The main objective of the paper is to evaluate the user satisfaction from the e-Government services (e-services), in order to improve their quality and level ofacceptance. One of the key questions is ...whether to put more effort on the increasing ofe-services use through: 1) improvement of the user satisfaction from the e-services, or tocome to higher e-services penetration through their 2) mandatory use introduced intostates laws and regulations. Another important objective of this research is to determineuser benefits and impact in both possible directions of e-services introduction.
