Bu araştırmada, uzay turizm ile ilgili yapılan çalışmaların zaman içindeki gelişim süreçlerinin çeşitli parametreler kullanılarak analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda bibliyometrik analiz ...yöntemi ile incelenmiş makalelerin alan yazındaki durumu ortaya çıkarılmıştır. WoS veri tabanında uzay ve turizm (space-tourism) kelimeleri beraber kullanılarak veri taraması yapılmıştır. Yapılan tarama sonucunda 1988-2023 yılları arasında 461 adet makaleye ulaşılmıştır. İçerikleri incelendikten sonra uzay turizmi ile ilgili olan 180 adet makaleden oluşan veri seti kullanılmıştır. Ulaşılan çalışmalar yazarların alana katkıları, yayın üretiminden en etkin ülkeler ve kurumlar, yıllara göre dağılım, anahtar kelimeler, atıf analizi gibi çeşitli parametrelere ve frekans sıklığına göre sınıflandırılarak anlamlandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda uzay turizmi ile ilgili yayınların henüz emekleme döneminde olduğu ancak 2020 yılından itibaren ise makale sayısında artış gözlemlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda uzay turizminin gelişmesiyle birlikte akademik çalışmaların niceliğinde artacağı ve araştırma yöntemlerinin çeşitleneceği ileri sürülebilir. Bu makale, Kocaeli Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Turizm İşletmeciliği Anabilim Dalı’nda yürütülmüş, “Uzay Turizmi Alanında Yapılan Çalışmaların Bibliyometrik Analiz Tekniği ile İncelenmesi” başlıklı yüksek lisans tezinden üretilmişti.
This study aimed to analyze research development on space tourism over time using various parameters through a bibliometric analysis approach. Accordingly, a bibliometric analysis of articles in the Web of Science database between years of 1988-2023 was performed. As a result of the scanning, a total of 461 studies were reached and only 180 academic articles that are related with space travel and tourism were selected. The studies reached were classified according to various parameters such as subject, keyword, author, journal/institute, publication date and frequency. As a result, publications on space tourism are still in their infancy, but the number of articles has increased since 2020. In this context, it can be suggested that with the development of space tourism, research methods will also diversify with the increasing quantity of academic studies.
A particular interpretative key of the characteristics of Calabria in the eyes of travellers of the past revolves around the expression «we suffer and enjoy», reported by the Abbot Giovanni Battista ...Pacichelli in his famous volume Il regno di Napoli in prospettiva, published in Naples in 1703 after a methodical expedition completed about ten years earlier. From a story by Leandro Alberti, Bologna, 1525, in the tales of ancient "tourists", the suffered hardships due to difficult internal road connections - which forced travellers to favour sea travel - were offset by the enjoyment of the exceptional nature of the landscapes, which often included villages. It was only from the travel chronicles of Henry Swinburne, who arrived in Calabria in 1777, that the parameters of judgment on the one hand opened to include the features of popular folklore, while on the other, they focused more on the illuminist origins of the feudal system and the monopolies (of the King and feudal Lords). Tourists interpreted the "different" behaviour of the inhabitants of the region, not as a sign of uncultured, but of a different culture.¬ However, in the Voyage Pittoresque, the texts written by the abbot of Saint-Non, based on the diary of Dominique Vivant Denon - head of his expedition who twice travelled to Calabria, in the spring and autumn of 1778 - reflect the essence of the landscape of the region as the result of a miraculous balance between nature and the work of man.
Araştırmanın konusunu, son zamanlarda dikkat çeken ancak literatürde sınırlı sayıda çalışmanın bulunduğu somut olmayan kültürel miras değerleri ve kültür turisti tipolojileri oluşturmaktadır. ...Araştırma kapsamında, somut olmayan kültürel miras değerlerinin kültür turistlerinin tatil yeri seçiminde ne derecede önem arz ettiğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2015 yılında Konya ilini ziyaret eden uluslararası kültür turistleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Konya’nın en önemli turist merkezleri olan Mevlana Müzesi ve Mevlana Kültür Merkezi çevresinde kültür turistlerine İngilizce, Almanca, Japonca, Korece ve Farsça dillerinde hazırlanan anket 496 yabancı turiste uygulanmış, 481 geçerli anket verisi elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş olup gerçekleştirilen faktör analizi sonucunda somut olmayan kültürel miras değerlerinin “Örf ve Adetler”, “Geleneksel Zanaatkarlık”, “Dans ve Müzik” ve “Sözel Gelenekler” boyutlarına ayrıldığı ve kültür turistlerinin somut olmayan kültürel miras değerlerine verdikleri önemin somut olmayan kültürel mirasın her bir boyutu için anlamlı şekilde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir.
Aunque el Patrimonio Cultural es fuente reconocida de bienestar, su sobreexplotación turística genera fuertes impactos negativos, agravados en las grandes ciudades por la concentración de efectos en ...el espacio. Este trabajo aborda el caso de Madrid, ciudad que cuenta en su periferia metropolitana con activos patrimoniales de primer nivel, cuyo mejor aprovechamiento turístico ayudaría a mitigar el impacto negativo en la capital, a la vez que contribuiría al desarrollo económico y social de la periferia. En la investigación se aplicó un planteamiento metodológico dinámico con cuatro planos de análisis complementarios: documental y de redes, cualitativo, cuantitativo y procesos participativos. Los resultados evidencian la necesidad de adoptar estrategias de gestión cultural y de planificación turística orientadas al reequilibrio de los flujos de visitantes. La activación de los propios vecinos se revela como un recurso especialmente valioso para fortalecer un turismo de proximidad, experiencial y más sostenible. El impacto de la Covid-19, por una parte, y la declaración del Paseo del Prado y el Retiro como Patrimonio de la Humanidad, por otra, han puesto aún más de actualidad esta situación.

The study was starting to discover the adventure tourists who participate in high-risk activities in Turkey. Research was conducted for adventure tourists participating the most preferred adventure ...activities which are paragliding, scuba diving, surfing, rafting, canoeing, camping, skiing/snowboarding, rock climbing, trekking and tour biking. It was aimed to create adventure tourist typology by evaluating the demographic characteristics, recreational behavior, personality characteristics and the activities adventure tourists prefer. For this purpose, the allocentric personality scale -which is developed to reveal the tourist personality- was used. Along with this scale, a questionnaire form containing variables on recreational behavior and demographic characteristics of adventure tourists has been created. Within the scope of the research, the data were collected using the survey technique, which is one of the quantitative research methods. Adventure tourists participating in the 10 determined adventure activities were selected using the convenience sampling method and a total of 1246 data were obtained from these tourists. As a result of the research, personality typology of adventure tourists were determined and personality types, recreational behaviors and demographic characteristics were determined according to the adventure activities preferred by adventure tourists.
V prispevku so predstavljene poglavitne značilnosti potovanj turistov iz Slovenije na Madžarsko. Uvodoma je podan pregled ključnih turističnih kazalcev te države, ki se v nadaljevanju podrobneje ...osredotoči na turiste iz Slovenije in njihovo vlogo v strukturi tujih obiskovalcev. Drugi del prispevka povzema glavne izsledke analize spletne ponudbe organiziranih turističnih potovanj, ki jo oglašujejo slovenske turistične agencije. Ponudba je bila predmet prostorske in vsebinske (pogostost pojavljanja oglaševanih destinacij, vrsta storitev, trajanje in cena) analize.
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Şeb-i Arus törenlerine katılan yerli turistlerin, kültür turisti tipolojilerinin tespit edilmesi ve kültür turisti tipolojilerinin turistlerin demografik özellikleri bakımından ...farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bilgiler, uluslararası bir etkinlik olan ve her yıl çok sayıda yerli ve yabancı turistin ilgisini çeken Şeb-i Arus törenlerine katılan yerli turist profilinin daha iyi anlaşılması ve bu sayede turistlere daha iyi ürün ve hizmetler sunulmasına katkı sağlanması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Araştırma amacı doğrultusunda yüz yüze anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile 2017 yılı Şeb-i Arus törenlerine katılan 463 yerli turistin verisine ulaşılmıştır. Turistlerin kültür turisti tipolojilerinin belirlenmesinde McKercher’in 2002 yılında ortaya koyduğu yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemle, kültür turistleri, ziyaret amaçları ve yaşadıkları deneyim düzeyleri bakımından; amaçlı kültür turistleri, gezici kültür turistleri, sıradan kültür turistleri, tesadüfi kültür turistleri ve şans eseri kültür turistleri gruplarına ayrılmaktadır. Kültür turisti tipolojilerinin turistlerin demografik özellikleri bakımından farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı ise ki kare testi vasıtası ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Şeb-i Arus törenlerine katılan yerli turistlerin %57,9’unun amaçlı, %35,9’unun gezici, %3,5’inin sıradan, %2,4’ünün şans eseri ve %0,4’ünün tesadüfi kültür turisti oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Turistler, demografik özellikleri bakımından incelendiğinde, %69,1’inin kadın, %61,6’sının evli, %28,3’ünün 61 yaş ve üzerinde, %48,6’sının lisans düzeyinde eğitimli, %35,2’sinin 1500-2000TL gelire sahip oldukları ve %30’unun emekli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, turistlerin %73,3’ünün törenlere aile ve arkadaş tavsiyesi ile katıldıkları, %66,3’ünün destinasyona ilk defa geldikleri, %34,6’sının bir gün konakladıkları, %78,4’ünün hediyelik eşya aldıkları ve %54,2’sinin hediyelik eşyaya 100 TL kadar bütçe ayırdıkları tespit edilmiştir. Ki kare testi sonucunda ise kültür turisti tipolojilerinin turistlerin yaş, medeni hal, eğitim düzeyi, meslek, aylık gelir, destinasyonda geçirilen süre ve hediyelik eşya alışverişine ayırdıkları bütçe değişkenleri bakımından anlamlı şekilde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde Şeb-i Arus törenlerini ziyaret eden yerli turistlerin büyük çoğunluğunun kültür turizmi amacı ile seyahat ettiği ve destinasyon ile ilgili derinlemesine bir deneyim elde ettikleri görülmektedir.
The Croatian Littoral has been the most important tourist destination for tourists from Slovenia for decades. The coastal areas of Istria, Kvarner, and Dalmatia, including the Adriatic islands, ...became widely popular among Slovenes in the period of intense tourism development in the once common state of Yugoslavia. Today Croatia is the destination of as many as 60% of all private trips from Slovenia. In the introduction the affinity of Slovene tourists for travel abroad is supplemented with statistical data on their visits to the Republic of Croatia. In the next sections special emphasis is placed on the number of Slovene tourists and overnight stays, their average length of stay and spatial distribution in the Croatian Littoral in 2007. These data are then compared to those from 1999. The central section of the article consists of a detailed analysis of the content of the internet tourism offer of Slovene travel agencies as presented on their websites. The objects of the analysis were the structure of advertised destinations in the Croatian Littoral across counties and the structure of offer by type of tourist services (summer vacation, travelling/trip, cruising).
The aim of this article is to offer a theoretical contribution to the organisation, design and significance of tourism spaces, at a time when tourist practices are experiencing both change and ...intensification. From an architectural perspective, the study seeks to understand the evolutionary link between holiday practices and spaces, interpreting tourism as a context of creative relations between people, aspects, things and the places in which practices take place.Based on this interpretation, the paper defines architectural and urban categories of tourism, briefly comparing various literature on tourist organisations. In the second part, through the examination of recent examples of tourist experiences, planning actions and their ability to generate new tourism landscapes are evaluated. For both places and tourist experiences, that which emerges and the fields of application involved constitute guidelines and development tools for a form of tourism design that is more knowledgeable about the encounter between tourists and residents, and more reliable given that it is founded on the distinctive features of territories. The study demonstrates that tourism spaces, if intended as contexts of creative relations between people, aspects, things and places in which practices take place, may now develop a certain potential that once again calls into question a series of much debated opposites, tourists - residents, free time - work time, holiday space - day-to-day space, attractive resources and their transformation into elements of tourism, which had otherwise previously been consolidated by the tourist phenomenon. In the end, tourism proves itself to be an imaginative impulse, which is capable of reinventing the qualities of places and successfully orientating urban events.
Ovim pilot istraživanjem analiziraju se veze između komunikacijskih kompetencija turističkih vodiča i zadovoljstva turista vođenim turama u nekoliko gradova Istarske županije. Pomoćni cilj rada je ...utvrditi korelaciju između komunikacijskih vještina vodiča, te spola i godina iskustva u radu. Svrha istraživanja je ukazati na propuste verbalne i neverbalne kompetencije vodiča tijekom vođenja tura. Za potrebe istraživanja prikupljeni su podaci od 283 ispitanika (turista) odabranih destinacija. Ispitanici dolaze s različitih emitivnih tržišta. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na potrebu poboljšanja verbalnih vještina vodiča, kao i neverbalne komunikacije, poput pristupačnosti i sposobnosti razvoja prijateljskih odnosa s klijentom. Doprinos istraživanja je unaprjeđenje spoznaja u području interdisciplinarnih istraživanja (turizam i kultura). Rezultati istraživanja predstavljaju transfer znanja o očekivanim kompetencijama ispitanika i utjecaju na zadovoljstvo korisnika u svrhu unaprjeđenja kvalitete rada medijatora u turizmu i promotora destinacija.
