Abstract
The design scheme for a digital twin of the pneumatic classifier is proposed, which is associated with the physical entity. The key technologies such as visualization design and data ...acquisition are analysed in order to realize the digital management of the pneumatic classifier and operating process and monitor flow field characteristics and particle motion based on data analysis according to the digital twin. It aims to realize real-time monitoring, simulation and prediction of the classification performance of the complex pneumatic classification systems, and provide practical guidance for the optimal design of pneumatic classifier.
Abstract
We report on analysis of observations of the bright transient X-ray pulsar Swift J0243.6+6124 obtained during its 2017-2018 giant outburst with Insight-HXMT, NuSTAR, and Swift observatories. ...We focus on the discovery of a sharp state transition of the timing and spectral properties of the source at super-Eddington accretion rates, which we associate with the transition of the accretion disk to a radiation pressure dominated (RPD) state, the first ever directly observed for magnetized neutron star. This transition occurs at slightly higher luminosity compared to already reported transition of the source from sub- to super-critical accretion regime associate with onset of an accretion column. We argue that this scenario can only be realized for comparatively weakly magnetized neutron star, not dissimilar to other ultra-luminous X-ray pulsars (ULPs), which accrete at similar rates. Further evidence for this conclusion is provided by the non-detection of the transition to the propeller state in quiescence which strongly implies compact magnetosphere and thus rules out magnetar-like fields.
Immune-related hepatitis is one of the prevalent adverse events associated with immunotherapy, especially immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). For patients without a history of liver disease, ...autoimmune disease, or alcohol consumption, it is not clear whether immune-related hepatitis could rapid progress to immune-related cirrhosis.
We report the case of a 54-year-old female with stage IIIB primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (PLELC) diagnosed with immune-related hepatitis. After 15 months, a liver biopsy demonstrated the rapid progression of liver cirrhosis although systematic corticosteroid administration.
Long-term immune activation caused by ICIs may exacerbate the process of cirrhosis. Great attention should be paid to the rapid progression to liver cirrhosis of immune-related hepatitis in the clinic.
Galanin and galanin receptors (GalRs) have been reported to be involved in the transmission and modulation of nociceptive information in the central nervous system (CNS). However, the underlying ...mechanism of the antinociception of GalRs in neuropathic pain remains unclear. This study investigated the antinociception induced by galanin receptor 1 (GalR1) via protein kinase A (PKA) signaling pathway in the nucleus accumbens (NAc) of rats with neuropathic pain. A mononeuropathy model was replicated by ligation of the left sciatic nerve, following which the expression of phospho-PKA (p-PKA) in the NAc were markedly up-regulated at 14(th) and 28(th) day after ligation of sciatic nerve, and p-PKA expression was down-regulated by intra-NAc injection of GalR1 agonist M617, but the GalR1 antagonist M35 did not have an effect. We also found that M35 in the NAc blocked the M617-induced increase in the hind paw withdrawal latencies (HWLs) of rats with mononeuropathy, but M35 alone had no effect on HWLs, and PKA inhibitor H-89 attenuated the M617-induced an increase in the HWLs. These results suggested that GalR1 induced an antinociception via inhibiting PKA activation, implying that GalR agonists may be potential and potent therapeutic options to treat chronic neuropathic pain.
In this study, we retrospectively evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of China Children Leukemia Group-ALL2008 (CCLG-ALL 2008) protocol in pediatric patients with mixed-lineage leukaemia (MLL) gene ...rearrangement of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) to identify the prognostic factors.
Six hundred and thirty-four patients with ALL were enrolled in this study between June 2008 and Dec 2014. High-risk group (HR) consisted of 217 cases, of which 28 cases were MLL related positive (first group), 22 cases were BCR/ABL positive (second group), and 167 cases were negative with MLL related or BCR/ABL (third group). The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated at the time points of day 8 (TP1), day 15 (TP2), day 33 (TP3) and 12th week (TP4) with the protocol, respectively. Overall-survival (OS) and relapse-free-survival (RFS) and treatment-related mortality (TRD) were analyzed as well.
The first group accounted for 4.4% of all patients. Compared with the second and third group, the first group had more cases younger than 2 years, with initial leukocytes ≥50×109/L, and poor response on TP2. Moreover, patients older than 2 years old had a good 5 years OS (84% ± 9% vs. 37% ± 20%, p<0.05) and RFS (84% ± 9% vs. 29% ± 17%, p<0.05). There were no significant differences in the recurrence rate, TRD, 5 years OS and RFS among three groups. For the first group, compared with good response to prednisone, patients with poor response to prednisone had a poor 5 years RFS (41% ± 17% vs. 81% ± 10%, p<0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis identified that RFS and OS were influenced by such factors as age, MLL fusion partners, and prednisone response (p<0.05).
Such factors as younger age than 2 years old, MLL/AF4 fusion gene, poor response to prednisone, or no complete remission (CR) on TP3 were poor prognostic parameters in predicting the outcome in childhood ALL with MLL gene rearrangement treated with CCLG-ALL 2008 protocol.
Modulation-assisted machining (MAM), which superimposes a controlled tool modulation in the feed direction of conventional machining (CM) process, can generate discrete chip formation and break the ...severe contact condition at the tool-chip interface. The previous literatures have shown MAM effectively reduces tool wear due to its discrete regime. However, the sources of such improvement are not well developed. This paper is dedicated to reveal the nature of MAM from the perspective of mechanical and thermal modeling. Chip formation of MAM is studied in both cylindrical turning and face turning configurations, showing that variable cutting thickness, rake angle, and flank angle are the intrinsic characteristics of MAM. Based on the chip formation analysis, an analytical force model is developed to determine the dynamic cutting force in MAM, incorporating material properties, tool geometry, cutting conditions (i.e., cutting velocity, feed rate, and depth of cut), and modulation conditions. The proposed force model is verified by orthogonal cutting experiments. Then, a thermal model is proposed to investigate the temperature variation in MAM and the effects of modulation conditions on temperature as well. The thermal model is validated by both finite element simulations and turning experiments. This paper can serve as a theoretical basis for further investigations on tool wear and surface integrity.
The stimulus-responsive smart switching of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) features has attracted considerable attention in 4D information encryption, optical sensors and biological imaging. ...Nevertheless, for some AIE-inactive triphenylamine (TPA) derivatives, activating the fluorescence channel of TPA remains a challenge based on their intrinsic molecular configuration. Here, we took a new design strategy for opening a new fluorescence channel and enhancing AIE efficiency for (E)-1-(((4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)imino)methyl)naphthalen-2-ol. The turn-on methodology employed is based on pressure induction. Combining ultrafast and Raman spectra with high-pressure in situ showed that activating the new fluorescence channel stemmed from restraining intramolecular twist rotation. Twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) and intramolecular vibration were restricted, which induced an increase in AIE efficiency. This approach provides a new strategy for the development of stimulus-responsive smart-switch materials.
Xinong Saanen (SN) and Guanzhong (GZ) goat breeds were used to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the coding regions with their intron–exon boundaries and the proximal flanking regions ...of KITLG gene by DNA sequencing and genotyped by PCR-restriction fragment (PCR-RFLP). Four novel SNPs (g.12654G>A, g.12772G>A, g.12829T>C and g.23683C>T) were identified (GenBank accession No. KM609289). It was shown that Xinong Saanen and Guanzhong goat breeds were in Hardy–Weinberg disequilibrium at g.12654G>A, g.12772G>A and g.12829T>C loci (P<0.05). The g.12654G>A, g.12772G>A and g.12829T>C loci were closely linked in both goat breeds (r2>0.33). Results of an association analysis indicated that SNPs g.12654G>A, g.12772G>A and g.12829T>C had significant effects on litter size (P<0.05). The combined genotypes of four SNP loci also affected litter size with the C7(GG/GG/CC/CC) genotype in the SN goat breed and C1(AA/GG/CC/CC) and C7(GG/GG/CC/CC) genotypes in the GZ goat breed having the highest litter size. The biochemical and physiological functions, together with the results obtained in our investigation, suggest that C7(GG/GG/CC/CC) could be used in marker-assisted selection to select the individuals with higher litter size in both goat breeds. The results extend the spectrum of genetic variation of the caprine KITLG gene, which might contribute to goat genetic resources and breeding.

Clinical records, histopathological reports, and ...CBCT or non-enhanced spiral CT images of 67 consecutive patients with maxillary radicular cysts were retrospectively acquired, and radiographic features, including size, shape, expansion, internal structure and relationship with the surrounding tissues, were analyzed.
