The purpose of this research is to present six sigma as a process innovation. Research is focused on the Six sigma resources, their roles and personal characteristics of six sigma managers as a ...support to achieve six sigma based process innovation break through. The results of this study will be very useful for practioners, six sigma experts, consultants and managers which deal with innovations and six sigma implementation. Results will also affect the content of six sigma trainings and education, especially in relation with proper six sigma project manager selection. This topic presents one of the latest methodologies emerging in the space of ex-Yu countries. Findings of this research present a part of wider research on this field.
