Komentar Jurija Gustinčiča o Jugoslaviji in Svetu Evrope.
Jugoslavija, ena izmed deveterice nevtralnih in neuvrščenih evropskih dežel, se je v Helsinkih pripravljala na vrhunsko konferenco o Evropski varnosti in sodelovanju in je kot je navadno, dajala velikopotezne pobude. Pa vendar je edina, ki utegne imeti ali ima preglavice z vstopom v Svet Evrope. O našem prizadevanju k članstvu v Svet Evrope v skupini deveterice nevtralnih in neuvrščenih pa tole. Spadamo med utopiste, ki si domišljajo, da lahko zidajo zgornja nadstropja, niso pa še izkopali temeljev.
