Abstract
Owing to inevitable thermal/moisture instability for organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites, pure inorganic perovskite cesium lead halides with both inherent stability and prominent ...photovoltaic performance have become research hotspots as a promising candidate for commercial perovskite solar cells. However, it is still a serious challenge to synthesize desired cubic cesium lead iodides (CsPbI

) with superior photovoltaic performance for its thermodynamically metastable characteristics. Herein, polymer poly-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP)-induced surface passivation engineering is reported to synthesize extra-long-term stable cubic CsPbI

. It is revealed that acylamino groups of PVP induce electron cloud density enhancement on the surface of CsPbI

, thus lowering surface energy, conducive to stabilize cubic CsPbI

even in micrometer scale. The cubic-CsPbI

PSCs exhibit extra-long carrier diffusion length (over 1.5 μm), highest power conversion efficiency of 10.74% and excellent thermal/moisture stability. This result provides important progress towards understanding of phase stability in realization of large-scale preparations of efficient and stable inorganic PSCs.
Against the background of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the use of artificial intelligence technology to improve the efficiency of artistic feature analysis of ancient ...Chinese literary works has become a hot topic of current research in literature. In this paper, we propose a multi-scale feature fusion network for the artistic feature analysis of ancient Chinese literary works to address the problems of a single structure and inflexible adaptation of features that appear in RPN networks and path aggregation networks. Then, features are extracted from ancient Chinese literary works, and several adaptive multi-scale feature extraction modules are used to squeeze the incentive and adaptive gating mechanisms for artistic feature extraction and fusion. Finally, the evaluation index system of artistic features of literary works is constructed, and the multi-scale feature fusion network weights the artistic features of ancient Chinese literature. The results show that the average weights of humanistic spiritual features, national patriotic features, literary emotional features and transformative artistic features in ancient Chinese literature and art features are 26.11%, 24.97%, 23.89% and 25.03%, respectively, and the average weight of humanistic spiritual features performs better compared with the other three. This study analyzes the artistic characteristics and cultural values of ancient literary works, which is an effective initiative for modern people to study ancient culture and inherit the national spirit and has important historical significance for developing Chinese literature.

The study was established to inquire into the protective effect of the HIF-1α (Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α)/ BNIP3(Bcl-2/adenovirus E1B 19-kDa interacting protein) signal path-induced-autophagy ...during myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion (I/R) and oxygen–glucose deprivation/recovery (OGD/R) injury in heart-derived H9C2 cells as well as its potential underlying mechanism.
Immediate myocardial I/R in SD (Spraque Dawley) rats and cytotoxicity of OGD/R injury on H9C2 cells with and without inhibitors or agonists of HIF-1α and BNIP3 were evaluated. Expression of mitochondrial autophagic protein were detected by Western blot and immunofluorescence. And the mitochondrial autophagosome were detected using Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM).
I/R and OGD/R injury increased the expression level of HIF-1α, activated the downstream BNIP3 and subsequently triggered mitochondria-dependent autophagy. Up-regulation the expression of HIF-1α and BNIP3 may promote the cardiac myocytes of SD rats of I/R injure and OGD/R injury-induced autophagy of H9C2 cells. Moreover, down-regulation the expression of HIF-1α or BNIP3-siRNA decreased H9C2 cells autophagy under OGD/R injury.
Together, our studies indicated that HIF-1α synchronization regulate BNIP3 during OGD/R injury-induced autophagy in H9C2 cells, though BNIP3-induced autophagy acting as a survival mechanism.
Nanozymes, a type of nanomaterial with intrinsic enzyme-like activities, have emerged as a promising tool for disease theranostics. As a type of artificial enzyme mimic, nanozymes can overcome the ...shortcomings of natural enzymes, including high cost, low stability, and difficulty in storage when they are used in disease diagnosis. Moreover, the multi-enzymatic activity of nanozymes can regulate the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in various cells. For example, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity can be used to scavenge ROS, and peroxidase (POD) and oxidase (OXD) activity can be used to generate ROS. In this review, we summarize recent progress on the strategies and applications of nanozyme-based disease theranostics. In addition, we address the opportunities and challenges of nanozyme-based catalytic theranostics in the near future.
With its diverse physical-chemical properties and highly efficient enzyme-like activities, nanozymes have been widely used in various theranostics.
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are important equipment for efficiently executing search and rescue missions in disaster or air-crash scenarios. Each node can communicate with the others by a routing ...protocol in UAV ad hoc networks (UANETs). However, UAV routing protocols are faced with the challenges of high mobility and limited node energy, which hugely lead to unstable link and sparse network topology due to premature node death. Eventually, this severely affects network performance. In order to solve these problems, we proposed the deep-reinforcement-learning-based geographical routing protocol of considering link stability and energy prediction (DSEGR) for UANETs. First of all, we came up with the link stability evaluation indicator and utilized the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model to predict the residual energy of neighbor nodes. Then, the packet forward process was modeled as a Markov Decision Process, and according to a deep double Q network with prioritized experience replay to learn the routing-decision process. Meanwhile, a reward function was designed to obtain a better convergence rate, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze the weights of the considered factors in the reward function. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of DSEGR, we conducted simulation experiments to analyze network performance. The simulation results demonstrate that our proposed routing protocol remarkably outperforms others in packet delivery ratio and has a faster convergence rate.
Extreme learning machine (ELM) is a new learning algorithm for the single hidden layer feedforward neural networks. Compared with the conventional neural network learning algorithm it overcomes the ...slow training speed and over-fitting problems. ELM is based on empirical risk minimization theory and its learning process needs only a single iteration. The algorithm avoids multiple iterations and local minimization. It has been used in various fields and applications because of better generalization ability, robustness, and controllability and fast learning rate. In this paper, we make a review of ELM latest research progress about the algorithms, theory and applications. It first analyzes the theory and the algorithm ideas of ELM, then tracking describes the latest progress of ELM in recent years, including the model and specific applications of ELM, finally points out the research and development prospects of ELM in the future.
Dielectric materials are eternal jewels in the view of research due to their strong dissipation ability, low density and higher stability compared to those of magnetic materials. Regarding the ...significance of permittivity to characterize the dielectric properties of dielectrics, an in-depth and systematical investigation of dielectric polarization process has become quite necessary. Updated and critical surveys of the key factors determining permittivity, dielectric polarization in single-component system, dielectric polarization in multi-component system and related polarization relaxation are all highlighted. In addition, the challenges for dielectric polarization and polarization relaxation, the prospects for further exploration in electromagnetic wave absorption are also discussed. In short, this review provides a brief but systematic introduction to dielectric polarization and related polarization relaxation in electromagnetic wave absorption, which motivates further study of dielectric absorbers in microwave absorption field.

In an unmanned aerial vehicles ad hoc network (UANET), UAVs communicate with each other to accomplish intricate tasks collaboratively and cooperatively. However, the high mobility of UAVs, the ...variable link quality, and heavy traffic loads can lead to difficulties in finding an optimal communication path. We proposed a delay-aware and link-quality-aware geographical routing protocol for a UANET via the dueling deep Q-network (DLGR-2DQ) to address these problems. Firstly, the link quality was not only related to the physical layer metric, the signal-to-noise ratio, which was influenced by path loss and Doppler shifts, but also the expected transmission count of the data link layer. In addition, we also considered the total waiting time of packets in the candidate forwarding node in order to decrease the end-to-end delay. Then, we modeled the packet-forwarding process as a Markov decision process. We crafted an appropriate reward function that utilized the penalty value for each additional hop, total waiting time, and link quality to accelerate the learning of the dueling DQN algorithm. Finally, the simulation results illustrated that our proposed routing protocol outperformed others in terms of the packet delivery ratio and the average end-to-end delay.
•Differential roles of OX1 and OX2 receptors are discussed.•Orexin-1 selective antagonists disclosed to date are reviewed.•Insights on OX1 or dual antagonists as addiction therapeutics are provided.
...The orexin system includes the neuropeptides orexin A and B and the cognate receptors of orexin-1 (OX1) and -2 (OX2) and has been indicated in a number of important physiological processes. It is generally accepted that the OX1 receptor is mainly involved in motivation and reward and the OX2 receptor in the modulation of sleep/wake cycle and energy homeostasis. A variety of OX1 selective antagonists (1-SORAs) have been disclosed in the literature and some of them have been evaluated as potential therapeutics for addiction treatment. In this review we summarize all OX1 antagonists reported thus far based on their core structure. Several dual orexin receptor antagonists (DORAs) and OX2 selective antagonist (2-SORAs) have also been recently evaluated in reward and addiction models. While DORAs may seem pharmacologically advantageous for alcohol addiction given the recent findings on the OX2 receptor in reward and alcohol consumption, 1-SORAs are the better options for other drugs of addiction such as cocaine due to the absence of the sedative effects inherently associated with dual antagonists.
