The cultural patrimony preserves the memory and identity of the Banat’s rural area, defining the personality specific to each locality depending on the colonizing ethnic group after the liberation ...from the Turkish yoke. Steadily degrading, this baroque sculptural patrimony must be saved and integrated into a tourist circuit through the development of a managerial strategy and the implementation of a total quality management that cover the widest area possible of issues related to the intact preservation of monuments and to their conservation. The valorisation of monumental baroque sculpture in the rural area must be done together with the development of a managerial strategy of sustainable development thus contributing to the making up of an emblematic image specific to the Banat village and to the inclusion into regional, national, and international tourist circuits through such modern forms of tourism as cultural tourism, rural tourism, heritage tourism, interethnic tourism, religious tourism, and business tourism.
The National Authority for Consumers’ Protection is concerned to survey the market of agro-alimentary produce; as a result of the punctual programme, it develops control activities in order to check ...quality / conformity of foodstuff supplied for sale. Meat preparations are the most demanded and preferred; this is why they have paid particular attention to quality, labelling, marketing, and storage. Of the total 87 complaints concerning lack of compliance with the standards of such items as fruits, milk, meat, vegetables, bread and bakery, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, chocolate, and fish preparations, only 31 proved justified. We can see that of the total complaints only 35.63% are justified and that they concern such produce as biscuits, fresh and refrigerated fish, vegetable and fruit juices, pet foods, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
International tourism is the most dynamic component of tourism circulation. According to prognoses, the number of tourists worldwide is steadily increasing in 2008, after the record year 2007, ...despite economic uncertainties. In 2007, there have been 898,000,000 tourists that took trips to certain areas of the world, with 6.2% more tourists than in 2006. The main tourism destinations were France and Spain, but as far as international tourism circulation per regions is concerned, the most considerable growth compared to 2006 was that of the Middle East (13.4%), followed by Central America (11.1%) and Africa (7.9%). Europe has a growth of only 4.2% in 2007, compared to the reference year 2006, but despite all this, it still ranks first from the point of view of the total number of visitors (480,100,000 tourists), which recommends it as a main cultural destination worldwide.
Carcass grading is the operation of carcass quality assessment, depending on the relationship between the three major components: meat, fat and bones. In the case of cattle carcasses, this is ...represented by the visual assessment of muscle development and fat deposits The researches performed lead to the conclusion that the interest of the cattle breeders from Romania for cattle trade in concordance with the EUROP system is lower than in the other EU member states, because it does not present material advantages.
The main objectives of the classification of cattle carcasses (beef and veal) are represented by the correct payment to cattle breeders, according to carcass weight and quality, and standardization, ...the common language in the international meat trade. The European Union set uniform procedures for quality assessment (the EUROP system), defined by the same parameters in the whole continent. Romania is at the beginning of cattle carcass classification; it is in the third year of reporting on the classification results to the European Commission. In this context, we consider it is very important to analyze these results, for a continuous improvement of carcass quality.
The profitability of pork disjoint-packing activity depends on the carcass quality. Carcasses of superior types, respectively „E” and „U” generate higher profit on the kilogram of disjoint carcass, ...in comparison with the carcasses of medium type „R” and inferior types „O” and „P”.
Carcass quality and of the meat from swine fattened in semi-intensive system differs depending on the temperature from the shelter. In case of group I where during fattening period the temperature ...from shelter has values ranged between l0-14° C, to the carcasses classified through objective graduation method, the highest share is represented the carcasses from the classes of quality of U and R (75.12%), but also the two lower classes O and P where the share is 11.13%. In case of group II, fattened in shelters with controlled temperature the carcasses share by over 56.20% lean meat in carcass is higher compared with the first group. In the categories U and R were framed 74.73% of carcasses.

In order to develop and propulsion tourism activities in rural tourist guesthouses and agrotourist farms it is required conduction and the coexistence of two categories of management: management of ...rural area conducted by the public local government in order to manage the specific resources, of public and private lands and management of rural tourist guesthouse and agrotourist farms. The rural area’s management involves a series of actions that increase the attractiveness of rural village and gives a positive perception from tourists. For a competitive and efficient management it is required planning and organization of public services, publishing of promotional materials, establishing collaboration relationships with other localities which have e natural reservations, historic sites and specific traditions. To improve the management of rural guesthouses and agrotourist farms will take the following actions: specialization of agrotourist farm by customer segment that wants to receive and make them loyal, organization of catering activities, planning and organizing accommodation services, achievement of tourist programs for entertainment and recreation according to the area available at the farm or property level, or rural settlement.
