ZusammenfassungIm DFG-geförderten Projekt „Doing gender and sexuality while doing group. Zur Verschränkung von kollektiver und personaler (Selbst‑)Bildung in der queeren Jugendarbeit“ wird erforscht, ...wie Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene in der queeren Gruppenarbeit zu lesbischen, schwulen, bisexuellen, trans*, inter*, asexuellen/aromantischen und queeren Jugendlichen (LSBT*IAQ) gebildet werden und sich selbst bilden. Das ethnographische Forschungsprojekt analysiert, wie durch diese Bildungsangebote eine Sozialität geschaffen wird, in der Jugendliche eine Identität ausbilden und einüben (können). Im Zentrum des Erkenntnisinteresses steht die Verschränkung von individuellen und kollektiven Bildungsprozessen.
Neste texto, procuramos tematizar diferentes formas como gênero e sexualidade informam práticas e decisões no âmbito do Supremo Tribunal Federal, ao tempo que políticas de gênero e sexualidade são ...operadas por seus ministros. Para tanto, valemonos da análise dos votos dos ministros em nove casos implicados em controvérsias públicas de gênero e sexualidade. Com isso, objetivamos investigar: a) as práticas generificadas de estruturação dos acórdãos produzidos no STF; e b) como seus ministros se empenham em uma gramática de sofrimento e na articulação da figura da vítima para reconhecer ou negar direitos. This paper aims to address different ways in which gender and sexuality shape practices and decisions in the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court, considering that the judges of the court set and define gender and sexuality related policies. Therefore, we analyze nine cases involving gender and sexuality public controversies. We aim to explore: a) the gendered practices of structuring the text of the Court's rulings; and b) whether the judges commit to build a "grammar of suffering" and how they articulate the role of the victim to recognize or deny rights. O presente artigo objetiva analisar diferentes modos como gênero e sexualidade operam nos votos dos ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal acerca da (des)criminalizaçãodo porte pessoal de drogas, por ...ocasião do Recurso Extraordinário 635.659/2011. Para tanto, dedica-se especialmente à análise da mobilização das categorias "famílias" e "ambientes honestos", manejadas nos votos dos ministros, correlacionando-as ainda às tomadas de posição de outros agentes de Estado atuantes na controvérsia pública acerca da "questão das drogas" no país. The following paper aims to analyze the different ways in which the terms gender and sexuality are operated in the decisions of the members of the Brazilian Supreme Court when it comes to the case of (de)criminalization of drug possession for personal use specifically in the "Recurso Extraordinário" 635.659/2011 (a special kind of appeal directed only to the Supreme Court). To reach this goal, we give special attention to the categories "family" and "honest environment", which are mentioned in the rulings of the members, and correlate this analysis with the positions of other State agents when it concerns the matter of drugs in Brazil.
