Use of discrete simulations as a tool for processes documentation

With the intention of enabling the fourt E. of public administration - equuity (4e: economy, efficiency, effectiveness and equity) discrete simulations are included in the curriculum of the Faculty ...of Administration. Students are espected to draw and simulate every day procedures that are goingon at work in the area of public administration. Micrografx iGrafx Process 2000 software is used. Simulation is percieved as a dynamic learning tool that allows a person to learn through delegated experience concerning a certain number of determining issues about the situation that is present in one`s environment.
