Non‐contact mode triboelectric nanogenerators effectively avoid physical contact between two triboelectric materials and achieve long‐term reliable operation, providing broad application prospects in ...the field of self‐powered sensing. However, the low surface charge density of triboelectric materials restricts application of contactless sensing. Herein, by controlling Rayleigh Instability deformation of the spinning jet and vapor‐induced phase separation during electrostatic spinning, a polyvinylidene fluoride@Mxene (Ti3C2Tx) composite film with spheres multiple physical network structures is prepared and utilized as the triboelectric material of a self‐powered contactless sensor. The structure of the composite film and high conductivity of Ti3C2Tx provide triboelectric materials with high output performance (charge output and power output up to 128 µC m–2 and 200 µW cm–2 at 2 Hz) and high output stability. The self‐powered contactless sensor shows excellent speed sensitivity (1.175 Vs m–1). Additionally, it could accurately identify the motion states such as running (55 mV), jumping (105 mV), and walking (40 mV) within the range of 70 cm, and present the signals in different pop forms. This work lays a solid foundation for the development and application of high‐performance triboelectric materials, and has guiding significance for the research of self‐powered contactless sensing.
A facile electrostatic spinning method to fabricate PVDF@Mxene composites with spherical multiple physical networks serving as triboelectric materials for a non‐contact triboelectric nanogenerator is developed. This material's architecture exhibits high charge and power output (128 µC m–2 and 200 µW cm–2). In a certain range, it can effectively monitor the human movement status and position in real time.

Wave energy in the aeration tank ...of aerobic biological technology is often ignored, resulting in serious energy waste. Metal-organic frameworks have been widely explored in the fields of energy utilization and environmental remediation. However, the photocatalytic efficiency is limited by the recombination of electrons and holes. In this work, a crowned triboelectric nanogenerator (C-TENG) was developed to enhance photocatalytic efficiency for degrading antibiotics. C-TENG converts wave energy in the aeration tank into electricity. An external electric field could be generated between two electrodes, which can promote the effective separation of photogenerated electrons and holes. Driven by the water wave with the acceleration of 5 m/s2, the removal efficiency of tetracycline could reach 95.89% within 80 min. The presence of the external electric field could generate more superoxide radicals (·O2-), hydroxyl radicals (·OH) and holes (h+), which plays an important role in improving photocatalytic efficiency. This work proposes an efficient, environmentally friendly and low-cost antibiotic degradation method, providing an effective way to purify the water.

For peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) inserting, tranquil cooperation of children for an extended period is often required. Therefore, sedation is routinely induced clinically prior to ...PICC inserting. Chloral hydrate is a commonly used sedative for children. However, its clinical acceptance has remained low. And the sedation effect is non-satisfactory. Previous studies have confirmed the safety and effectiveness of intravenous/oral dosing or nasal dripping for sedation during the examinations of electrocardiography and computed tomography. Yet few studies have assessed the sedating efficacy of dexmedetomidine nasal drops for PICC inserting.
From a cohort of 40 hospitalized patients scheduled for PICC inserting, 15 children employing a novel sedative mode of dexmedetomidine nasal drops at a dose of 2 ug/kg were assigned into group A while group B included another 25 children sedated routinely via an enema of 10% chloral hydrate at a dose of 0.5 mL/kg. The Ramsay's scoring criteria were utilized for assessing the status of sedation. Two groups were observed with regards to success rate of sedation, onset time of sedation and occurrences of adverse reactions.
Statistical inter-group differences existed in success rate and onset time of sedation. The success rate of group A was higher than that of group B (93.3% vs 64.0%, X2 = 4.302, P = .038 < 0.05). Group A had a faster onset of sedation than group B (14.86 ± 2.57 vs 19.06 ± 3.40 minutes, t = 3.781, P = .001 < 0.05). No inter-group difference of statistical significance existed in occurrence of adverse reactions (P = 1.000 > 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the success rate of sedation in group A was higher than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P = .036 < 0.05).
For sedating burn children, nasal dripping of dexmedetomidine is both safe and effective during PICC inserting. Without any obvious adverse reaction, it may relieve sufferings and enhance acceptance.
Metastasis poses the greatest threat to the lives of individuals with prostate cancer. Therefore, it is imperative to identify the underlying mechanism driving metastasis. Doing so would facilitate ...the detection of new diagnostic biomarkers and the advancement of treatment options for patients.
Metastasis-related modules were identified through weighted gene co-expression network analysis based on microarray GSE6919. Hub genes were confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR across different prostate cell lines and clinic samples. Pivotal genes were determined through integration of RNA and transcription factor-target associated interactions. To predict drugs with potential to suppress tumor metastasis, we applied molecular networks using the DrugBank database. Drug repositioning analysis and confirmation of drug screen were conducted using the compound library. Confirmation of selective cytotoxicity of cupric oxide was carried out via invasion, transwell and apoptosis assays.
We identified five metastasis-related modules. Of these modules, two were identified to represent core dysfunction modules in which five hub genes were determined for each module. Five of these 10 genes correlating with prostate cancer progression. Furthermore, our analysis revealed that there are 36 drugs with the potential to be active against tumor metastasis. Finally, we identified four compounds that have not previously been reported to have any association with cancer therapy. Of these, cupric oxide was determined to have the best chemotherapeutic potential in treating prostate cancer metastasis.
By combining bioinformatics methods with compound library screening, this study proposes a valuable approach to drug discovery. Cupric oxide showed the potential in the treatment of prostate cancer metastasis and deserves further study.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most frequent and lethal tumors affecting human health worldwide. The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-cancer effects of Xiaoai Jiedu Recipe ...(XJR) on HCC development and its underlying mechanisms.
The expression of microRNA-29a (miR-29a) and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) in HCC tissues and cells was determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The proliferation, migration, and invasion of HCC cells were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide, wound-healing, and transwell assays, respectively. The regulatory relationship between miR-29a and STAT3 in HCC was predicted by TargetScan and analyzed by luciferase reporter and RNA pull-down assays. The protein expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2/9 and STAT3 was detected by Western blotting. A xenograft tumor mouse model was established, and tumor weight and volume were measured.
The expression of miR-29a was significantly decreased in HCC tissues and cells compared with that in normal tissues and cells. The up-regulation of miR-29a was related with lymph node metastasis and tumor node metastasis stage. XJR treatment significantly increased the expression of miR-29a, decreased cell viability, migration, and invasion, and reduced the protein expression of MMP-2/9 in HCC cells in a concentration-dependent manner. The anti-tumor effect of XJR on HCC cells was reversed by treatment with miR-29a inhibitor. STAT3 was predicted as a target of miR-29a, and its expression was negatively regulated by miR-29a. Moreover, STAT3 knockdown suppressed the malignant behavior of HCC cells, and its anti-tumor function was reversed by treatment with miR-29a inhibitor. Furthermore, XJR treatment inhibited tumor growth in mice through elevating miR-29a expression and inhibiting STAT3 expression.
XJR suppressed the development of HCC via regulating miR-29a and STAT3.
본 연구는 한국어 읽기 연구 동향을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 위해 시사점을 제시하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 2013년부터 2023년까지 발표된 읽기 논문을 수집하여 발행 연도, 연구 주제, 연구 방법, 연구 대상별로 분류하여 살펴보았다. 살펴본 결과 평균적으로 매년 23편의 연구가 이루어지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 연구 ...주제의 경우 교재 및 자료에 관한 연구가 가장 높은 빈도로 나타나고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 연구 방법을 살펴본 결과 양적 연구 방법이 주를 이루고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연구 대상을 살펴본 결과 일반 목적을 대상으로 이루어진 연구와 초중고급을 대상으로 이루어진 연구가 가장 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 중국어권을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 위해 시사점을 제시하였다.
This study sought to examine the trends in reading research in Korean and suggest implications for further research. Accordingly, we collected reading papers published from 2013 to 2023 and categorized them by year of publication, research topic, research method, and research subjects. On average, 23 studies were published each year. In terms of research topics, textbooks and materials were the most frequently studied. We also investigated research methods and found that quantitative methods dominated. Finally, regarding the audience of the studies, most studies were general purpose, most were for beginner and intermediate students, and most were for Chinese speakers. Based on these findings, we present suggestions for future research.

본 연구는 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자가 텍스트를 읽는 과정에서 보여주는 어휘적 응결 장치의 인식 양상을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 한국어 읽기 교육에 시사점을 제안하는 데에 목적을 두었다.
중국인 한국어 고급 학습자들이 텍스트를 읽는 과정에서 어휘적 응결 장치의 인식 양상을 살펴보기 위해 양적과 질적 측면으로 분석하였다. 양적 측면에서 분석한 결과 텍스트를 ...읽는 과정에서 소수의 학습자들이 어휘적 응결 장치를 인식하고 있는 듯하였으나, 질적으로 분석한 결과 그러하지 못하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 텍스트를 읽는 과정에서 어휘적 응결 장치의 인식 수준을 살펴본 결과 인식은 할 수 있으나 메타인식까지 할 수 있는 학습자는 없는 것을 확인하였다. 텍스트를 읽는 과정에서 어휘적 응결 장치치를 정확하게 인식하지 못한다면 중심내용이나 세부내용을 이해하는 데에 어려움이 있을 수 있다. 실제로 이해도 검사 결과에서도 이해도가 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 한국어 읽기 교육에 시사점을 제안하였다.
This study aimed to examine the recognition of lexical cohesive devices by advanced Chinese learners of Korean in the process of reading texts and to suggest implications for Korean reading education accordingly.
Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively concerning the recognition of lexical cohesive devices in the process of text-reading by advanced Chinese learners of Korean. The quantitative analysis showed that a small number of learners were able to recognize lexical cohesive devices while reading texts; however, the qualitative analysis showed that this was not the case. In addition, the level of recognition of lexical cohesive devices while reading texts, showed that some learners were able to recognize them but none were able to metacognize them. If students cannot accurately recognize lexical cohesive devices when reading a text, they may experience difficulty understanding the main ideas or details, and indeed, a check of their comprehension showed that it was low. Based on these results, we proposed implications for Korean reading education.

The airborne gravimetry was an important leap and innovation in the world＇s history of geophysical exploration. China＇s first test of the airborne gravity geological survey in the onshoreoffshore ...transitional area of the western and southern part of the Bohai Sea was successful and effective in geology. Based on the airborne gravity data, and combining previous ground gravity, seismic and drilling data etc., we carried out the geological interpretation by forward and inverse methods. The result shows that the airborne Bouguer gravity anomaly was clear, the fracture interpretation was reliable, and the inversion depth of the main geological interfaces was relatively accurate. This airborne gravity geological survey not only filled the exploring gaps in the onshore- offshore transitional area, and realized the geological and tectonic junction between the sea and the land, but also discovered four local gravity anomalies, 11 fractures and three sags or subsags, and so on. The good geological effect of airborne gravimetry not restricted by terrain condition shows that it can be served as a new geophysical method in the exploration of complex terrain physiognomy area such as mountain, jungle, desert, marsh, onshore-offshore transitional area and so on, and has an extensive application prospect in China in the future.
