The objective of this work was to run the simulation of the business Sales_Claim in order to improve it to become a more effective and efficient process. To do that, a business process Sales_Claim ...was first modeled using the flowchart technique and then the simulation process was run using iGrafs software. The simulation results showed thet the business process Sales_Claim is well modeled, effective and at the present time does not need further improvement.
