According to the solution of many tasks of the Russian Federation state policy on the agro-industrial complex development, the dairy cattle breeding industry is considered a priority. Milk and dairy ...products is one of the most important food products in the world, it is consumed by various age population categories, which results in necessity for state stimulation of the dairy industry development 1. This article substantiates the effective results of technological indicators of the cow productivity bred in the Voronezh region of the main breeds, since Simmental, red-motley and Holstein, with the technology of their tie-up year-round and yard housing. Based on the research results, it was noted that these breeds have a high potential for indicators of productivity and quality of raw milk. However, the influence of intensive industrial and technological conditions affects the duration of the productive cow use. The work presents the results of average productive indicators of imported cattle of Holstein and Simmental breeds, taking into account their acclimatization in the Voronezh region for 5-6 years and their technological use proving the effectiveness of raw milk production. On this basis, it can be noted that imported cattle have high acclimatization rates. In a comparative aspect, the perspectivity of using the yard cattle housing in large livestock complexes are justified. The economic efficiency of raising imported and domestic selection cows in the dairy farm conditions of an agroholding agricultural company is calculated.
•Full phase diagram LDPE – highly refined mineral oil is constructed for the first time.•The diagram does not include a liquid-liquid binodal.•A capillary-porous body is formed during thermally ...induced phase separation.•Highly refined mineral oil is less miscible with LDPE than decane and tridecane.•The system attracts practical interest as a component of vibration-damping compositions.
An original optical method and differential scanning calorimetry were used to construct an experimental phase diagram for the binary composition low-density polyethylene – highly refined mineral oil. This diagram includes the polymer full amorphization curve and the oil solubility curve that describes the osmotic equilibrium between the swollen polymer and pure mineral oil. Within the domain between these curves, the system can be identified with a single-phase microheterogeneous gel with polymer crystallites as physical crosslinks. Two critical compositions containing 17 and 36 wt% of polyethylene were found. The first one corresponds to the least amount of polymer needed to form a capillary-porous body upon cooling down the pre-homogenized mixture. The second composition contains the fraction of oil above which the polymer full amorphization temperature is no longer decreased. Comparing with the optical method, calorimetry is much faster and able to catch weak mineral oil crystallinity, but less accurate and unable to supply any data for the solubility curve. An empirical analysis of the parameters describing the polymer full amorphization curve allowed us to conclude that mineral oil is less miscible with low-density polyethylene than decane and tridecane. The results obtained can be useful for the optimization of the properties of rubber-based vibration-damping compositions filled with polyethylene and mineral oil.
The paper describes the preparation of a new salt spiropyran of indoline series containing vinyl-3

Four new titanium catecholate complexes – Ti2(Cat)2(CatH)2(OCH3)2(CH3OH)2 (1; Cat = C6H4O22–), Ti2(4tBuCat)4(CH3OH)2·2CH3OH (2·2CH3OH; 4tBuCat = 4‐t‐C4H9‐C6H3O22–), Ti(Cat)2(dmf)2 (3; dmf = ...N,N‐dimethylformamide), and Na(dme)Ti(Cat)32Na(dme)CH3OH2 (4; dme = 1,2‐dimethoxyethane) – have been obtained by treatment of Ti(OCH3)4 with catechols in methanol and structurally characterized. Complex 3 is the first example of a neutral mononuclear titanium catecholate containing more than one catechol molecule per titanium atom. Complexes 1 and 2 are neutral dimers in the solid state, each with a catechol/Ti ratio equal to 2 and featuring one of the catechol ligands bridging two titanium centres in a singly bridging chelate µ2‐(O,O′,O′) mode. The other catechol molecule is either a terminal bidentate chelating ligand (complex 2) or a Ti monodentate ligand (complex 1). Complex 4 is a heterometallic aryloxide complex with a tetrameric {Na(dme)Ti(Cat)3)22– (Ti2Na2) core as an anionic moiety and Na ions, solvated by methanol and dme ligands – {Na(dme)(CH3OH)}22+ – as a cationic counterpart. Each Ti centre in 4 is octahedrally coordinated by three catechol ligands, demonstrating three distinct types of bridging modality. It was shown that 1–4 effectively catalyze the selective homogeneous hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene. Various kinetic relationships were determined and analyzed, enabling a reaction pathway for this catalytic reaction to be proposed.
A series of titanium(+4) catecholate complexes with different architectures has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The investigated compounds demonstrated excellent activity as catalysts for C2H2 → C2H4 conversion, representing a rare example of selective hydrogenation of acetylene catalyzed by a non‐precious metal.
Maxwell’s equations are used to obtain effective relations for components of the vector potential of a three-dimensional extremely short laser pulse propagating in the medium of an optically ...anisotropic photonic crystal based on semiconductor carbon nanotubes. The evolution of two components of pulse strength in such a medium is modeled numerically at times exceeding several dispersion lengths. The shape and delay of pulses are shown as functions of the angle of anisotropy. The dependence of the angle of rotation of a pulse’s plane of polarization on the distance traveled by it is shown.
Abstract
Objective
The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of molecular and genetic biomarkers in the development of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in women with breast cancer at ...the 12 months after polychemotherapy.
Methods
A total of 176 women, median age of 45,0 42,0; 50,0 years with breast cancer without cardiovascular diseases who received anthracycline antibiotics as part of polychemotherapeutic treatment were enrolled in the study. Two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography and 6-minute walk test were performed at baseline and at the 12 months after polychemotherapy. Serum levels of NT-proBNP, sFas-L were measured using an enzyme immunoassay after polychemotherapeutic treatment. Evaluation of gene polymorphisms of p53 protein (polymorphic marker-Arg72Pro exon 4, rs1042522) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS3, Glu298Asp, rs1799983) were carried out by polymerase chain reaction at baseline.
Results
After the 12 months of polychemotherapy all patients had breast cancer remission and were divided into 2 groups: group 1 (n=52) comprised patients with anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity, group 2 (n=124) comprised those without it. After polychemotherapeutic treatment the median value of NT-proBNP in group 1 was higher (p<0,00001) by 52,4% than in group 2 (113 101,8; 126,15 pg/mL and 53,8 43,4; 63,0 pg/mL, respectively). The median value of sFas-L in group 1 was higher (p<0,00001) by 44,3% than in group 2 (125,3 111,85; 133,95 pg/mL and 69,8 59,8; 77,6 pg/mL, respectively). Based on ROC-analysis, sFas-L concentration of 95.8 pg/mL (sensitivity of 92.2%, specificity of 92.1%, and AUC=0,951; p=0,0001) and NT-proBNP concentration of 71.5 pg/mL (sensitivity of 99.9%, specificity of 91.9%, and AUC=0,951; p=0,0001) were identified as a cut-off values predicting the development of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity. The development of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in women with breast cancer at the 12 months after polychemotherapy significantly was related to the presence of T/T genotype of NOS3 gene (OR = 3,059; p=0,018) and with Arg/Arg genotype of p53 protein gene (OR = 2,972; p=0,001). While, the presence of Pro/Pro the Pro53 gene genotype of p53 protein gene was related to the absence of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity.
Conclusion
Our data suggest that evaluation of polymorphisms gene of p53 (rs1042522) and NOS3 (rs1799983) can be recommended before polychemotherapy in women with breast cancer for the risk assessment of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity. The serum levels of NT-proBNP and sFas-L after polychemotherapy may be considered as non-invasive biomarkers for prediction of the development of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity in women with breast cancer during the 12 months after polychemotherapy.
