Abstract
In this work, an attempt was made to assess the possible change in the photosynthetic potential of the forests of New Moscow, depending on the degree of their remoteness from the territories ...with technogenic impact, based on the data of remote sensing of the earth. Because of constructing the time series of the spectral index NDVI, the value of the photosynthetic potential of homogeneous forest areas at different distances from the old borders of Moscow was estimated. Studies have shown that the average NDVI values of forests increase with distance from the borders with Old Moscow. The lowest NDVI values (0.70) are typical for forests located at a short distance from Moscow. In the central part of New Moscow, the index is 0.72, and the highest NDVI values (0.75) are observed within the settlements located in the south near the border with the Kaluga region.
This paper contains the analysis of materials and propositions for expert assessment of technical regulations in the automotive industry in case of design modifications by mounting the perspective ...technical equipment: computer vision, navigation systems, auxiliary equipment, on-board and stationary systems for modeling traffic conditions and traffic control. The international integration in the economy allows to establish the unified principles and mandatory safety requirements for standardization, metrology, accreditation, conformity assessment, monitoring (control), as well as for eliminating the technical barriers in commerce. The system of technical regulation in Russian automotive industry is built according to the international harmonized requirements for ensuring the road traffic safety. An illustrative registration procedure algorithm to introduce design modifications at the stage of operation in the Russian Federation is shown by infographics. An independent professional multi-stage check of the design safety is adapted to the modern realities and allows supporting the vehicle owners' technical initiative. The application of risk-oriented approach, unified forms and the methodology is another step in the improvement of the regulatory and technical basis in the field of the automotive industry. The paper gives commentaries to the effective national legislation, the summary dwells on the prospects of further scientific research. The article also presents information about the preparation of the national regulatory legal acts which are to establish relations in motor vehicles operation controlling. The analysis of the risks related to the vehicles design safety and security of road traffic is provided in details.
The hardness of heat-resistant chromium alloy may be decreased by heat treatment. The influence of the hardness on the wear rate of alloy tools in turning is investigated.

The magnetic properties of antiferromagnetic NiO nanoparticles prepared by thermal decomposition of nickel hydroxocarbonate are investigated. According to the data of magnetization measurements in ...fields of up to 250 kOe, the magnetic moment linearly grows in strong fields, which is caused by the contribution of the antiferromagnetically ordered nanoparticle core, and the antiferromagnetic susceptibility corresponds to that of bulk polycrystalline NiO. This allowed the antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic contributions to the total magnetic response of a sample to be quantitatively determined. The latter occurs due to the incomplete spin compensation in an antiferromagnetic nanoparticle caused by defects on its surface. It is demonstrated that to correctly determine the superparamagnetic blocking temperature, it is necessary to take into account the antiferromagnetic susceptibility of the particle core.
There is a huge raw material base for the production of foam glass. The aim of the work was to develop a technology for producing foam glass from cullet and industrial waste. Glass makes about 5% of ...municipal waste. Calcium carbonate which is the waste of ANP fertilizer production can be used as a foaming agent. The research task was to obtain effective heat-insulating and structural and heat insulating material with the corresponding physical and mechanical characteristics for low-rise and high-rise construction. The analysis of existing approaches to the production of foam glass was carried out in the course of the work, laboratory study of various mixtures composition was held and optimal mixtures of cullet and a foaming agent were proposed. Experiments showed that the density of foam glass made from different kinds of glass differs by up to 15%, which makes it possible to dispense with the expensive operation of sorting cullet.
•Overview of the new facility (LIMITEF5) is presented.•The facility is aimed for MHD/HT tests of liquid metal breeder blanket mock-ups.•The facility includes lead-lithium loop and superconducting ...magnet.•Overview of the lead-lithium loop and superconducting magnet is given.
This paper gives an overview of the new facility for MHD and heat transfer (HT) tests of liquid metal breeder blanket mock-ups in high magnetic field. The facility named LIMITEF5 is under construction now in JSC “NIIEFA” (D.V. Efremov Institute).
The facility includes the lead-lithium (LL) loop passing through the warm aperture of the superconducting magnet.
Superconducting magnet is planned to be put in operation in 2018 with the following characteristics:
-magnetic field induction is up to 5.5T;-dimensions of the magnet “warm” zone: diameter – 900mm, length – 1600mm;-winding design: low temperature superconducting split solenoid.
LL loop consists of melting and feeding tanks; main loop with electromagnetic pump (EMP), electromagnetic flow meter, calibration nozzle, heat exchanger and blanket mock-up; LL impurities control and purification system containing oxygen sensor, plug indicator, cold trap, LL sampler.
The details of the lead-lithium ceramic breeder test blanket module (LLCB TBM) mock-up for MHD/HT tests in magnetic field of ∼5T which is under conceptual design are also given.
