    This article uses Frankfurtian studies to analyze the operation of life within modern society. It is based on a critical discussion of the current state of the Brazilian situation of conviviality with the phenomenon of violence which, in addition to being alarming, reveals how the state of law has not been consolidated. This situation creates a vicious cycle, the lack this state of law allows countless injustices and phenomena of inequality and violence that corrode social solidarity.
