Public Private Partnership concept can be traced back to the period of the Roman Empire, but its development as a form of investment in modern economy can be considered to have begun in 1950 in the ...United States. Over the last decade or so, private sector financing through public-private partnerships (PPP) has become increasingly popular as a way to ensure the maintenance of public sector infrastructure. At the same time this paper will contain theoretical part for Pubilke Private Partnerships, specifically to discuss the legislation, procedures, the advantages and shortcomings of this form of a temporarily living investimit. Which will also serve you to all those who had no knowledge of Private Public Partnership, who are the Private Sector, Pubilke authorities and various stakeholders affected by any similar project. The research methodology in this study, two methods are used to research which are quantitative and qualitative methods The aim is also to do a research on the sector of pre-university education, the the forms of the investments made so far. After research on the types of investments that have been made so far, we will do pre-feasibility on one of the concrete projects of the Municipality of Pristina on the provision of infrastructure and public service in the sector of pre-university education. In the end we will have an analysis to show which of the forms is more efficient and hasvalue for money. These analysis will help the Municipality of Pristina to have an insight on which of the forms will use to invest.
