    碩士 南華大學 旅遊事業管理學研究所 94   The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among adolescents'' personality traits, leisure attitudes, and leisure activities preferences. The subjects of research are students of a certain national institute in Taichung chosen by means of random cluster sampling. A total of 725 questionnaires were sent out, with 704 of them bringing in effective samples. By using statistical tools of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation, the data have been analyzed to reveal the following results:     1. The personality traits of adolescents mostly incline toward "agreeableness," and are less characterized by "negative dominance."   2.In terms of leisure attitude, adolescents lay more stress on leisure recognition; different genders, ages, socio-economic status, monthly expenses for leisure activities, time for leisure activities, and personality traits will affect their leisure preferences.   3.
