Land is the main need for humans because human life cannot be separated from the soil. The Indonesian state is increasingly experiencing developments in the arrangement of land ownership rights, ...which is followed by the issuance of regulations governing land. Understanding of the initial evidence of ownership of land rights between the community and government institutions in conflict areas such as what happened in Central Java, the southern part of Kebumen Regency, there is an area called urutsewu. This creates a gap both vertically and horizontally, based on the legality of proof of ownership of legal property rights, namely a certificate, but to issue a certificate it must be preceded by initial evidence of ownership such as letter C books, SPPT and other evidence available at the village level, in accordance with the Law. Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960. From this description, what is the strength of the evidence for quoting the village letter C book in obtaining rights and what is the procedure for obtaining land rights, what is the status of ownership of land rights with evidence of village letter C quotations in the Urutsewu area, Regency of Kebumen.

This research was conducted and involved nurses Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. The number of samples of this study were 124 nurses Orthopaedic Hospital Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta. The results showed that transformational leadership style influence on commitment, job satisfaction and nurses’ intent to move RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta with the mediating role of justice and trust.
Biodiesel, in the form of a blended fuel (BXX) with 20%-vol biodiesel (B20), has been on sale on the Indonesian market since early 2016. There is a plan to increase its percentage by up to 30% by ...2020, as stated in the biodiesel mandatory phase implementation report. One of the important parameters in biodiesel quality for the implementation of higher biodiesel percentage is monoglyceride content. Monoglyceride presence in biodiesel is caused by the incomplete conversion of raw material oils during the transesterification process, with alcohol, and it remains in the biodiesel product. The presence of monoglyceride in BXX fuel, especially at low-temperature conditions, can cause the formation of a precipitate that accelerates fuel filter clogging. The monoglyceride impurities, even in very low amounts, can trigger the formation of a precipitate. The amount of precipitate is an important factor that can affect the time taken before the fuel filter becomes blocked. The determination of the newly proposed upper limit of monoglyceride content parameter in biodiesel standard is necessary for B30 implementation so the potential amount of monoglyceride precipitate can be anticipated. The limit was proposed to be determined by benchmarking the amount of precipitate formed in B20 or B10 at various temperature conditions. The research was carried out by applying a modified cold soak filtration test method of ASTM D7501 for the precipitation test. Monopalmitin was added to biodiesel with low monoglyceride content to vary monoglyceride content so that each sample had approximate monoglyceride contents of 0.17%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8%. Each biodiesel sample was then blended with petroleum diesel fuel to produce B10, B20 and B30. Each 100 ml sample was separately soaked in the cooling chamber at constant temperature conditions of 15 °C, 20 °C and 25 °C and at a room temperature condition for 21 days. Each sample was then filtered, washed with petro-ether, vacuum-dried and weighed for a constant amount of precipitate retained on the filter. The proposed upper limits of monoglyceride content in biodiesel for B30 with respect to the same amount of precipitate at each corresponding temperature condition in B20 and B10 were found to be 0.62% and 0.50%, respectively. However, with respect to the same amount of precipitate at room temperature in B20, the proposed upper limit of monoglyceride content in biodiesel for B30 was found to be in the range of 0.40–0.62%, while in the range of 0.33–0.51% for B10. From these results, the upper limit of monoglyceride content in biodiesel for B30 implementation should be lower than the current standard limit to achieve the same quality as biodiesel for B20 use.
Consumer recognition of the adverse effects of synthetic colorant has increased awareness in utilizing natural colorants as an alternative. One of them is a microbial colorant and it is already ...studied for its safety and functional properties in the human body, i.e. hypercholesterolemia, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anticancer. The functional properties of microbial colorant have driven many kinds of research about natural colorant produced by the microorganism. Monascus pigment is one of the popular red pigment synthesized by mold Monascus purpureus. This research was conducted to investigate the effects of particle size and incubation temperature on color value and water solubility of the natural colorant produced by M. purpureus FNCC 6008 using rice and cassava as carbon substrates. Every experiment was conducted in an erlenmeyer flask filled by 15 g of substrates, sterilized and incubated in an incubator chamber. Three particle sizes of 8, 10, and 16 mesh were employed on the incubation temperatures of 30, 32, and 34 oC for 14 days. Two parameters were measured from the sample to evaluate the results of the fermentation process, i.e. color intensity and water solubility of product. The highest color intensity of 59.6 CVU/gds was obtained from the rice substrate at the particle size of 10 mesh and incubation temperature of 32 oC. That particular fermentation condition resulted in a product with 71.4% product solubility.
Lubricated contact performance can be improved by using a textured surface as well as a hydrophobic surface. A procedure to obtain the optimal partially textured journal bearing combined with the ...hydrophobic coating is presented through the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) codes. In this study, lubricated hydrophobic textured contacts with and without cavitation modeling are discussed. The cavitation phenomena in the lubricant is modeled using a multiphase model of "mixture" to obtain a realistic condition. The effect of dimple depth, as well as the eccentricity ratio, on the tribological performance, is of particular interest. It is found that the tribological performance is greatly influenced by the multiphase flow cavitation scheme. When cavitation modeling is taken into account, higher load support is noted. Furthermore, the simulation results show that a hydrophobic textured surface with a shallow depth (d/h
min
<1) seems to be better for enhancing the tribological performance. Meanwhile, for the case of the low eccentricity ratio, there is an optimal dimple depth giving the highest load support. The findings explored in this work can be considered as a theoretical basis to increase the performance of hydrophobic textured journal bearing.
Reducing the energy consumption of industrial robots (IR) that are used in manufacturing systems has become a main focus in the development of green production systems. This is due to the reality ...that almost all automated manufacturing processes are using IR as the main component. Thus, reducing the energy consumption of IR will automatically reduce operating costs and CO
2
emissions. Therefore, a method for reducing the energy consumption of IR in manufacturing systems is desired. Firstly, this paper presents a literature survey of the research in energy consumption analysis of IR that is used in manufacturing processes. The survey found that current research in this field is focused on the development of simulation models of IR that are able to be used to predict its energy consumption. Secondly, a modular model to analyze power consumption and dynamic behavior of IR is developed. Afterward, an experimental investigation is carried out to validate and estimate the accuracy of the model developed. The investigation shows that the developed modular model can be conveniently used to optimize the industrial robot’s operating parameters, which are commonly needed for production planning and at the process optimization stage. In addition, the investigation shows that the process constraints, environment layout, productivity requirement, as well as the robot payload and operating speed are the key factors that must be considered for optimizing the productivity and efficiency of IR.
Researchers are continuously working to improve the mechanical characteristics of polymer composites by various approaches such as fiber treatment, filler addition, and others. In this study, ...mechanical, thermal, and morphological characteristics of composites produced from corn husk waste fibers treated with pumice powder were examined. Corn husk (CHF) and pumice powder (SBA) were mixed in polyester matrix at varied volume fractions of 5:30, 10:25, 15:20, 20:15, 25:10, and 30:5. The results demonstrate that infusing SBA into the CHF composite enhanced the interfacial adhesion between the CHF and the polyester matrix. As a result, the mechanical and thermal characteristics of the SBA/CHF composites were significantly improved. The composite with 5:30 volume fraction (JPA) exhibited the highest values of tensile strength (18.61 MPa), tensile modulus (3.23 GPa), flexural strength (36.12 MPa), and flexural modulus (3.39 GPa) among all the composites and the polymer matrix which was attributed to the strong SBA/CHF interface bonds in the composites. While the lowest values recorded for the composite specimens were due to a large number of CHF pullouts. Similarly, JPA composites outperformed the other composites in terms of thermal stability. The morphological study indicated that CHF pullout increased with an increased quantity of CHF and dropped as the amount of SBA increased and was distributed equally in the composite. According to the findings, the CHF/SBA composites had better mechanical characteristics than the fiber‐glass composites.
Experimental studies of the CPO (Crude Palm Oil) fuel pre-treatment system for diesel power plants with a capacity of 2 544 kW were carried out to determine the fuel heating temperature requirements ...and to evaluate the reliability of the pre-treatment system. The fuel pre-treatment consists of the heating process, mechanical separation process and filtering process. The CPO at the booster module was heated from 64 °C to 81 °C by set the thermal oil temperature. The result shows that a minimum CPO heating of 78 °C is required in the booster module to produced kinematic viscosity CPO less than 13 cSt at the engine inlet. When there is a disturbance in the thermal boiler system, CPO deposits are found in the booster module strainer, which clogs the fuel supply to the engine, causing hunting loads. Redundancy equipment is needed to increase the reliability of the pre-treatment system. In addition, it is also necessary to add a heating process through the CPO fuel line starting from the storage tank to the engine inlet so that the thermal loss that occurs can be minimized and the work of the thermal boiler is reduced.
Literasi media digital (media digital literacy) menjadi sebuah kunci penting dalam menghadapi berbagai fenomena teknologi informasi yang ada sekarang. Pada era serba digital seperti sekarang ini, ...perkembangan media digital dan teknologi informasi memberikan tantangan bagi pengguna dalam mengakses, memilih, dan memanfaatkan informasi serta kemampuan dalam menelusuri informasi tersebut membutuhkan ketepatan dan kualitas informasi yang diperoleh penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi Literasi Media Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA/SMK Di Cilacap, apa saja kompetensi Literasi Media Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA/SMK Di Cilacap, dan kendala apa saja yang dihadapi guru PAI berkaitan dengan Literasi Media Pembelajaran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SMA/SMK Di Cilacap.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, objek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah dan guru PAI SMA/SMK Di Cilacap. Tempat penelitian adalah SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja dan SMK Darul Ulum Sidareja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti adalah alat penelitian utama dengan bantuan panduan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, visualisasi data, verifikasi, dan validasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja dan SMK Darul Ulum Sidareja sudah memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam menerapkan beberapa model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital, dengan bantuan pihak sekolah dalam aspek penguatan kurikulum yaitu dalam proses pembelajaran yang memperbolehkan mengakses media berbasis teknologi, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang didukung oleh pihak sekolah dengan diadakanya pelatihan peningkatan literasi digital bagi guru. Namun ada beberapa kendala seperti persoalan jaringan dalam mengajar serta tidak meratanya kepemilikan handphone atau tidak semua siswa memiliki smartphone untuk mendukung proses belajar.
This research aims to investigate the accuracy of 3D scanner by conducting a comparative analysis of AI-based photogrammetry method and Agisoft Metashape software, a more affordable and accessible ...approach compared to expensive commercial solutions. The proposed method uses photogrammetry and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to measure propeller blade geometry through a three-stage process. In the first stage, the images are taken with a digital camera with calibrated and encoded targets. Additionally, reconstruct the propeller blades in Geomagic Studio. Taking photos of objects only takes a short time and is professional. Subsequently, in the second stage, the 2D images are processed using Agisoft Metashape software and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to generate an accurate 3-dimensional (3D) model. The third and final stage employs CAD programs to measure various radii of each blade in the 3D virtual model. To validate the accuracy of the measurements, the results are compared with those obtained through machine CMM measurements of each area on the propeller blade. The results show that this method successfully automates the entire reverse engineering process at low cost, lower shooting time, and producing 3D models with high accuracy. The validation shows that the 3D results using Agisoft Metashape have a smaller error (%) value compared to the 3D results using AI. Ultimately, Agisoft Metashape yields higher accuracy results compared to AI, but the results suggest that AI can serve as an alternative for the reverse engineering process in this modern era.
