članek predstavlja koncept queerovskega pristopa k vzgoji, ki ga razume kot okvir, znotraj katerega je moč razpravljati o istospolnih družinah v vrtcih in hkrati slediti zahtevam po kritičnosti, ...objektivnosti in pluralizmu, na katerih temelji pred- šolska vzgoja. empirična podlaga za članek je analiza kurikula za vrtce in raziskava, ki jo je med vzgojiteljicami in pomočnicami slovenskih vrtcev leta 2012 izvedla avtorica. Analiza Kurikula je pokazala, da ima Kurikul nastavke, na podlagi katerih bi lahko uvajali govor o istospolnih družinah znotraj vrtca na več nivojih. Rezultati raziskave pa kažejo, da vzgojiteljice in pomočnice v večji meri istospolnih družin ne omenjajo. v članku predpostavljamo, da (queerovska) pravljica In s Tango smo trije, ki prikazuje vsakdanje življenje istospolne družine, predstavlja primer dobre prakse in primerno orodje, s pomočjo katerega lahko vzgojiteljice in pomočnice otrokom na njim razumljiv način predstavijo istospolne družine.
This article presents the concept of queer pedagogies and explains it as a frame enabling discussions about same-sex families in kindergartens and at the same time follows requirements such as ...criticality, objectivity and pluralism that are the foundation of preschool education.
Empirical data were gathered from preschool teachers and assistant preschool teachers in 2012 by the author. The results of curriculum analysis indicate that the discussion of same-sex families could be included in the educational process at various levels. The key finding of the research is that preschool teachers and assistant preschool teachers do not include themes of same-sex families in their discussions with children.
In the article, we assume that the (queer) children’s story “And Tango Makes Three”, outlining the everyday life of a same-sex family, represents a best practice and suitable tool that would help preschool teachers and assistants present the notion of same-sex families in a way that is easily perceived by children.

In heterosexual environment found in educational systems, same-sex families face many challenges. Their position in Slovenian kindergartens is dealt with. Theoretical part encompasses findings of ...different research papers in the field of homosexuality within the educational area & analysis of kindergarten curriculum. Empirical data were gathered from preschool teachers & assistant preschool teachers in 2010 by the author of the article. Results of curriculum analysis indicate that discussion on same-sex families could be included in educational process on various levels. The key finding of the research is that Slovenian kindergartens are, despite clear goals of the curriculum, still predominantly heterosexually oriented & that preschool teachers & assistant preschool teachers do not include the themes of same-sex families in their discussions with children (75% of research respondents).
