This research aims to reveal the influence of students' emotional intelligence (X) on learning outcomes in the Economic Learning Evaluation course (Y). The research method used is the regression ...method. The sampling technique uses random sampling. The research sample consisted of 122 students. The results of the research instrument trial showed that the reliability of the learning outcomes instrument for the Economic Learning Evaluation course was 0.912, and emotional intelligence was 0.762. Data analysis uses simple regression analysis. The research results reveal: (1) Linear Regression Equation. Obtained linear equation Y = -43.321 + 0.624X (2) Students' emotional intelligence has a positive effect on learning outcomes in the Economics Learning Evaluation course. (3) Testing the significance of the regression line equation, the F hit and p-value are smaller than 0.05 or Ho is rejected. Thus, students' emotional intelligence influences learning outcomes in the Economic Learning Evaluation course. (4) Testing the significance of the correlation coefficient, the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.612 and Fhit (Fchange) = 3,196.836, with a p-value smaller than 0.05. This means Ho is rejected. Thus, the correlation coefficient X and Y is meaningful or significant. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.664, which means that 66.4% of the variation in learning outcome variables in the economics learning evaluation course.

This research is intended to obtain a description of (a) the meaning of verbal and nonverbal symbols of the values contained in the Momayango Bele process, (b) the meaning of nonverbal symbols in the ...Momayango Bele process, and (c) the implications for learning local wisdom in schools. The study employed a descriptive method with a type of qualitative research that is used to reveal and describe how the payango tradition determines people's houses in Gorontalo and the extent to which the payango tradition is applied as well as the stages of traditional procedures in building a house. The data were obtained from informants/speakers through the interview, the recording and observation of data obtained then analyzed. Based on the research results, the Momayango Bele procession is a process of measuring and making foundation patterns and laying the first stone for house building in the Gorontalo community. The symbols in the Momayango Bele procession contain complex and deep meanings. The impact of the Momayango Bele procession on the local community is to preserve their cultural identity.
This research aims to reveal whether there is an influence of interest in learning on students' learning achievement in social studies subjects. The research method used is associative quantitative ...methods. The sampling technique used random sampling with a sample size of 84 students at AL-Ikhlas Middle School Bekasi. Research data was obtained using valid and reliable instruments. The data analysis used is regression analysis of Y and This means Ho is rejected. Thus, the correlation coefficient X and Y is meaningful or significant. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.242, which means that 24.2% of the variation in the Social Sciences Learning Achievement variable can be influenced by Learning Interest. The conclusion of the research results reveals that there is an influence of student learning achievement on interest in learning, this can be seen from the regression equation Y = 48.769 + 0.445X, meaning that the Y score can be predicted using the linear equation mentioned above. From the analysis results t hit = 5,250 and p-value = 0.000/2 = 0 < 0.05 or Ho is rejected. Thus, interest in learning has a positive effect on learning achievement in social science subjects.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa materi menggambar flora dengan model Project Based Learning pada siswa kelas VIIE SMP Negeri 5 Semarang. Subyek ...penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 5 Semarang. Siklus penelitian meliputi: jurnal siswa, hasil wawancara, jurnal guru, jurnal hasil dokumen foto, hasil observasi non tes, dan observasi tes. Tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu pratindakan, siklus I dan siklus II. Variabel penelitian ini adalah model Project Based Learning (PjBL), motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuisioner dan tes. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, lembar kuisioner dan tes.. Hasil peningkatan hasil belajar yang diperoleh : 1). Non tes diperoleh peningkatan rata-rata 24%. 2). Tes diperoleh nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 78 menjadi 89. Nilai tertinggi dari 85 menjadi 95. nilai terendah yaitu dari 70 menjadi 80 atau siswa yang mendapatkan nilai A meningkat 25%, nilai B meningkat 56%, nilai C turun 38% dan yang mendapat nilai D turun 44%, serta yang E kosong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa materi menggambar flora kelas VII E SMP Negeri 5 Semarang.

Headman election are part of a village government implementation system that transparent, independent, accountable and democratic. Conducting headman election in direct, general, free, confidental, ...honest and fair are expected to produce a headman who is able to lead and organize village government in effective, efficient, responsible manner, and trusted by the villagers. This kind of headman can create and increase the welfare of the villagers. Based on juridical study, the legislation that directly regulates headman election is not adequate enough for the provision concerning dispute of headman election result. It only appoint regent/mayor as a party that obligated to settle disputes within 30 (thirty) days, and a deadline to submit an objection is 3 (three) days. Therefore, making a more technical regulationregarding the stages, mechanisms, and procedures for resolving headman election disputes in a form of regional legal products will greatly help providing a solution for the election implementation committee at both the village and regency/city level, candidates for headman, villagers, and regent/mayor who was given the obligation to resolve dispute of headman election result.
