  • QFD as a method of integrated product implementation

    We can say that nowadays customer is a king as (s)he is only willing to buy a product which completely fulfils their requirements and wishes - low price, short delivery time, and required quality. ... The article proposes a concept of concurrent engineering implementation in a company with small-series production; the purpose of this procedure is to solve the problem of excessive flow times for implementation of new products, the problem of quality and cost. Special attention has been paid to two project activities: team work and quality functions deployment (QFD). The article presents changes of team structure in time and results of the first use of the quality functions deployment method which was used for a small loader.
