  • Heat transfer with a phase or structural change = Prenos toplote s fazno ali strukturno spremembo

    It was developed an original numerical model of technology processes with a phase or structural change, for example changes, for example of the solodification and cooling of a casting or of the ... heat-treatment etc. These processes are, from the point of view of heat transfer, a case of transient three-dimensional 3-D heat and mass transfer. If it does not take mass transfer into account and if is considered mainly heat conduction in a solved system, then the problem can be reduced to solving Fourier's partial diferential equation or Fourier-Krichhof's equation. 3-D model is based on the explicit difference method. The numerical simulation of the release of latent heat of structural or phase changes is proposed by using the thermodynamics enthaply function. It has a graphical input and output, which means an automatic generation of the net displaying of temperature fields in the from of color isolines and color isoareas and curves temperature - time for any point of the system solced. The whole worked out program will be designed even to trigger the solution of subprograms which will take over the system generated by the preprocessing part of the program and after finishing the calculation they will send files with results to the postprocessing part. The accuracy of the presented numerical model depends not only on the spatial and temporal discretization but also on the accuracy of the determination of the thermophysical parameters of the material of all parts of the system. A complex computing apparatus will thus be prepared from the generation of the net to the determination of thermophysical parameters and to the definition of boundary conditions up the numerical model of the temperature field. This analysis was conducted using a program devised within the framework of the GA ČR project no. 106/98/0296 and 106/99/0728 of the EUREKA project EU-CONMOD 1867, of the COST-OC.P3.20 project and of the KONTAKT project no. ME 253.
