The expansion of the tourism industry's information system is one opportunity for growth, as a result, Bersukaria Tour was used as a case study in this study. Bersukaria is one of the MSMEs in ...Semarang which is engaged in tourism. Although Bersukaria already has a website, its operational procedures and interface design should yet be improved. As a result, the authors create the website to optimize business process flow and enhance visual appeal. The method used is the waterfall which involves the Bersukaria team to find out the needs of the application to be developed. Black box testing is used in the application testing process so that built-in application functionalities can be validated. If there are features that need to be improved, they can be adjusted immediately. The online ticket information system on the website is able to have a positive impact because tour participants do not need to queue and pay offline, making it easier for participants to make reservations. Additionally, participant data is kept in a database, and the website allows users to see updates to the participant quota. The findings of this study should help Bersukaria Tour in creating and improving the website system and increasing interest among local and international audiences in visiting Indonesia's tourist destinations.
The learning process in online lectures through the Learning Management System (LMS) will produce a learning flow according to the event log. Assessment in a group of parallel classes is expected to ...produce the same assessment point of view based on the semester lesson plan. However, it does not rule out the implementation of each class to produce unequal fairness. Some of the factors considered to influence the assessment in the classroom include the flow of learning, different lecturers, class composition, time and type of assessment, and student attendance. The implementation of process mining in fairness assessment is used to determine the extent to which the learning flow plays a role in the assessment of ten parallel classes, including international classes. Moreover, a decision tree algorithm will also be applied to determine the root cause of the student assessment analysis based on the causal factors. As a result, there are three variables that have effects on student graduation and assessment, i.e attendance, class, and gender. The variable lecturer does not have much impact on the assessment but has an influence on the learning flow.
The learning process in the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program still uses conventional learning methods, namely through face-to-face contact between lecturers and students in ...the class. The traditional learning method currently taking place has limitations that can hinder the learning process, such as limited time and space to interact with each other, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. With these conditions, the online learning process is an alternative to support learning in its current state, with technological developments that can simplify the learning process and make the time more flexible and support the learning process anywhere, anytime, and anyone. An electronic learning system (E-Learning) was created from these conditions, which is expected to be an alternative solution for online learning to overcome the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Informatics Education Study Program's limitations, especially in introductory web programming courses. E-learning is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method supported by the PHP programming language and implementing the Laravel Framework. The learning process using E-learning is designed using localhost as the central server. This study's results resulted in an E-learning application built based on the analysis and design recommended by the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra informatics education study program. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify the online learning process, especially in existing introductory web programming courses.
Cancer patients often want information from “peers” with the same diagnosis or treatment. To increase access to this valuable resource, we developed a website to deliver written peer support to ...cancer patients undergoing stem cell transplant. Because little evidence describes how to optimize benefits or reduce potential harms of written peer support, we gathered multiple forms of stakeholder feedback to inform the website's ethical approach, personalization, design, function, and content: a Community Advisory Board; a longitudinal study of patients’ written peer support needs and motivations; focus groups; semi-structured interviews; and usability testing. Findings provide a rich foundation for website development.
Behavioral neurology & neuropsychiatry (BNNP) fellowships are accredited by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS). Programs cover the UCNS-recommended topics differently. A ...curriculum accessible to all fellowships would standardize education and identify gaps in topics that are less well covered across programs. The purpose of the present needs assessment was to inform the development of the Online Core Curriculum and Mastery: BNNP (OCCAM-BNNP), a website for all UCNS-accredited BNNP programs. Program directors and fellows were surveyed to learn how well topics are covered and identify educational gaps, or specific topics on the UCNS website that are less well represented among programs. Thirty-seven fellowship program directors listed on the UCNS website were invited to take the survey and forward it to both current fellows (graduating in 2021) and recent graduates (graduated from 2015 to 2020). There were 29 responses from 37 programs. Of the 34 topics that respondents rated on a 1-5 Likert scale (from "not covered" to "completely covered"), 15 of 34 (44%) were identified as having >40% of responses as mostly "not covered," "incompletely covered," or "partially covered." Ninety-seven percent of respondents affirmed that it would be useful to have a free web-based resource for BNNP education. Slightly under one-half of all BNNP topics were not well covered. A survey was undertaken to identify and fill the educational gaps indicated by fellowship directors and fellows, and the OCCAM-BNNP website was developed as a repository for relevant content, providing a resource that many BNNP clinicians would find useful.

Society's need for information and the desire to be recognized as human beings are not ancient. Technological growth is increasing rapidly along with the availability of smartphones at affordable prices. Business opportunities in the virtual world described above should be explored and entered by various community businesses, even in small and micro scales. Including community businesses in Sukawarna Village which are engaged in small and micro medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to increase the insight and competence of micro and medium entrepreneurs in Sukawarna Village in order to increase their insight into digital marketing.

Accessing and receiving quality healthcare in an unfamiliar health system is a significant challenge for many new immigrants and refugees. This study aims to provide a three-phase model to develop a web-based health information website that helps populations with limited English proficiency (LEP) increase health literacy and improve healthcare service access. Method: First, we conducted a needs assessment from community leaders and service providers. Second, we developed contents from credible sources and tested each item using multiple readability tests. Last, we revised each item to lower the readability and retest its readability. Results: The average reading level for the original 99 topics was assessed at 10.84 (SD= 3.26). After revisions, we were able to lower the readability to 8.56 (SD= 2.96), which was around two grade levels lower, on average. Conclusion: the main purpose for building an English based health information website was to assist the population with LEP. By using simple English with lower readability, it will ease the translation process. This study demonstrates a process to develop suitable contents for populations in need. In the future, incorporating visual aid and other multimedia will be beneficial in user engagement and knowledge retention.
About 11 million Americans are caregivers for the 6.7 million Americans currently living with dementia. They provide over 18 billion hours of unpaid care per year, yet most have no formal dementia ...education or support. It is extremely difficult for clinicians to keep up with the demand for caregiver education, especially as dementia is neurodegenerative in nature, requiring different information at different stages of the disease process. In this digital age, caregivers often seek dementia information on the internet, but clinicians lack a single, reliable compendium of expert-approved digital resources to provide to dementia caregivers.
Our aim was to create a dementia caregiver resources website to serve as a hub for user-friendly, high-quality, and expert-reviewed dementia educational resources that clinicians can easily supply to family caregivers of people with dementia.
An interdisciplinary website development team (representing dementia experts from occupational therapy, nursing, social work, geriatrics, and neurology) went through 6 iterative steps of website development to ensure resource selection quality and eligibility rigor. Steps included (1) resource collection, (2) creation of eligibility criteria, (3) resource organization by topic, (4) additional content identification, (5) finalize resource selection, and (6) website testing and launch. Website visits were tracked, and a 20-item survey about website usability and utility was sent to Veterans Affairs tele-geriatrics interdisciplinary specialty care groups.
Following website development, the dementia caregiver resource website was launched in February 2022. Over the first 9 months, the site averaged 1100 visits per month. The 3 subcategories with the highest number of visits were "general dementia information," "activities of daily living," and "self-care and support." Most (44/45, 98%) respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the website was easy to navigate, and all respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the resources were useful.
The iterative process of creating the dementia caregiver resources website included continuous identification, categorization, and prioritization of resources, followed by clinician feedback on website usability, accessibility, and suggestions for improvement. The website received thousands of visits and positive clinician reviews in its first 9 months. Results demonstrate that an expert-vetted, nationally, and remotely available resource website allows for easy access to dementia education for clinicians to provide for their patients and caregivers. This process of website development can serve as a model for other clinical subspecialty groups seeking to create a comprehensive educational resource for populations who lack easy access to specialty care.
