The purpose of this study is to explore that senior high school educators who participate Senior High School Actualization Program can promote school brand image status. And ...secondly, to present the current and the differential situation of comparing school educators with different background variables in promoting Senior High School Actualization Program and the brand image. Thirdly, to explore the relationship between the quality degree of senior high school and school brand image. Finally, to provide the thesis as a reference for educational authorities, schools and other researchers for future research.
Questionnaire survey is conducted in this study. Research tools as " the relationship of Senior high school in participating in Senior High School Actualization Program and school brand image questionnaire." The questionnaire included "the quality degree of senior high school scale" and " senior high school brand image scale." The research object is the public and private senior hi

Large-scale construction often follows devastation; the 921 earthquake “quaked out” the promising business of black tea in Yuchi Township. This study adopted the qualitative ...research method, case study, to explore the issue that the black tea industry in Yuchi creates a competitive advantage and further achieves the goal of value creation through the development of the Competitive Advantage of Nation Diamond Model as theorized by Michael E. Porter. Based on the relevant literature on competitive advantage, Diamond Model and tea industry, this study aimed to analyze the phenomena affecting the black tea industry development in Yuchi. The black tea industry in Yuchi was chosen as the research subject since it plays a vital role in the entire history of Taiwan’s tea industry and is also one of the government-subsidized quality agricultures. As the black tea industry in Yuchi was considered a case worthy of in-depth exploration in this study, it was chosen as the research subject. The stud

This dissiteration is consist of two parts:part one is "The Role of Convertible Securities in Venture Capital Financing",and part two is "Control Right and Liquidity Demand for ...Star-up Firm".
In part one, we study the role of convertible securities
in the financing of start-up enterprises when the entrepreneurs are better informed than the venture capitalists (VCs).We demonstrate that for a well-designed contract the conversion ratio of the securities can be used as a signaling device to overcome the problem of information asymmetry If the variability of the return is sufficiently large, the entrepreneurs will find it desirable to rely on convertible securities with the conversion ratio revealing part of his information,
that is, a "separating equilibrium" will arise. Such an equilibrium has the advantage of avoiding the incentive constraints that appear in the other "pooling equilibrium",
in which the privately held information is not revealed.
We show that the time-lag of decisions bet

This thesis deals with the problem of using sliding mode technique to control and observethe states of an induction motor. We hope to directly regulate the rotor torque and the ...square of the rotor flux magnitude to the desired value. Nonlinear sliding surfaces are chosen and stator voltages
are derived such that the state trajectories have a sliding mode behavior for driving system to achieve the control objective.
Since in practice the rotor fluxes are hard to measure, a sliding mode observer is used to estimate the rotor fluxes. Moreover, we use a MARC speed controller to control the rotor speed.
Computer simulations in this thesis are performed using C language.Hardware implementation is based on a PC(Personal Computer) and relative circuits. Finally, experimental results are presented to show the superiority of the proposed theory and the accuracy of the software and hardware design for the experimental system.

Currently, soil''s creep behavior is usually analyzed with
respect stress. Although it''s easier, no general form of
analyzing method established this way. In this research, ...the
principle ofs would be used to analyze the creep behavior of
remolded Taipei and a general model based on principle of
effective stress would The creep behavior of Remolded Taipei
Silty Clay is similar to undisturbed one, and gets lower creep
potential. There are differences between undrained creep
behavior and drained creep different values of sets of
parameters are deduced for the two with respect to total
stress. Therefore, for a particular kind of behavior couldn''t
described by just one particular set of respect to total
stress. According to the results of undrained an effective
stress-strain-strain rate relationship isng ESI, which is
defined by the author. Furthermore an effectiveime relationship
is deduced from the preceding relationship to results of creep
tests. For undrained creep, as the stress leve

By using Japanese and Philippine differential varieties, Biolog
identification system, RFLP analysis and phage sensitivities,
102 strains of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae , the ...causal
organism of rice bacterial blight, isolated from Taiwan were
analyzed and grouped. Among fourteen rice cultivars examined
against Taiwanese isolates of X. oryzae pv. oryzae, DV 85, IR
1545-339, IR 20, Wase Aikoku 3, Java 14 and Chugoko 45 were
highly resistance; IR 8, IR 24, Kogyoku, Tetep, Kinmaze and
Kaoshiung sen 7 were morately resistance or susceptible, and Cas
209 and Rantai Emas were very susceptible. The Taiwanese
isolates were fallen into 6 groups according the responses
aganist inoculation to 5 Japanese differential cultivar (Rantai
Emas, Kinmaze, Kogyoku, Wase Aikoku 3 and Java 14), the major
group was J1, sharing 44.2% of the tested isolates, and 6.3,

respectively, however, 4 isolates were uncertain. These isolates

Generally, dynamic system's responses were described by the
differential equations .Therefore, to model the system dynamics
of a complicated system , it requires rather long time ...to set
up the system governing equations. In addition, the computation
effort is also very huge. In order to reduce the computing
time, the calaulation of dynamic response of balance of plant
is usually neglected in the large system codes. This research
is to set up the dynamic model of balance of plant using the
neural networks so that the computing time can be very short.
In this research, the diagonal recurrent neural networks were
adopted, which need rather few neurons and also achieve good
performance. In addition, it converged very fast and then
reduced the training time. The data used for training were
generated by the compact simulator of Mannashan Nuclear Power
Plant which was developed by Institute of Nuclear Energy
Research and Institute for Information Industry. The whole
system was divided into six su
