    Applications of the exothermic-insulating materials is the subject of extreme conditions during the iron and steel casting therefore further development of these mixtures is needed. In previous ... laboratory investigations the new mixtures of exothermic and insulating materials have been designed and tested.After testing in the laboratory they have been examined again under heavy conditions in the industry. The use of high grade and thermal stable components to achieve superior exothermic and insulating materials is necessary to improve its quality and applicability in metallurgy.
