The authors of the article test the hypothesis about the impact of digitalisation processes on the level of territories’ economic development. This hypothesis is based on the fact that in the Russian ...Federation digital transformation is considered as a conceptual model for improving the activities of intraregional economic units and the development of modern society, as well as a factor of economic and social breakthrough. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific and methodological support for the territories’ transformations management based on digital transformation. Systematization and generalization of methodological approaches to the assessment of digital transformation in the region have been carried out. For this purpose, a scientific approach to the design of indicators system characterizing the processes of digitalisation is proposed. To test the approach, a correlation analysis of the current state of digital development impact on the territories’ economic results was carried out. The analysis of the statistical dependence between the development and welfare level of Russian regions and the parameters of their digitalization showed a low (moderate) relationship. This means that with the current volume of funding for digital transformation and the use of information technologies, devices and special software, it is impossible to ensure the breakthrough development of regional economic systems and their production complexes.

content, the Raman spectra suggest similarity of local structure for all studied compositions. Both methods indicate a disappearance of tetragonal phase upon increasing temperature.
The electric properties of the Fe - doped BaTiO
3
ceramics was investigated as a function of frequency and temperature. The structure and morphology of investigated sample were characterized by an ...X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The impedance measurements were carried out at the temperature ranging from 450 K to 600 K, and at the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz. Based on these parameters the electrical properties of the grains and grains boundaries were described. The bulk and grains boundaries resistance of ceramics and the thermal activation energies were determined.
The paper reports on a new protective coating composed of polyanionic cellulose, Al and micro-additive Zr powders. The work has investigated a structure and phase composition of the composite ...coating. The study hasn't revealed any change of chemical composition in components of the overlay when coating and found macro-molecules of the polymer react with oxidic shells of particles due to hydrogen bonding. It has been established that adhesion strength of the coating increases 4 to 15 MPa when modifying an original suspension with zirconium micro-particles of less than 5 µm. The reason adhesion of the coating increases is reported to be agglomerates of Al and Zr fine fractions localized in hollows of the surface to be protected and on "adhesive-base" boundary.

concentrations phase transition into ferroelectric state at cooling is slowly approached in time and is smeared over large temperature range. Rietveld method, applied for more precise evaluation of phase content, reveals large local deformations inside the ferroelectric phase.

Elastic moduli were determined with the use of an ultrasonic method. The dielectric permittivity (ϵ′) and tanδ as a function of composition and temperature were investigated. The increasing concentration of Eu ions leads to a slight shift of the Curie temperature and changes the characteristics of ϵ′ and tanδ. The structural, mechanical and dielectric properties of the BTEX ceramics were discussed in terms of microstructure and dopants contents.
