    Profession of nurse is one of the health professions which has set rules on duties and responsibilities. Since nurse is not the holder of the activity, she (he) must run professional documentation of ... her (his) work with protg, which is also important at healtheducational work. The purpose of documenting is communication, coordination, high quality of work, control of work quality,research, evaluation of performed work and legal protection. Nurses are obliged to develop professional documentation on their domain; a health-educational record, which the nurse can use on the primary level - at health-educational work with adult protgs - is presented in the article.
