Hiter razvoj in vedno večja vloga informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij zahtevata bolj razvite digitalne spretnosti posameznikov. Prispevek se osredotoča na koncepta digitalnih spretnosti in ...reševanja problemov v tehnološko bogatih okoljih, ki bosta obravnavana tudi na podlagi empiričnih podatkov, pridobljenih v mednarodni študiji PIAAC. V uvodnem delu je podan pregled literature in so predstavljeni rezultati predhodnih raziskav s področja merjenja digitalnih spretnosti ter podatki o uporabi storitev informacijske družbe med članicami Evropske unije. V drugem delu članka analiziramo rezultate, pridobljene v študiji PIAAC. Ti rezultati so pokazali, da imata največji vpliv na uspešnost reševanja problemov v tehnološko bogatih okoljih starost in izobrazba, kar potrjujejo tudi rezultati drugih raziskav. Prispevek zaključujemo s predlogi za izboljšanje trenutnega stanja vključenosti vseh skupin prebivalstva v programe usposabljanja na področju digitalnih spretnosti.
V prispevku, v katerem je predstavljena študija na primeru Slovenije, smo želeli odgovoriti na vprašanje, zakaj posamezniki iz ruralnih okolij v svojem okolju manj pogosto razpoznavajo poslovne ...priložnosti. Naši podatki kažejo, da ima povečanje virov človeškega kapitala, sestavljenega iz izobrazbe, znanja, izkušenj in sposobnosti za podjetništvo, pomemben in pozitiven vpliv na identificiranje poslovnih priložnosti. Za oblikovalce ukrepov ekonomske politike so naši rezultati pomembni, saj nakazujejo, da so politike, usmerjene v podjetniško izobraževanje (predvsem tisto, ki vključuje pridobivanje izkušenj in veščin v realnem podjetniškem okolju), koristne, in to predvsem na ruralnih območjih.
In this paper, that is a country study of Slovenia, we tried to determine why individuals in rural residential areas are less likely to recognize entrepreneurial opportunities. Our results show that ...the increase in resources in human capital, consisting of education, skills, knowledge, and experiences in entrepreneurship, has a significant and positive effect on opportunity identification. For policy creators, our results suggest that policies focused on entrepreneurial education- especially education that would enable the acquisition of real-life entrepreneurial experiences and skills-are useful, especially in rural areas.
V prispevku, v katerem je predstavljena študija na primeru Slovenije, smo želeli odgovoriti na vprašanje, zakaj posamezniki iz ruralnih okolij v svojem okolju manj pogosto razpoznavajo poslovne priložnosti. Naši podatki kažejo, da ima povečanje virov človeškega kapitala, sestavljenega iz izobrazbe, znanja, izkušenj in sposobnosti za podjetništvo, pomemben in pozitiven vpliv na identificiranje poslovnih priložnosti. Transnational multilingual information platform Danube Compass, part of the DRIM project (Danube Region Information Platform for Economic Integration of Migrants) financed by the European Union's ...Danube Transnational Programme, was created with the aim to improve access to information for migrants in eight countries along the Danube river. What we have learned in the process is what this handbook is all about. Its aim is to support the creation of similar platforms in other regions and is intended for organizations and institutions involved in the integration of newly arrived migrants. It should be helpful for anyone who is thinking of gathering focused information about arriving, working and living in another country. It provides hands-on checklists and ideas about how to implement one’s own platform for supporting migrants’ integration on local or national level.
V članku predstavljamo pomen sodobne tehnologije in njen vpliv na družbeni razvoj ter uporabo v izobraževanju. Naša temeljna predpostavka je, da se bosta pogostost in kakovost uporabe izobraževalne ...tehnologije (najširše definirane) povečali s poznavanjem dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na njeno uporabo. V besedilu tako opredelimo koncept informacijske družbe in prikažemo različna mnenja o vplivu sodobne informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije na družbo. E-izobraževanje kot razširjeno obliko izobraževanja umestimo v kontekst informacijske družbe in predstavimo teorije sprejemanja tehnologije, na katerih temelji »enotna teorija sprejemanja in uporabe tehnologije« (UTAUT). Ugotavljamo, da imajo pri sprejemanju e-izobraževanja in drugih izobraževalnih tehnologijah glavno vlogo ožje socialno okolje, psihološki dejavniki in tehnične značilnosti orodja, zato morajo biti ukrepi za spodbujanje večje uporabe usmerjeni na eno od teh področij. Eden od sklepov pričujoče analize je razširitev modelov sprejemanja tehnologije s pedagoškimi vidiki e-izobraževanja, ki so pri klasičnih modelih povsem zanemarjeni.
