multimediji za
realizaciju edukativnih aktivnosti. U procesu elektronskog obrazovanja često
se upotrebljava sistem za upravljanje učenjem (Learning Management System-
LMS). Moodle LMS je najčešće korišćeno softversko rešenje za upravljanje
obrazovnim materijalima koje integriše sve realizovane celine doktorske
disertacije. Na osnovu analize postojećeg sistema za upravljanje učenjem,
definisana je struktura predloženog modela učenja kroz igru u elektronskom
obrazovanju. Kaopolazni osnov za izgradnju modela definisani su ciljevi,
preferencije, motivacija i potrebe svakog studenta. Predloženi model učenja
kroz igru u elektronskom obrazovanju obuhvata infrastrukturu, arhitekturu
sistema učenja kroz igru, proces uvođenja učenja kroz igru u elektronsko
obrazovanje i servise učenja kroz igru. U eksperimentalnom delu doktorske
disertacije predloženi model učenja kroz igru u elektronskom obrazovanju
razvijen je i implementiran u nastavnom procesu. Primenjeni su moduli za učenje
kroz igru u Moodle LMS, a edutainment servisi na društvenim mrežama i mobilni
edutainment servisi integrisani su sa Moodle LMS-om. Navedeni servisi
primenjeni su u nastavnom procesu u Laboratoriji za elektronsko poslovanje
Fakulteta organizacionih nauka. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da primena
modela učenja kroz igru unapređuje proces učenja, i da studenti smatraju da im
ovakav vid obrazovanja izuzetno odgovara. Najznačajniji naučni doprinos
doktorske disertacije jeste razvoj modela učenja kroz igru u elektronskom
obrazovanju. Model se može jednostavno i efikasno menjati i prilagođavati za
primenu u različitim okruženjima, a pogodan je za primenu u visokoškolskim

The strategic importance of applying the concept of digital certificates and its underdevelopment in electronic commerce of Serbia, points to the need of setting Theoretical support for its efficient development and implementation. In this sense, the subject of this dissertation is to improve the development and deployment of digital certificates, which are focused on building specific Public Key Infrastructure - PKI system, which should be designed to be efficient and flexible solution to light of different PKI requirements. Construction of an information system based on statistical analysis of the effectiveness of PKI and digital certificates. The analysis is to define the business needs of PKI in accordance with the development of electronic services, using modern methods for static evaluation. The main objectives are that, based on statistical methods and analysis of real data available from the process of PKI, it is possible to identify latent system parameters, which would be adequate identification and application of quality management processes contribute to the improvement of PKI digital certificates in electronic commerce and make the automation of key management processes PKI digital certificates of the selected system, using statistical methods, in order to integrate the appropriate statistical model. The experimental part of a doctoral dissertation relates to the application model, which is the use of digital certificates, which are defined activities that have a strategic role in promoting e-business, determining the degree of importance of activities and measuring its effectiveness. In this module, using applicative statistical analysis we came to the target architecture PKI system, which gave the best results in the practical application of modern business environments. For the development of digital certificates is critical information because they provide information on which users of electronic services, making more efficient and effective decisions and therefore increase the level of satisfaction with life.- U okviru ove doktorske disertacije, pod razvojem digitalnih sertifikata podrazumeva se uvođenje koncepta infrastrukture javnih ključeva PKI (PKI - Public Key Infrustructure) sistema, koje objedinjuje mnoštvo elemenata i pojava iz domena računarske statistike, informaciono – komunikacionih tehnologija i elektronskog poslovanja. Strateška važnost primene koncepta digitalnih sertifikata i njegova nedovoljna razvijenost u elektronskom poslovanju Republike Srbije,ukazuje na potrebu postavljanja teorijske podrške njegovog efikasnog razvoja i primene.U tom smislu,predmet istraživanja ove disertacije predstavlja unapređenje razvoja i uvođenja digitalnih sertifikata, koji su usmereni na izgradnju određene infrastrukture javnih ključeva - PKI sistema, koji treba da bude dizajniran tako da bude efikasan i fleksibilan u cilju lakog rešavanja različitih PKI zahteva. Izgradnja informacionog sistema bazira se na statističkoj analizi efikasnosti primene PKI sistema i digitalnih sertifikata. Osnovni ciljevi su da, na osnovu statističkih metoda i analize dostupnih realnih podataka iz procesa PKI sistema, je moguće prepoznati latentne parametre sistema, čija bi adekvatna identifikacija i primena kvalitativno doprinela poboljšanju procesa upravljanja digitalnim sertifikatima PKI sistema u elektronskom poslovanju i izvršiti automatizaciju ključnih procesa upravljanja digitalnim sertifikatima odabranog PKI sistema, putem statističkih metoda, sa ciljem da se objedine u odgovarajući statistički model. Eksperimentalni deo doktorske disertacije odnosi se na aplikacioni model, koji predstavlja primenu digitalnih sertifikata, gde su definisane aktivnosti koje imaju stratešku ulogu u unapređenju elektronskog poslovanja, određivanju stepena značaja aktivnosti i merenja efekta njegove primene. Na ovakvom aplikativno modulu uz primenu statističkih analiza došli smo do ciljne arhitekture PKI sistema, koji je dao najbolje rezultate u praktičnoj primeni savremenim poslovnim okruženjima. Za razvoj digitalnih sertifikata presudne su informacije, jer pružaju podatke na osnovu kojih korisnici elektronskih servisa,donose efikasnije i efektivnije odluke i samim tim povećavaju stepen zadovoljstva života. Istraživanje prikazano u radu provedeno je u svrhu određivanja svojstava agregata obloženog geopolimerom na bazi letećeg pepela i utjecaja tih svojstava na karakteristike bitumenskih mješavina. ...Provedeno je ispitivanje agregata, analiza letećeg pepela i geopolimera na bazi letećeg pepela mikroskopom za elektronsko skeniranje (SEM), ispitivanje mješavina Marshallovom metodom, indirektno vlačno ispitivanje, ispitivanje reologije reometrom s dinamičkim smicanjem (DSR) te ispitivanje bitumenskih mješavina s agregatom obloženim geopolimerom na bazi letećeg pepela opetovanim opterećenjem.
