À partir de la notion de « récit alternatif », développée par Nicolas Bourriaud (2006), nous verrons comment ces oeuvres théâtrales originales invitent à un nouvel usage du monde.

Postproduction handling of drug products during preparation or clinical use may affect the structure and efficacy of the drug and perhaps remain unnoticed. Since chemical ...modifications can impact the product's structure, stability, and biological activity, this study investigates the impact of elevated temperature and subtle shift in pH on the drug product post-dilution in saline. The mAb sample diluted in saline for administration was stressed at elevated temperature and slightly acidic pH condition. Extended stability studies were performed and monitored for size and charge heterogeneity. Size heterogeneity shows no significant changes, whereas charge heterogeneity shows an increase in basic variants and a reduction in main species. Further, basic variants were isolated and characterized to identify the type and site of chemical modification. Intact mass analysis and peptide mapping identify that the basic variants were attributed mainly to the isomerization of HC Asp102 into iso-Asp or its succinimide intermediate. Four basic variants were found to exhibit similar structural properties as the main and control samples. However, basic variants showed reduced binding affinity to HER2 receptor, while there was no significant difference in FcRn binding. The results indicate that modification in the HC Asp102, which is present in the CDR, affects antigen binding and thus can influence the potency of the drug product. Hence, with the conventional stability studies required to license the drug product, including in-use or extended stability studies to mimic the postproduction handling would be desirable.

Topical Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) is a minimally invasive technique used in various medical specialties. The method involves the use of a light source and a photosensitizer leading to the release of Reactive Oxygen Species and a cytotoxic effect on lesional tissue. PDT can treat various lesions , and in particular Oral Potentially Malignant Disorders (OPMD).
We present a case illustrating the feasibility of PDT in the treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP). To objectively evaluate the clinical evolution, we used postproduction analysis of the photo taken before (T0), seven days after (T1), and twenty-eight days (T2) after PDT. Lesional measures were used to rate each picture on the Thongprasom score, Clinical Severity Index, and Efficacy Index.
Postproduction analysis showed a significant decrease in dimensions and concomitant improvement on all evaluated scales. Our results ar in line with previous literature on the application of PDT to OPMD and specifically confirm the benefit of this therapeutic approach in OLP. Postproduction analysis appears to be a useful tool to further validate this technique.

This paper gives an overview of the state-of-the-art in 3-D video postproduction and processing as well as an outlook to remaining challenges and opportunities. First, fundamentals of stereography ...are outlined that set the rules for proper 3-D content creation. Manipulation of the depth composition of a given stereo pair via view synthesis is identified as the key functionality in this context. Basic algorithms are described to adapt and correct fundamental stereo properties such as geometric distortions, color alignment, and stereo geometry. Then, depth image-based rendering is explained as the widely applied solution for view synthesis in 3-D content creation today. Recent improvements of depth estimation already provide very good results. However, in most cases, still interactive workflows dominate. Warping-based methods may become an alternative for some applications in the future, which do not rely on dense and accurate depth estimation. Finally, 2-D to 3-D conversion is covered, which is an important special area for reuse of existing legacy 2-D content in 3-D. Here various advanced algorithms are combined in interactive workflows.
Due to the increasing awareness of the depletion of fossil fuel resources and environmental issues, biodiesel as alternative fuel has become more and more attractive in the recent years. In this ...research, the characterization of herbal industry wastes as a potential feedstock for biodiesel production was carried out. There results of analytical identification of the fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) obtained in the transesterification reaction are presented. The reaction conditions were optimized, considering hexane ratio and catalyst concentration (methanol and KOH) for both steps. The FAME were extracted from the herbal samples by ultrasound-assisted extraction and subsequently were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) using single ion monitoring (SIM) method. Additionally, the selected properties of some bioesters were analyzed. This study determined the compounds which are ideal for fuel production. The unsaturated fatty acids were found in higher amounts than saturated fatty acids. Linoleic acid (C18:2n6c) was the major unsaturated fatty acid in herbal wastes, while palmitic acid (16:0) was the major saturated fatty acid. The application of the optimized method also revealed differences in the physical and chemical properties of isolated FAME mixtures compared to conventional diesel fuel. In this research work, for the first time, the possibilities of using the herbal industry wastes as a potential feedstock for biodiesel production are assessed.

Strict control of morphogenesis is essential in production of potted poinsettia. Commonly, this is obtained by the use of plant growth retardants (PGRs), often in combination with early morning temperature drops. Due to negative effects on human health and the environment, the use of PGRs is becoming restricted. Also, energy-saving growth regimes and periods of high temperatures limit effective use of temperature drops. In the present study the use of a high proportion of blue (B) light provided by light emitting diodes LEDs, 20% blue (B), 80% red (R) was compared with traditional high pressure sodium (HPS) lamps (5% B) providing similar phytochrome photostationary state to produce compact poinsettia plants. Both in the greenhouse and growth chamber, all cultivars were 20–34% shorter for LED compared to HPS grown plants. Also, leaf and bract area as well as chlorophyll content and total dry matter accumulation were lower under LED. The LED did not delay bract color formation, visible cyathia and flowering compared to HPS, and no difference in post production performance (cyathia/bract abscission or necrosis) between the two light treatments was found. The effect of end of day-red (EOD-R) lighting combination with LED and HPS supplemental lamps during the photoperiod in the greenhouse was also investigated. Reduced stem extension (13%) was observed under HPS only and for one of the two cultivars tested, whereas under the LED regime, there was no effect of EOD-R lighting.
