In order to coordinate the digital geographic planning of agriculture and clarify the grasp of agricultural integration and digital development, by building a connected coordination model of the ...digital economy and the high-quality growth of the agricultural services trade, this article is confirmed. First, the fundamental workings of the digital economy and their spatial spillover effects on the high-quality growth of the agricultural services sector are examined. To evaluate each method’s level of development, the TOPSIS methodology and the entropy value method are linked, and a coupling coordination model is created. The production of the high-quality agriculture service trade and digital economy index system follows. In the end, the empirical study of coupling coordination was carried out using data from each province in China from 2010 to 2020 as the original sample. The findings indicate that before 2015, in all provinces, the coupling coordination degree of the development of the agricultural service trade and the digital economy was less than 0.2. The coupling coordination degree showed a tendency of moderate expansion from 2016 to 2020, increasing by 583.33% from 2010 to 2020. This shows that as the digital economy has expanded, the agriculture services sector has also developed in a high-quality manner.

Distiller's dried grains with solubles (DDGS) is a major coproduct of the fuel-ethanol industry and is becoming a popular low-cost ingredient for animal feed. Uncertainties regarding the risk factors ...in DDGS, such as level of mycotoxins, could limit its application in the animal feed industry. To provide a scientifically sound assessment of the prevalence and levels of mycotoxins in U.S. DDGS, we measured aflatoxins, deoxynivalenol, fumonisins, T-2 toxin, and zearalenone in 67 DDGS samples collected from 8 ethanol plants in the midwestern United States from 2009 to 2011. Among the five mycotoxins, deoxynivalenol was the main focus of the study because the crop year of 2009 was favorable for deoxynivalenol occurrence in corn. We learned that no more than 12% of the samples contained deoxynivalenol levels higher than the minimum advisory level for use in animal feed provided by the U.S. FDA, and the deoxynivalenol levels in all DDGS collected in 2011 were <2 mg/kg. Besides, intensive study showed that the enrichment of deoxynivalenol from contaminated corn to DDGS was about 3.5 times. With regard to the other mycotoxins in DDGS, the study suggested that (1) almost none of the DDGS samples produced in 2010 contained detectable aflatoxins and the highest level of aflatoxins in DDGS was 5.7 micrograms/kg; (2) no more than 6% of the samples contained fumonisin levels higher than the guidance level for feeding equids and rabbits provided by the U.S. FDA; (3) none of the samples contained T-2 higher than the detection limit; (4) most samples contained zearalenone levels between 100 and 300 μg/kg. This study was based on representative DDGS samples from the U.S. ethanol industry, and the data were collected using state-of-the-art analytical methodology. This study provided a comprehensive and scientifically sound assessment of the occurrence and levels of mycotoxins in DDGS produced from 2009 to early 2011 by the U.S. ethanol industry.
In the advanced stage of cancer, the pain caused by bone metastasis is unbearable, but the mechanism of bone cancer pain (BCP) is very complicated and remains unclear. In this study, we used 4T1 ...mouse breast cancer cells to establish a bone cancer pain model to study the mechanism of BCP. Then the paw withdrawal mechanical threshold (PWMT) and the hematoxylin-eosin staining were used to reflect the erosion of cancer cells on tibia tissue. We also determined the role of proinflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-17, etc.) in BCP by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in mouse serum. When GSK690693, a new Akt inhibitor, was given and the absence of intermediate signal dominated by Akt is found, pain may be relieved by blocking the transmission of pain signal and raising the PWMT. In addition, we also found that GSK690693 inhibited the phosphorylation of Akt protein, resulting in a significant decrease in with-nolysinekinases 1 (WNK1) expression in the spinal cord tissue. In the BCP model, we confirmed that GSK690693 has a relieving effect on BCP, which may play an analgesic effect through PI3K-WNK1 signal pathway. At the same time, there is a close relationship between inflammatory factors and PI3K-WNK1 signal pathway. The PI3K/Akt pathway in the dorsal horn of the mouse spinal cord activates the downstream WNK1 protein, which promotes the release of inflammatory cytokines, which leads to the formation of BCP in mice. Inhibition of Akt can reduce the levels of IL-17 and TNF-α, cut off the downstream WNK1 protein signal receiving pathway, increase the PWMT and relieve BCP in mice. To clarify the analgesic target of BCP, to provide reference and theoretical support for the clinical effective treatment of BCP and the development of new high-efficiency analgesics.

A total of 2504 nurses participated in a cross-sectional survey administered in 26 hospitals in Eastern China from October to November 2017. In December 2021, a survey was conducted on nurses who resigned between December 2017 and November 2021.
The turnover intention score of in-service nurses was 15 (12-17), and 43% of nurses had a high turnover intention, which was mainly due to the following reasons: age < 40 years, raising two or more children, monthly income of USD786.10-1572.20 or < USD786.10, occupation was assigned or selected according to parental wishes, ≤ 1 or ≥ 2-night shifts per week, contractual or third-party personnel agents, full-time nurses with part-time jobs, and high job stress. Among 102 retired nurses, 80.4% reported family reasons for leaving, 39.2% for work reasons, and 21.6% for other personal reasons.
Nurses' intention to leave their occupation is high in Eastern China. Age < 40 years old, > 1 child, low income, involuntary career selection, frequent night shifts, informal employment, part-time, and high job stress are significant factors associated with nurses' willingness to leave. Government and hospital administrators should consider ways to address these factors to retain nurses in hospitals in eastern China and improve the quality of nursing services.
Mobile phone addiction has a high detection rate among adolescents and is thought to be related to academic stress. However, the underlying mechanisms in this relation were still unclear. The present ...study tested the mediating role of psychological distress and the moderating roles of peer alienation and rumination in the relationship between academic stress and mobile phone addiction.
A total of 742 middle school students were recruited to complete measures of academic stress, psychological distress, mobile phone addiction, peer alienation, rumination, and demographic variables. Regression-based statistical mediation and moderation were conducted using the PROCESS macro for SPSS.
The results indicated that academic stress was significantly and positively associated with mobile phone addiction, and this link could be mediated by psychological distress. Moreover, this indirect effect was moderated by both peer alienation and rumination. Specifically, the mediating effect of psychological distress was stronger for adolescents with higher levels of peer alienation or adolescents with higher levels of rumination, as well as those with both higher levels of peer alienation and rumination.
The findings of this study enrich our understanding of how and for whom academic stress is correlated with mobile phone addiction. Education experts and parents should pay special attention to adolescents suffering from academic stress, especially those with higher peer alienation and rumination, and help them get rid of mobile phone addiction.
With the fast urbanization, urban heat island (UHI) effect is becoming more and more pronounced. Identify and evaluate the temporal-spatial variations and the driving factors that are in urgent need ...to alleviate a series of problems caused by heat island. Changchun of Jilin province is located in northeast China, using multiperiod satellites images and other ancillary data to invert the surface temperature and acquire the surface land cover classification, then it analyzed the temporal-spatial variation of UHI effect and relation between urban developments. The temporal variations of UHI effects based on air temperature (AT) showed: the UHI was strong at night and weak in daytime; the UHI was strong in autumn and winter and weak in spring and summer; the UHI effect increased rapidly before 2015 and decreased after 2015. The spatial variations of UHI based on land surface temperature (LST) effected: The area of higher temperature zone increased, while the area of other areas declined. The strength order of the UHI effect for different land surface covering types was: building land> grassland> woodland>water area. This meant how to layout urban land use types were important, reasonable urban land planning was necessary for urban sustainable development. This study provided an important basis for counteracting the UHI effect and promoting the construction of an eco-city.
Activation of p53-dependent apoptosis is critical for tumor suppression but aberrant activation of p53 also leads to developmental defects and heart failure. Here, we found that Rbm24 RNA-binding ...protein, a target of p53, regulates p53 mRNA translation. Mechanistically, we found that through binding to p53 mRNA and interaction with translation initiation factor eIF4E, Rbm24 prevents eIF4E from binding to p53 mRNA and inhibits the assembly of translation initiation complex. Importantly, we showed that mice deficient in Rbm24 die in utero due to the endocardial cushion defect in the heart at least in part due to aberrant activation of p53-dependent apoptosis. We also showed that the heart developmental defect in Rbm24-null mice can be partially rescued by p53 deficiency through decreased apoptosis in the heart. Together, we postulate that the p53-Rbm24 loop is critical for the heart development and may be explored for mitigating congenital heart diseases and heart failure.
Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) exerts neuroprotective effects against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury and modulates redox status, potentially through the activity of miR‐210, an important ...microRNA that is regulated by hypoxia‐inducible factor and Akt‐dependent pathways. The aim of this study was to determine the mechanisms of VNS‐ and miR‐210‐mediated hypoxic tolerance. Male Sprague–Dawley rats were preconditioned with a miR‐210 antagomir (A) or with an antagomir control (AC), followed by middle cerebral artery occlusion and VNS treatment. The animals were divided into eight groups: sham I/R, I/R, I/R+AC, I/R+A, sham I/R+VNS, I/R+VNS, I/R+VNS+AC, and I/R+VNS+A. Activation of the endogenous cholinergic a7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (a7nAchR) pathway was identified using double immunofluorescence staining. miR‐210 expression was measured by PCR. Behavioral outcomes, infarct volume, and neuronal apoptosis were observed at 24 h following reperfusion. Markers of oxidative stress were detected using ELISA. Rats treated with VNS showed increased miR‐210 expression as well as decreased apoptosis and antioxidant stress responses compared with the I/R group; these rats also showed increased p‐Akt protein expression and significantly decreased levels of cleaved caspase 3 in the ischemic penumbra, as measured by western blot and immunofluorescence analyses, respectively. Strikingly, the beneficial effects of VNS were attenuated following miR‐210 knockdown. In conclusion, our results indicate that miR‐210 is a potential mediator of VNS‐induced neuroprotection against I/R injury. Our study highlights the neuroprotective potential of VNS, which, to date, has been largely unexplored.

Determining transient fluid saturations in a multi-phase system is important for understanding the system’s flow characteristics and performing effective subsurface remediation. This paper investigates the models to quantify the fluid saturations of three phases of NAPL/Water/Gas in 2D porous media systems using a noninvasive light transmission technique. Four light intensity-saturation models (LISMs) to quantify fluid saturations from light intensities with only two parameters are proposed. Four LISMs can be divided into two classes: one based on assumption A of individual drainage and the other based on assumption B of combined drainage. LISMs are verified by two experiments conducted in NAPL invading into Water/Air and Water/Biogenic-Gas conditions, respectively. Results show that the model which based on assumption A and drainage of water first is the best type and show the strongest linear correlation between calculated results and measured data (R2 of 0.974 for air condition and R2 of 0.996 for biogenic gas condition). This study developed the innovative LISMs and applied them to three phases of NAPL/Water/Gas systems, which provides a methodology to acquire effective three fluid saturations in a continuous, quantitative, and real time way.
