RESUMEN El artículo aborda el tema del impacto del asesoramiento y el liderazgo intermedio en la mejora educativa de un contexto escolar. Se focaliza en el desempeño profesional de los servicios de ...apoyo escolar desde su posición estratégica como agentes de mejora y colegas críticos y desde modelos de conexión y colaborativos. Presenta un estudio de caso en una zona educativa que va mejorando significativamente. Se analiza el desempeño profesional de un líder intermedio a partir de la opinión de los interlocutores con los que trabaja. El estudio se desarrolló a lo largo de cuatro cursos académicos. Utiliza grupos de discusión y entrevistas en profundidad. Concluye que la asesoría colaborativa es posible y es valorada positivamente; y que el orientador tiene un rol relevante como líder intermedio.
RESUMO O artigo trata do impacto da assessoria e da liderança intermediária na melhoria educacional em contexto escolar. Concentra-se no desempenho profissional dos serviços de apoio escolar a partir de sua posição estratégica como agentes de melhoria e colegas críticos, a partir de modelos de conexão e colaboração. Apresenta um estudo de caso em uma área educacional que está melhorando significativamente. O desempenho profissional de um líder intermediário é analisado com base na opinião dos interlocutores com quem ele trabalha. O estudo foi desenvolvido ao longo de quatro anos acadêmicos. Utiliza grupos de discussão e entrevistas detalhadas. Conclui que o aconselhamento colaborativo é possível e é valorizado positivamente; o conselheiro tem um papel relevante como líder intermediário.
ABSTRACT The article deals with the impact of counselling and middle leadership on educational improvement in a school context. It focuses on the professional performance of school support services from their strategic position as improvement agents and critical colleagues, from connection and collaborative models. It presents a case study in an educational area that is improving significantly. The professional performance of a middle leader is analysed based on the opinion of the interlocutors with whom he or she works. The study was developed over four academic years. It uses discussion groups and in-depth interviews. It concludes that collaborative counselling is possible and positively valued; as well as that the mentor has a relevant role as an intermediate leader.
Currently, all members of the educational community have a relevant role in the development of professional competences on the sustainability of students. This is supported by the findings obtained ...by different research studies carried out in different countries and which show the need to characterize and evaluate the practice of EGS as key agents in the training and counseling of teachers on sustainability topics, which, in turn, is the goal of this study. To address this, we have conducted an exploratory study based on the case study of EGS members in the metropolitan area of Granada (Spain) that has helped us to profile the professional practice of its members in the development of professional competences in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Answers to a questionnaire provided by 43 teachers who are linked to the EGS have been investigated in addition to an interview to six formal members of the EGS. Results evidence that transmit some values over others correlates positively with the type of competences for sustainability that they promote. Therefore, this shows the interrelation of these competencies with the teaching-learning process and, consequently, with the promotion of an education for sustainability. We conclude that counseling on participatory methodologies, working on values, competences, and curricular sustainability, as well as the cross-curricular nature of the content that is imparted, are the most effective ways from which these teacher guidance services can promote the development of professional competences linked to sustainability in schools.
The group guidance service model is one of the solutions done to increase the competence of counselor candidate, as the model will help students to know their self to be better. This service ...guidance is done by designing a program, implementing, evaluating, grasping the concept, and doing an assessment. The purpose of this study is to develop group guidance service model which can be accepted by the students to escalate the competence of counselor candidate. Another goal is to know the effectivity of the model in increasing the competence of counselor candidate. The type of this study is research and development by using development strategy model. The development cycles consist of product development, testing the product, revising, retesting, and re-revising until the product is considered proper to be used. Based on the study result, we can conclude that group guidance service model is acceptable, appropriate to be used, and useful to help in increasing the competence of counselor candidate. It is proven based on the sig value by comparing data of pre-test and post-test. The sig value (0.000) is lower than the standard (0.05). Therefore, there is significant influence between group guidance service model in increasing the competence of counselor candidate.
The general objective of the study is to describe the needs of junior high school counselor toward CER-based socio-personal guidance service in order to improve the virtue of junior high school ...students. During the conduct of the study, the researcher implemented the survey design in order to attain the description data. The results of the study show that the counselors need CER-based media for improving the virtue of the junior high school students. Therefore, the counselor should search, find, create and even design the CER-based service media.Abstrak: Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah mengetahui deskripsi kebutuhan konselor sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) akan media layanan bimbingan pribadi sosial berbasis CER untuk meningkatkan karakter kebajikan siswa SMP. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain survei untuk mendapatkan data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konselor membutuhkan media berbasis CER untuk meningkatkan karakter kebajikan siswa SMP. Oleh karena itu, konselor harus mencari, menemukan, dan berkreasi, bahkan membuat media layanan berbasis CER.
In recent years there has been substantial growth in the prevalence of ad-hoc data exchange arrangements between local traffic authorities and commercial traffic information service providers. ...Although these arrangements are widely regarded as mutually beneficial, in fact to date, no comprehensive analysis exists of the operation of this information market, nor of its consequences for the different market participants involved. To address this gap, this paper presents a new framework which enables the analysis of the long-term outcomes of various collaboration schemes for traffic information service providers, local traffic authorities and network users. The framework is based on a bi-level non-cooperative Nash game in which the upper level represents the data exchange arrangements between local traffic authorities and commercial traffic information service providers and the lower level represents the impact of the provided information services on network users. The framework is flexible and can accommodate a variety of different market structures and commercial behaviours. The game theoretic model is formulated and solved as an equivalent equilibrium problem with equilibrium constraints. Numerical experiments are undertaken using this framework to explore the consequence of a number of commonly observed real-world data exchange arrangements. This analysis leads to three general conclusions. First, the results suggest that when a local traffic authority seeks only to minimise the total network travel time and offers free collaboration schemes, it should collaborate with all the cooperating service providers in the market. Second, if conversely, a local traffic authority seeks only to maximise its revenue from selling its data to service providers, it should be aware that its revenue does not always increase by selling the data to more service providers, since the willingness of service providers to pay for data declines as more providers are granted access. And finally, if a local traffic authority seeks to establish paid schemes that balance the benefit to network users and its own revenue benefits, then circumstances can easily arise in which these two objectives are in conflict with one another.
Learning motivation was considered as a crucial factor for students especially those living in the orphanages. The orphans, certainly, had lack of facilities and attention in learning. The purpose of ...this research is to know and improve the orphans learning motivation by group guidance service. This was an experimental research which used one group pretest post-test design. The result of the research revealed that there was an improvement on the orphanages’ learning motivation at Panti Asuhan Al-Falah Padang before and after the treatment given.
The low prosocial behavior of students can inhibit the developmental tasks of adolescent such as the inability of appreciating others and getting others’ respect. Group guidance can be used to ...improve students’ prosocial behavior. The aim of this study was to reveal the effectiveness of group guidance service with modeling techniques in improving students’ prosocial behavior. This quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest control group design aims to find out whether group guidance services with modeling techniques can improve students' prosocial behavior or not. Two groups were selected by using purposive sampling. They were selected from Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) Rabbi Radhiyya Curup Tengah and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Muhammadiyah Curup Timur. Each group consisted of 10 students. There were five meetings of group guidance service for each experimental and control group. The data of prosocial behavior were collected by using pretest and posttest, then they were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Sample with SPSS version 16.00. The findings of this study were: (1) there was a significant difference between students’ pretest and posttest of prosocial behavior in the experimental group, (2) there was a significant difference between students’ pretest and posttest of prosocial behavior in the control group, (3) there was a significant difference between posttests of students’ prosocial behavior in the experimental and the control group. Based on those findings, it is concluded that the students’ prosocial behavior can be improved through group guidance with modeling techniques. Therefore, it is suggested for counseling teachers to do group guidance by using modeling techniques, especially in enhancing prosocial behavior and other social behaviors.
This research were to see the difference between learning motivation of students in the experimental group taught by applying group guidance service through understanding the verses of Alquran in ...pretest and posttest, the difference between learning motivation of the students in the experimental group taught by applying group guidance service throught understanding the verses of Alquran and that of the students in the countrol group taught by applying group guidance service without understanding the verses of Alquran in pretest and posttest, and the difference between learning motivation of the students in the experimental group guidance services throught understanding the verses of a Alquran and that of students in the control group guidance taught by applying group guidance service throught understanding the verses of Alquran. This research aplied pretest posttest control group design. Throught this research, the researcher gave a pretest to both sample groups. They then got different treatment. After the treatment was done, a posttest was administrated to both groups. This kind of eksperimental researches would ensure that the difference (if the result is different) occurs between the experimental group and the control group is as the influence of the treatment given. The resesarch findings indicated that learning motivation of the students taught by applying group guidance service throught understanding the verses of Alquran increased.
Aim research is to analyze how the pedagogical practices of teachers are redefined in correspondence with the concepts, senses and meanings of Huilense school guidance, with a research approach from ...the holistic understanding of science, using the Holopraxic method. The techniques are unstructured interviews and non-participant observation, qualitative data analysis techniques, categorization and triangulation. The results deepen six categories, organization of school guidance from the functionality of projects, the interrelation with the community as a whole and education with a human sense of compensation, mediation to reconcile, the emotional burden of the caregiver, and finally, the service of school guidance focused on credibility, it is concluded that the pedagogical practices of the counselors arise from planning, starting from identifying risks and designing strategies, in the relationship with the community based on collective participation and the humanization of education comprising three elements: accompaniment , awareness and intervention, the emotional burdens that impact well-being are deepened, giving importance to caring for the caregiver, finally, the perception of the counselor and prevailing need for credibility of the guidance service, there being correspondence between the pedagogical practices of the counselors and their concepts , senses and meanings.
El objetivo es analizar en qué manera se resignifican las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes en correspondencia con los conceptos, sentidos y significados de la orientación escolar huilense, con un enfoque de investigación desde la comprensión holística de la ciencia, usando el método Holopráxico. Las técnicas son las entrevistas inestructuradas y observación no participante, técnicas de análisis de datos cualitativos categorización y triangulación. Los resultados profundizan seis categorías, organización de la orientación escolar desde la funcionalidad de proyectos, la interrelación con la comunidad en colectividad y la educación con sentido humano de resarcimiento, la mediación para reconciliar, la carga emocional del cuidador, y finalmente, el servicio de orientación escolar centrado en la credibilidad, se concluye que las prácticas pedagógicas de los orientadores surgen desde planear, partiendo de identificar riesgos y diseñar estrategias, en la relación con la comunidad a partir de participaciones colectivas y la humanización de la educación comprendiendo tres elementos: acompañamiento, sensibilización e intervención, se profundiza las cargas emocionales que impactan el bienestar, dando importancia de cuidar al cuidador, finalmente, la percepción del orientador e imperante necesidad de credibilidad del servicio de orientación, existiendo correspondencia entre las prácticas pedagógicas de los orientadores y sus conceptos, sentidos y significados.
