This study aimed to examine perceptions and actions of educational policy makers regarding parental engagement in children’s education within a district in West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The ...study employed a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected from five participants through a semi-structured interview, involving the head of the district, the education department head, a sub-district head, a village head, and a school principal. The collected data were analyzed by applying Moustakas’s (1994) analytical methods consisting of three steps namely bracketing, creating clusters of meaning, and textural description. The results showed that the policy makers within the district had an appropriate perception about the increment of parental involvement in education, not only for students but also for schools, parents, and local governments. However, positive perceptions of educational policy makers within the district were not consistent with their actions, proved by no particular policy intending for parental involvement.
This research was aimed to: Produce nahwu teaching book based on Syauqi Dhayf’ theory. Measure the eligibility of the book. Measure the affectivity of the book.This research was research and ...development model as laid out by Borg and Gall was modified. The analyses qualitative databy using Miles and Huberman’s theory, and analyses quantitative data by using T-Test. the result of this research is: Among the characteristics of teaching materials developed are by utilizing inductive approach. Such approach uses materials which are based on reformation theory by Syauqi Dhayf who neglects i’râb taqdiry and mahally, removes ‘âmil in i’râb, and redefines nahwu topic. The developed teaching book is eligible to be used in teaching nahwu based on validation by experts nahwu, arabic, and teaching design. which achieved very good score. The developed teaching book is effective in improving the grades of students based on T-Test that counted: 20,014 bigger than T table: 2,101 and its significant grade: 0,000 smaller than alpha: 0,050. It means there is a great difference of exam’s results between before and after implementation.

This article discusses the active role of local government units and community organisations, such as sub-districts or village offices and officially affiliated youth organisations, in ensuring unprivileged Indonesians' safety and welfare. Local government and community organisations are also involved in the delivery of government aid to beneficiaries during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This study aims to determine the level of logical thinking skills of solving ability on math problem of the economy, and the effect on the ability of logical thinking ability in solving mathematical ...economics at Mathematics Education students Muhammadiyah University Makassar. This research is an ex-post facto nature of causality with total population were 245 people from 8 different classes. Samples invoved 58 students consisting of 2 classes using a sampling technique . The research instrument consists of logical thinking ability test as many as 30 items and problem solving test ability by 5 items were valid and reliable before use. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation and regression analysis). The research findings shows that: (1) The ability to think logically masiswa are in good enough category with an average value of 69.13; (2) The level of mathematical problem solving ability for masiswa economy is in the category quite well with the average value of 74.03; (3) The level of logical thinking ability masiswa correlated with mathematical problem solving ability with great economy of 94.5% relationship where that is located on a well once; and (5) the ability to think logically positive effect on the ability of solving problems with the effect of 89.1% while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other variables outside the model. On conslusion, the ability to think logically positive effect on the ability of settlement capability, it can be concluded that the higher of logical thinking skills possessed by the student means the student problem-solving abilities are higher.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru mengenai konsep dan karakteristik guru ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi agar dapat fokus pada persepsi individu, yaitu ...guru SMA Kecamatan Simboro sebagai partisipan, dengan cara mewawancarai mereka secara semi terstruktur. Teknik analisis data kualitatif diaplikasikan dengan menggunakan bantuan software NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep guru ideal menurut partisipan adalah guru yang bermanfaat bagi siswa, institusi, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Sedangkan kriteria atau karakteristik guru ideal menurut mereka yaitu guru yang memiliki karakter positif, menguasai konten atau materi yang diajarkan, memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, professional, berpengalaman, melakukan kontribusi sosial, dan terus melakukan pengembangan diri.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar matematika dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 75 Ujungpero Kecamatan ...Sabbangparu Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi yang selanjutnya tahap-tahap tersebut dirangkai pada siklus yang dilaksnakan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 75 Ujungpero Kecamatan Sabbangparu Kabupaten Wajo Tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 10 orang yang terdiri atas 7 perempuan dan 3 laki-laki, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif yang terdiri dari : hasil belajar dan angket observasi yang dikumpulkan dengan cara pemberian tes kepada siswa dan data tentang situasi pembelajaran saat pelaksanaan tindakan diperoleh melalui format observasi dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT cocok diterapkan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 75 Ujungpero Kecamatan Sabbangparu Kabupaten Wajo. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa setelah diadakan pengembangan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, Hasil belajar yang diperoleh dari tes akhir siklus, pada akhir siklus I dengan skor rata-rata 64,50 dari skor ideal 100 dengan standar deviasi 14,03, sedangkan pada akhir siklus II dengan skor rata-rata 80 dari skor ideal 100 dengan standar deviasi 9,13, dan terjadi perubahan sikap siswa selama proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan hasil observasi yaitu dengan adanya penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri siswa untuk bertanya baik kepada guru maupun kepada temannya tentang materi yang tidak dimengerti serta dapat meningkatkan kehadiran siswa.
Affective skill is one of the factors that students must possess and are the key to successful learning; affective skills are also one of the skills needed in the world of work in the future. This ...research aimed to analyze the influence of affective skills and their influence on learning outcomes and the dominant influencing variables. This quantitative survey was conducted in January-March 2021, involving 155 students (61 males and 94 females). The variables consisted of exogenous variables, namely affective skills (math interest, math anxiety, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude), while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The instrument used to measure exogenous variables were questionnaires including math interest, math anxiety, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude that met the validity and reliability tests. While the endogenous variable, namely understanding results obtained from the value of documentation of student learning outcomes at school. The data was processed by descriptive and inferential analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM). The study results concluded that math self-efficacy and math attitude were in the high category, beliefs and math interests were suitable. Math anxiety was of a low sort. Furthermore, math interest, math self-efficacy, beliefs, and math attitude were found to have no significant effect on learning outcomes, which means that math interest, self-efficacy, ideas, and math attitude were not sufficient to provide evidence that they could significantly influence learning outcomes.
