  • Culture sensitive aspects in industry, business and education [Elektronski vir]
    Welzer-Družovec, Tatjana ...
The communication in different environments and expert groups has changed a lot during decades, mostly on the base of technological development. Nowadays,by using global communication systems is for ... people very easy to change continents, countries, regions and to move from culture to culture as well as from language to language These changes demand that needed tools are developed in the way to support needs of users in different countries, language groups, cultural societies and expert groups (industry, business, education). According to last mentioned demands, developers and producers have to be aware of the intercultural dialogue in the global communication systems and expert areas. They have to take care about the culture sensitive aspects. On the other side, also users from different communities and expert groups have to be aware that they are communicating with other participants in global communication, who could be members of different language groups and cultural communities and not only member of different expert groups (industry, business, education), what is more expected difference. Participants in this global communication, whatever connection they have and to whichever expert group they belong, are mostly collecting cultural and language examinations through own experiences by travelling, working, cooperating, participating and studying. Nevertheless it is important to mentioned, that they can get additional knowledge on mentioned topics (language, culture, cultural awareness) also in the virtual communities. The open question in our contribution is, which culture sensitive aspects, we have to point out in industry, business and education.
