    The paper focuses on contrastive analysis of the past indefinite tense (perfect) in the Macedonian language and the unique/only past tense that exists in the Slovene language. The usages of the past ... indefinite tense (perfect) in the Macedonian language represent the starting point in this paper. The ultimate goal is to discover and determine appropriate translation equivalents for the great number of the usages of Macedonian past indefinite tense (perfect) in the Slovene language. The major objective of the paper is to provide adequate help when it eames to the translation of the Macedonian past indefinite tense (perfect) into Slovenian language.
