    In the present paper we analyze the relationship between employment, unemployment and growth upgraded with tan empirical examination on the relationship between inflation unemployment. Our analysis ... is focused on 27 EU-member states for the period 1992-2009. actuality of the analysis is related with the current economic depression. As we know economic theory and especially from the empirics, there exists a significant lag between recovery economic growth and recovery of employment growth after recession. Following this fact, basic objective of the article to find out, which of the 27 EU economies possesses the best perspective for fast growth of labour force participation after recession. For this purpose we apply a convenient methodological framework and reach the following conclusion: "The recession has not change position between advanced EU economies and behind-lagging economies. There is strong indicating that advanced market economies posses more efficient macroeconomic system that to achieve relatively higher growth of employment and lower pressure on inflation ad the same of GDP.
