Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penurunan tekanan darah bagi penderita hipertensi yang obesitas melalui aktivitas fisik senam lansia. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen ...dengan rancangan Preetest-posttest control group design. Sampel berjumlah 33 orang pasien Hipertensi klinik Anur Sinjai yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria lansia usia 50-70 tahun. Obesitas diketahui melalui perhitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi diukur dengan tensiometer merek Riester dan auskultasi dengan stetoskop, satuannya adalah mmHg. Pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan sebelum (pretest) dan setelah (posttest) diberikan aktivitas fisik setiap kelompok berupa senam lansia selama 12 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbedaan mean dua sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas fisik senam lansia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penurunan tekanan darah lansia hipertensi yang obesitas (t hitung=5,17; sig=0,000), dengan nilai mean difference 7,45 mmHg. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi yang obesitas setelah diberikan senam lansia.

Pengukuran kadar gula darah dengan menggunakan glucometer (autochek Nesco) untuk mengetahui kadar glukosa darah penderita yang dinyatakan dalam satuan mg/dl. Ini dilakukan sebelum diberikan aktivitas fisik berupa senam bugar lansia (pretest) dan setelah diberikan perlakuan (posttest). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan software SPSS 16.00 untuk mengetahui perbedaan mean dua sampel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan yang signifikan kadar gula darah pasien setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa senam bugar lansia dengan nilai mean difference antara pretest dan posttest sebesar 18,23 mg/dL.
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the massed practice learning model and motor ability using moving target media on fencing martial art attack skills. The ...research method used was an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test two group design research design. The sample used as many as 20 people with sampling techniques using simple random sample techniques through the motor ability test (Barrow Motor Ability Test). The sample was divided into two groups, namely the high motor ability group and the low motor ability group, each group consisting of ten samples. The data collection technique was using a modified fencing attack skills test (Fencing Test). The data analysis techniques in this study used the two independent sample t-test statistics. The results of this study showed that there were significant differences in the effect of the application of the massed practice learning model using moving target media in the low motor ability group and the high motor ability group. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the massed practice learning model by using mobile target media is very effectively applied to students who have high motor skills in improving attack skills in fencing martial arts.Key Words: massed practice;motor ability;fencing attackAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran massed practice dan kemampuan motorik menggunakan media target bergerak pada keterampilan serangan bela diri anggar. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sample melalui tes kemampuan motorik (Barrow Motor Ability Test). Sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kemampuan motorik tinggi dan kelompok kemampuan motorik rendah, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari sepuluh sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan serangan anggar yang dimodifikasi (Fencing Test). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua statistik uji-t sampel independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran massed practice menggunakan media target bergerak pada kelompok kemampuan motorik rendah dan kelompok kemampuan motorik tinggi. Simpulan adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran massed practice dengan menggunakan media target bergerak sangat efektif diterapkan pada siswa yang memiliki keterampilan motorik tinggi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan serangan bela diri anggar.Kata kunci: massed practice;kemampuan motor;serangan anggar

The research object is students a 4th semester in grade 2018, amounting to 40 people obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Samples were given treatment for 8 times the meeting, in a week 3 times meeting. Data collection techniques of badminton skills test in the form of Wall Volley test, short service, long service and clear test. Data analysis techniques using T-test. The results of this study were a significant effects on the implementation of the distributed practice learning model using audio visual media to improve the basic technical skills of badminton students. The audio-visual media in the application of distributed practice learning models is very effective in improving the learning outcomes of badminton basic engineering skills. Besides being able to facilitate students in understanding the movements learned, also facilitate teachers in delivering learning materials taught at the time, because students can evaluate the movement directly to be perfect through video observation.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pengaruh pendidikan jasmani pada pembangunan karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani dapat membantu siswa dalam membentuk karakter yang baik seperti disiplin, kerja keras, percaya diri, kerjasama, dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu, pendidikan jasmani juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan fisik dan mental siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa pendidikan jasmani memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembangunan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan jasmani harus diberikan dengan serius dan terintegrasi dengan kurikulum sekolah untuk memastikan bahwa siswa dapat mengembangkan karakter yang baik dan sehat secara holistik.

The methodology employed in this study involves a comprehensive literature review, drawing data from reputable sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. Content analysis techniques are utilized to analyze the data and identify key factors contributing to the influence of physical education on students' character development. The findings demonstrate that physical education plays a crucial role in fostering desirable character traits, including discipline, hard work, self-confidence, cooperation, and more. Furthermore, physical education also contributes to improving students' physical and mental well-being. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that physical education significantly influences the character building of elementary school students. Consequently, the integration of physical education into the school curriculum becomes imperative to ensure the holistic development of students, promoting good character and overall health.
This study aims to investigate lecturers' understanding of blended learning and skills in using several platforms for blended learning-based lectures, the effectiveness of the training on blended ...learning to improve lecturers’ competence, and the impact of the blended-learning lectures on their students’ learning outcomes. A quantitative approach was implemented in this research. The participants involved 30 lecturers and 67 students of Jabal Ghafur University, selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through tests and questionnaires and analysed descriptively. The results showed an increase in lecturers’ knowledge and skills in applying blended learning-based lectures. The lecturers’ and students’ responses to blended learning are also positive. This research concluded that the blended learning training in improving lecturer competence was considered effective and impacted their students’ learning outcomes. This research is hoped to be a reference and a model for teaching and learning to be adapted by universities for the blended learning model as a current learning method to support the current curriculum.
To date, the mental toughness index (MTI) has been adopted in five different languages but there has been no attempt to adapt and test it in the Indonesian context. On the other hand, the study of ...mental toughness is experiencing an upward trend but there are problems with the measurement tools used. This research aims to adapt and test the MTI to the Indonesian context by involving athletes and non-athletes as well as gender differences. There were 400 participants, with details of the athlete group = 211 people (Mage = 19.18 years, SD = 1.06, Male = 146, Female = 65), non-athlete group = 189 people (Mage = 23.38 years, SD = 7.11, Male = 144, Female = 45), and based on gender, male = 290 people (Mage = 21.38 years, SD = 5.41), while female = 110 people (Mage = 20.61 years, SD = 5.24). MTI was tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with maximum likelihood (ML) assisted by the IBM SPSS v.26 and IBM Amos v. programs. 22. Overall, the Indonesian version of MTI (MTIid) shows model fit, namely the values obtained are CFI = .967, TLI = .954, GFI = .966, SRMR = .034, and RMSEA = .069. Eight items in the MTIid have a convergent validity value that is statistically significant (p < 0.001) and the loading factor is very good (λ = .563 to .759), three items are in the excellent category, two items are very good, and three items are good. The internal consistency reliability of the MTIid was excellent (CR = .864; α = .862). MTIid is a valid and reliable measuring tool for measuring aspects of mental toughness, both in groups of athletes and non-athletes and based on gender differences (male and female). This research aims to explore the relationship between attitudes, satisfaction, happiness, and involvement and student learning outcomes based on gender and the undertaken study program (sport and ...non-sport) after the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a cross-sectional study. A total of 380 students in Indonesia participated in this study. The research results show that online learning on campus was perceived positively by students of both sports and non-sports study programs. There are no significant differences in the variables of student satisfaction, happiness, involvement, and learning achievements based on gender and study program. There is a significant relationship between satisfaction with online learning, life happiness, and involvement in lectures with learning outcomes. In addition, the satisfaction variable in online learning has a direct and indirect impact on student learning outcomes through the involvement variable. The happiness of life variable has a direct impact only on the involvement variable but not on the learning achievement variable.
