    Success of the product, image and break through of the company to the market and competition do not depend only on the individualisʹ will in management or whole management but also on the outer ... influences of the market. Constant rivalry, self-proving and evaluation are consequences of customersʹ demands. It is very important when the information reaches the company and how quick the companyʹs reaction is. Most companies own a satisfying, some uotstanding computer support, what enables a quick flow of information in and uot of the company. For planning business functions and especially the production process it is necessary to have a support, the tools, which give answers to the customersʹ demands. One of such tools is the QFD method (Quality Function Development), which has been introduced into the of product designing in the enterprise.
