Jednom prilikom je poznati istraživač i nobelovac Bruce Lipton u toku 2014. godine dokazao da ljudske misli, ne samo razmišljanje, su energija, one su stvarne i imaju moć. ‘Nemojte sumnjati u to što ...naređujete svom tijelu i umu...Ako su misli slabe i život je takav. Naše misli su energija i imaju moć da stvaraju.’Mogu to biti jednostavna povezivanja, analogije, kombinacije ili zrela koherentna zaključivanja. Potom, na višim umnim razinama ljudsko mišljenje porađa često vrlo značajne, pa na momente i ingeniozne i grandiozne misli koje potom postaju nosioci novih energija, društvenih izuma, praksi i međuljudskih odnosa koji su bili dotad nezamislivi. Ljudske misli su moć.
The Essay on Freedom represents a milestone in the philosophy of F. W. J. Schelling. Although Schelling already deviated from a strictly idealistic framework with his philosophy of nature, notably ...from that of Kant and Fichte, because he was seeking a moment of self-positing activity of the absolute subject in the object itself, it was only with The Essay on Freedom that he stepped out of that framework. The central point considered is an introduction of the second principle that was complementary, but irreducible to the standard idealist principle of self-consciousness. It was about the ground or nature in God. Only through that duality of principles, it was possible to grasp the positive notion of freedom as the possibility for good and evil. In such manner comprehended, the fact of human freedom in its entirety became relation with the whole of beings. The purpose of such explanation was an attempt to solve the problem that was spanning through Schellingʼs entire philosophy – the problem of the relation between finite and infinite.
Der Artikel versucht, die vielfältige und komplexe Beziehung von Heideggers Denken zu Schellings Philosophie zu untersuchen und so genau wie möglich zu bestimmen. Von der anfänglichen Faszination für ...Schellings zentrale Schrift über die Freiheit, in der er bedeutende Analogien zu seinen eigenen Versuchen findet, die Endlichkeit der Freiheit und damit des Seins selbst nachzuweisen, wird sich Heidegger im weiteren Entwicklung seines Denkens von Schelling immer mehr und immer schärfer distanzieren, indem er ihm vorwirft, die Metaphysik nicht zu überwinden, sondern innerhalb ihres Horizontes zu bleiben, wenn auch auf eine bemerkenswerte und in jeder Hinsicht respektable Weise. Die Angemessenheit dieses Urteils wird im Artikel durch einen kritischen Vergleich und eingehende Begriffsanalyse von Schellings Konzeption von Willen, Liebe, Ekstase und Indifferenz einerseits und Heideggers Auffassung von Bösem, Willen zum Willen, Kehre und Gelassenheit andererseits in Frage gestellt und allseitig überprüft. Als Ergebnis der Untersuchung kommt die sachliche Verwandtschaft dieser zentralen Konzepte der Spätphilosophie des einen und des anderen Denkers ans Licht, die viel größer ist als Heidegger bereit war, es zu sehen, zu akzeptieren und für die letzten Zwecke des eigenen Denkens zu verwenden.
U cilju davanja što šire slike vezano za temu moralnog poboljšanja, u radu se pitamo koje je oblike zla moguće eliminirati kroz moralno poboljšanje, odnosno koji bi oblici zla i dalje opstali. S ...obzirom na složenost i raznolikost filozofskih analiza zla, naš će fokus biti nešto uži, pa ćemo se baviti implicitnim razumijevanjem zla nekolicine najistaknutijih zagovornika biomedicinskog (moralnog) poboljšanja. Usporedit ćemo dvije perspektive zla: zlo kao sastavni aspekt ljudske prirode – radikalno zlo (Immanuel Kant) i „depersonalizirano“ zlo – banalnost zla (Hannah Arendt), kao i implicitna razmatranja zla u radovima Thomasa Douglasa, Juliana Savulescua, Ingmara Perssona i Johna Harrisa. Nadalje, koristit ćemo „Teodiceju“ Gottfrieda Wilhelma Leibniza u analizi nužnosti redukcije zla, kako bismo naglasili činjenicu da je ljudsko znanje ograničeno, što svakako trebamo uzeti u obzir pri razmatranju principa opreza i lomljive ravnoteže između dobra i zla. U zaključku pokušavamo podati odgovor na pitanje: „Što je to bolji svijet?“, uzimajući u obzir često zanemarenu tradiciju moralne filozofije u djelima Immanuela Kanta i Hanne Arendt.
Naš rad nudi analitički prikaz temeljnih ideja Badiouova pro- mišljanja fenomena ideologije etike. Ograničili smo se prvenstveno na njegovu kritiku prevladavajućih strujanja unutar suvremene filo- ...zofije koja se referiraju na naslijeđe njemačkog idealizma i filozofiju alteriteta E. Levinasa. Pozornost usmjeravamo na autorovo kritič- ko detektiranje simptoma ideološkog unutar spomenutih gibanja u etičkoj teoriji, po sebice na problem ljudskih prava, radikalnoga zla i Drugoga kao temeljnih ideja svojstvenih suvremenom promišljanju fenomena etičkog. Drugi dio rada nudi sažeto tumačenje sadržaja afirmativnog usmjerenja unutar Badiouove etike istine događaja (etike Istoga), kao i njezinih temeljnih postavki izvedenih iz ontologije mnoštveno- sti kakvu sam autor zastupa. Temeljne osobine etike istine događa- ja iznosimo uspoređujući ih s načelima na kojima počivaju ideologije etike koje autor kritizira.

How do societies come to terms with the aftermath of genocide and mass violence, and how might the international community contribute to this process? Recently, transitional justice mechanisms such ...as tribunals and truth commissions have emerged as a favored means of redress. Transitional Justice, the first edited collection in anthropology focused directly on this issue, argues that, however well-intentioned, transitional justice needs to more deeply grapple with the complexities of global and transnational involvements and the local on-the-ground realities with which they intersect.Contributors consider what justice means and how it is negotiated in different localities where transitional justice efforts are underway after genocide and mass atrocity. They address a variety of mechanisms, among them, a memorial site in Bali, truth commissions in Argentina and Chile, First Nations treaty negotiations in Canada, violent youth groups in northern Nigeria, the murder of young women in post-conflict Guatemala, and the gacaca courts in Rwanda.
Autor članka sučeljava misao o Božjem milosrđu dvojice velikana s početka prve Crkve – Origena, odnosno origenista i Augustina. Riječ je o dvama teološko-dogmatskim promišljanjima o kozmologiji, ...antropologiji i eshatologiji na vremenskoj udaljenosti od dvjestotinjak godina. U toj nakani poslužit će Origenovo djelo Počela i Augustinovo djelo O državi Božjoj. Artikuliranjem teoloških promišljanja te dvojice velikana teološke misli autor nastoji pridonijeti zadatku Crkve u naviještanju Božjega milosrđa koje je očito prisutno od stvaranja svijeta do njegova konca. Članak je cjelina koja u sebi uključuje šest naslova, a naslovi nose imena šest hipoteza origenista, uključujući šest Augustinovih odgovora. Autor u uvodnom dijelu upoznaje čitatelje kako je pitanje vječne nagrade i vječne kazne za čovjekov život oduvijek bilo aktualno, pa i u današnjem vremenu. Vođen je ponajprije Augustinovim isticanjem hipoteza »milosrdnih origenista« i njegovim odgovorom na te hipoteze. Riječ je o sljedećim hipotezama: milosrđe s vremenitom kaznom, milosrđe bez vremenite kazne, milosrđe prema opranima Kristovim krštenjem, milosrđe prema katolicima, milosrđe prema ustrajnima u Katoličkoj crkvi i milosrđe prema milosrdnima.
In the tradition of philosophical thought, especially in the field of ontology, we often link polarisation between war and peace with the distinction between good and evil. Accordingly, peace as the ...absolute and unchangeable condition is defined as good, while war as the changeable condition of an imperfect human world is attributed as a consequence of the metaphysical evil (Leibniz). However, if we understand evil as a practical problem (Svendsen), then the discussion shifts to the question about the intelligence of evil (Baudrillard), and the amount of our inclusion in its repression. Hence, in this paper we will observe some of the contemporary understandings of evil with the emphasis on the new modes of struggling, often intermediated by different kinds of media manipulations (terrorism). This paper will try to determine the ontological status of war in a media represented reality.
Zanthoxylum limonella oil (ZLO) containing chitosan-gelatin complex microcapsules cross-linked with genipin, a cross-linker of natural origin, have been prepared by a complex coacervation process ...using the salting-out method. The effects of various parameters such as oil loading, degree of cross-linking, ratio of chitosan to gelatin, etc. on oil content, encapsulation efficiency and the release rate of ZLO have been studied. FT-IR spectroscopy has been used to understand the interaction between the polymers and oil. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been employed to study the morphology of the prepared microcapsules.
