Mass customization (MC) is gaining steadyattention in both industry and academia. Recently,MC implementation guidelines (MC-IGs) have been identified as an emerging sub-stream of MC research. A ...review of thissub-stream has beenpublishedin the current year,with a practitioner-oriented view. The present paper complementsthat review by focusing on the researchers’ need to improve the way MC-IGs are developed and communicated. By providing data generated from asystematic literature review on MC-IGs,the present paper informs researchers abouthow much and in which way certain aspectsof MC-IGs havebeen considered in the available guidelines. Through a systematic and detailed description of the published MC-IGs, the present article supports researchers to clearly communicatethesimilarities and differences intheir proposed advancements on MC-IGs. Finally, by reflecting on the very nature of the output of MC-IG research,this article suggests open and wide adoption ofthe design science research strategy to develop and test MC-IGs.
During 2009 and 2010, the microbiological tests of a total of 40 samples of
protein feed ingredients (sunflower meal, soybean, soybean cake, soybean
grits and soybean meal) originating from Vojvodina ...were carried out. The most
of the samples (57.5%) matched the Serbian regulations on feed.
Microbiologically, there was not adequate quality of protein ingredients,
which was a consequence of the presence of pathogenic bacteria: Proteus spp.
in 12 samples of sunflower meal, 1 sample of soybean meal and 2 samples of
soybean cake, and E. coli in 2 samples of soybean meal. The highest total
number of bacteria (1 x 107 g-1) and the highest number of yeasts and molds
(148.000 g-1) was identified in one sample of sunflower meal. Mycological
analysis of protein feed established the dominance of species from the genera
Aspergillus (A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger and A. ochraceus), Fusarium
(F. solani, F. subglutinans and F. verticillioides) and Mucor (Mucor hiemalis
f. hiemalis and M. racemosus f. racemosus). The study of biochemical
characteristics of 10 fungal isolates from sunflower meal, soybean grits and
cake has established that: a) 2 cultures of Aspergillus spp. possessed
antagonistic activity against other fungal species, b) 1 isolate F. solani
biosynthesized T-2 toxin, c) 1 culture of F. subglutinans produced
zearalenone, d) 4 isolates of Mucor spp. showed the ability to degrade one or
both trichothecenes of type A (diacetoxyscirpenol - DAS and T-2 toxin).
Mycotoxicological studies that included 24 samples of protein ingredients
showed the absence of mycotoxins (aflatoxin B1, ochratoxin A, zearalenone,
deoxynivalenol, DAS and T-2 toxin) in all 15 samples of sunflower meal. In
the samples of soybean and its products (meal and cake) only T-2 toxin was
detected in 3 analyzed samples. The amount of this fusariotoxin did not
exceed 375 ?g kg-1 .
Tokom 2009. i 2010. godine mikrobioloskim ispitivanjima je bilo obuhvaceno
ukupno 40 uzoraka proteinskih hraniva (suncokretova sacma, sojino zrno, sojin
griz, sojina pogaca i sojina sacma) poreklom iz Vojvodine. Higijenska
ispravnost je konstatovana kod 57,5% testiranih uzoraka. Mikrobioloska
neispravnost proteinskih hraniva je bila posledica prisustva patogenih
bakterija: Proteus spp. kod 12 uzoraka suncokretove sacme, 1 sojinog griza i
2 sojine pogace, odnosno E. coli kod 2 uzorka sojine sacme. Najveci ukupan
broj bakterija (1 x 107/g) kao i najveci broj kvasaca i plesni (148.000/g)
konstatovani su kod jed nog uzorka suncokretove sacme. Mikoloski analize
proteinskih hraniva su ustanovile dominantnost vrsta iz rodova Aspergillus
(A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger i A. ochraceus), Fusarium (F. solani, F.
subglutinans i F. verticillioides) i Mucor (Mucor hiemalis f. hiemalis i M.
racemosuus f. racemosus). Ispitivanjem biohemijskih karakteristika 10
gljivicnih izolata iz suncokretove sacme, sojinog griza i pogace utvrdjeno je
da: a) 2 kulture Aspergillus spp. poseduju antagonisticku aktivnost prema
drugim vrstama gljiva; b) 1 izolat F. solani biosintetise T-2 toksin; c) 1
kultura F. subglutinans proizvodi zearalenon, dok su d) 4 izolata Mucor spp.
ispoljila sposobnost razlaganja bilo jednog ili oba trihotecena tipa A
(diacetoksiscirpenol - DAS i T-2 toksin). Mikotoksikoloskim istrazivanjima 24
uzorka proteinskih hraniva utvrdjeno je odsustvo mikotoksina (aflatoksin B1,
ohratoksina A, zearalenon, dezoksinivalenol, DAS i T-2 toksin) kod svih 15
uzoraka suncokretove sacme. U uzorcima zrna soje i njenih preradjevina (griz i
pogaca) detektovan je samo T-2 toksin kod 3 uzorka u kolicini koja nije
prevazilazila 375 ?g/kg.

The toxigenic potential of the 37 isolates of Fusarium mainly originating from pelleted fodder mixtures for calves and feed components (F. camptoceras – 1, F. oxysporum – 3, F. poae – 3, F. ...proliferatum – 1, F. sporotrichioides – 1, F. subglutinans – 5, F.verticillioides – 9 and F. spp. – 13) was examined by the use of modified method of Filtenlorg et al (1983).Cultivation of fungal isolates was performed on substrates YESA, KDA and the PPSA, at the temperature of 27 ±1°C for 14 days. The method of thin-layer chromatography analysis was used for detection of the presence of type A trichothecenes (diacetoxyscirpenol and T-2 toxin), type B trichothecenes (deoxynivalenol) and zearalenone in extracts of solid substrates used for the cultivation of fusaria. Diacetoxyscirpenol (DAS) produced only 3 unidentified isolates of Fusarium spp. and 1 isolate of F. camptoceras on YESA after 14 days of cultivation. T-2 toxin was biosynthesized by eight analyzed isolates (F. camptoceras -1, F. solani -1, F. sporotrichioides -1 and Fusarium spp. -5) after variable period of cultivation (7 to 14 days) on all 3 tested solid substrates. Zearalenone (ZON) produced 6 isolates (F. oxysporum -2, F. poae -1, F. subglutinans -2 and Fusarium sp. -1) after 10 days of cultivation on the YESA, PDA and PPSA media. The presence of DON was not detected in any substrate used for cultivation of the analyzed isolates.
