The article scientifically substantiates the insights on the theory and the practice of using microchromatic in modern musical art, defines compositional and expressive possibilities of microtonal ...system in the works of composers of XXI century. It justifies the author's interpretation of the concept of «ultrahromatizm», as a principle of musical thinking, which is connected with the sound space conception as the space-time continuum. The paper identifies the correlation of the notions «microchromatism» and «ultrahromatizm». If microchromosome is understood, first and for most, as the technique of dividing the sound into microparticles, ultrahromatizm is interpreted as the principle of musical and artistic consciousness, as the musical focus of consciousness on the formation of the specific model of sound meditation and understanding of the world.

One of America's most eminent nature poets, Robert Pack has won the acclaim of writers, critics, and readers from Stephen Jay Gould to Mark Strand. In his latest collection, Laughter Before Sleep, ...Pack carries on his themes of family and friends, responsibility to the natural world of evolved diversity, the transience of life, the fragility of happiness, and the consolations offered by art and music. Laughter Before Sleep weighs the nature of endings from the perspective of old age and embraces the humor and play of memory that keep mortality at bay.As we are carried along with Pack's lyrical, sensitive, and intelligent verse, he takes us on a moving but often comic journey toward the end of life. In the opening section, Pack composes poems that meditate upon a sense of his own diminishing and the meaning of absences. The middle sections form episodes of a memoir in verse, moving from family to history and back again, reflecting on the power of anecdote to shape a life in retrospect. With the final section, Pack recalls his unfulfilled plan to raise penguins in Montana, offers a panegyric on Darwin's nose, and makes the mistake of trying to impress a police officer with a book of poems. Filled with charm and wit but also with philosophical melancholy, Laughter Before Sleep is a superb addition to the poet's oeuvre.
The article deals with the main principles of forming the foundations of the national culture of the primary school aged children. The issue of studying and implementing the artistic education ...principles is fundamental in modern education, because the development of a methodological model is based on the certain principles of teaching. The author notes that the scholars have substantiated the need to use the achievements of folk art during the upbringing of the future generation (P. Blonskyi, H. Vashchenko, H. Vynohradov, T. Demianchuk, M. Kostrytsa, Yu. Rudenko, S. Rusova, O. Smoliak, M. Stelmakhovych, V. Sukhomlynskyi, etc.). The consistent adherence to the principles of general pedagogical and musical education contributes to the development of the musical education process for primary schoolchildren. The most important didactic principles of general primary education at school should be considered: the principle of integrity, continuity and promising, natural correspondence, awareness and efficiency of knowledge, activating cognitive activity, independence and individualization, the principle of visibility. From the standpoint of the systematic approach, the basic principles of artistic learning of students are analyzed. The principles of formation of the basis of younger schoolchildren’s national culture, namely: the principle of artistic self-identification with their nation, are determined; the principle of tolerance and mutual respect for intercultural artistic communications; the principle of personal cultivation; the principle of intensification of artistic and national development. The principles of forming the basics of primary schoolchildren’s national culture focus on the aesthetic values of folk art, the development of needs in it, which becomes an initial step of immersion of the child in the environment of aesthetic phenomena. The consistent acquaintance of the students with the logic of the formation and development of the main components of the nature of folk art (naturalness, spontaneity, collectivity, vivid imagery, tradition, etc.) promotes a deeper perception, understanding and formation of the spirituality of the younger generation.
In the article the functional analysis of future music art teachers’ training for singing activity of comprehensive school senior students is depicted. This issue is very important because improving ...educators and musicians’ training contributes not only to professional selfactualisation, but also to young generation’s encouraging for thorough learning music art works and their creative development in the process of group music tuitions. Extracurricular singing activity also plays an important part. It reveals art images to students, enriching creativity experience, forms the spiritual world, develops independent thinking, awakens creativity. The author points out the main functions of future music art teachers’ training. They are system and value, information, communication, creative and transformative, projective functions. The special attention is paid to characterizing the features of each function. The author claims that system and value function relates to the necessity to analyze the results of the educational process that contributes to productive solving problems by students and main tasks of music training. Information function is a subject background of art music teachers’ and pedagogical activities. Communicative function is realized in a teacher’s ability to develop the student’ initiative to plan cooperative activities, to be able to distribute duties, to carry out instructions, to coordinate cooperative activities, to create special situations for the implementation of educational influence. The analysis of pedagogical and methodological literature shows that The creative and transformative function is manifested in the creative use of pedagogical and methodological ideas in specific pedagogical conditions. The projective function is thought to promote the most complete realization of content of comprehensive and art education. Functional analysis of students’ training of art faculties at pedagogical universities to singing work with students allows to identify that, having a complex structure, the music art teachers’ activities have complex multilevel system, and it is possible to single out a number of relatively independent functions, the use of which contributes to optimizing the process of professional training at art education university.
predmeta Glazbena kultura. Rezultati bi se mogli tumačiti nedovoljnom satnicom
nastave glazbe u općeobrazovnim kurikulima, kao i nedovoljnom satnicom nastave
glazbe na studijskim programima učiteljskih fakulteta. Navedeno ukazuje na potrebu
cjeloživotnoga obrazovanja učitelja u području glazbe i reviziju studijskih programa

Throughout the history of mankind the ruling power-holders have abstained from pursuing an expressive course with reference to their perspectives into the arts. The arts have either been excluded, ...forbidden as a whole, or transformed into a tool, rather than an end, in line with the expectations of some interests. In this regard, almost every aspect of art has got their own shares, and as a result of such approaches, the arts have been drifted into a steady process. Works of music, having witnessed the historical process, have never lost their quality as the indicators of experiences, and mirroring the social transformation, so to speak, they have unveiled whatever events have taken place. Within the framework of contact with the means of mass-communication, the insights into depth in time and prevalence in space have been replaced by the elimination of the notions of time and space in the course of time. This acquired position has reached such an extent that the society has been oriented towards being unresponsive, even in the persuasion process of communities by means of the media through a number of subliminal messages concealed in the content of music in order to fulfill some political interests, and the targeted results have been achieved. This aspect of the arts, having attained such an extraordinary power, has today overcome the risk of being disregarded and begun to serve as a weapon, so to speak. Witnessing such a transformation of the society's emotions and language into a weapon that produces destructive effects has created deep impacts on artists and artlovers with no less damage than the arts have been exposed to
