Hintergrund
Die chirurgische Weiterbildung steht vor der anspruchsvollen Aufgabe, technische Fortschritte und Patientensicherheit in Einklang zu bringen, insbesondere im Kontext der ...geplanten Krankenhausreform. Zusätzlich stellen der Generationswechsel und veränderte Ansprüche der Generationen Y und Z an den Arbeitsplatz weitere Herausforderungen dar. Um diesen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, hat die Berlin-Brandenburgische Chirurgische Gesellschaft (BCG) während der „Neuhardenberger Gespräche“ eine strukturierte Diskussion initiiert und ein Positionspapier erarbeitet.
Methodik
Im Rahmen der Neuhardenberger Gespräche fanden vier Sitzungen mit Impulsvorträgen und Diskussionen statt. Auf Grundlage der Hauptdiskussionspunkte wurden anschließend Thesen und Positionen erstellt, über die digital abgestimmt wurde.
Ergebnisse
Die Resultate zeigen einen klaren Konsens für flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, frühere Spezialisierungsmöglichkeiten und die Integration externer Rotationen in die chirurgische Weiterbildung. In Bezug auf Talentakquisition und Frührekrutierung von Weiterbildungsassistent*innen zeigte sich ein eindeutiger Konsens für die Förderung von Mitarbeiterengagement und strukturierte Frührekrutierung von Studierenden. Es herrschte Einigkeit hinsichtlich der Einführung von Weiterbildungsverbänden als wirksames Mittel, um eine hochwertige chirurgische Weiterbildung zu gewährleisten.
Diskussion
Einer der zentralen Punkt in den Diskussionen war, dass eine hochwertige chirurgische Weiterbildung nur in Weiterbildungsverbänden realisierbar sein wird, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der anstehende Krankenhausreform. Die BCG plant die Ausarbeitung eines modularen Weiterbildungsverbands, um die chirurgische Weiterbildung in Berlin/Brandenburg zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.
La retroalimentación es un proceso que puede favorecer el aprendizaje profesional del profesorado. En el presente estudio se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura para identificar las ...características de la retroalimentación hacia los docentes y describir la tendencia en la producción de investigación. Se identificaron 16 artículos en inglés y español, a los cuales se realiza un análisis de contenido inductivo y deductivo. A partir de la revisión se encontró una diversidad de prácticas las cuales se describen. En general, se coincide en una serie de características de la retroalimentación: que sea concebida dentro de un proceso más amplio de desarrollo profesional, se lleve a cabo a partir de un diálogo bidireccional, promueva un clima positivo, favorezca la autorregulación, sea descriptiva, inmediata y con un soporte por escrito que permita la reflexión sobre la práctica. La retroalimentación puede ser especialmente útil en la formación inicial de docentes y entre pares. No obstante, se enfatiza la necesidad de una formación específica para quienes ofrecen la retroalimentación.

Die Corona-Krise hat der Digitalisierung im ...Arbeitsleben nochmals einen plötzlichen Schub gegeben. Die Transformation der Wirtschaft und die Weiterentwicklung von Sozialstaat und Arbeitsgesellschaft stellen die entscheidenden Herausforderungen dar. Dieser Artikel diskutiert einige Kernfragen und politische Gestaltungmöglichkeiten: Grundeinkommen, Weiterbildungspolitik, Robotersteuern und soziale Sicherung.
We use detailed survey data to study the influence of automation technology on workers’ training participation. We find that workers who are exposed to substitution by automation are 15 percentage ...points less likely to participate in training than those who are not exposed to it. However, workers who leave occupations that are highly exposed to automation increase their training participation, while those who enter them train consistently less. The automation training gap is particularly pronounced for medium-skilled and male workers, and is largely driven by the lack of ICT training and training for soft skills. Moreover, workers in exposed occupations receive less financial and nonfinancial training support from their firms, and the training gap is almost entirely related to a gap in firm-financed training courses.

The notion of lifelong learning is gaining importance, not only in the labor market but also in other areas of modern societies. Previous research finds variation in occupation-related training ...participation by worker and workplace characteristics, gender, and education. However, evidence on the individual's socio-emotional skills creating favorable conditions for overall further training is scarce. To close this research gap, we analyze the role of personality for further training participation. First, we compare how the Big Five Personality Dimensions relate to different training types by differentiating between non-formal and informal training measures. Second, we investigate how personality traits affect further training chosen for occupational
and
private reasons separately. Drawing on a sample of 10,559 individuals from the Adult Stage of the German National Educational Panel Study (NEPS), we find that throughout our estimations, openness to experience positively relates to further training participation and is the most important determinant among the Big Five Personality Dimensions. However, the relationship between personality traits and training participation varies according to the training type and the reason for participating in further training. Moreover, we find gender-specific differences in the association between personality traits and lifelong learning. We conclude that personality is an important predictor of lifelong learning decisions.

Die Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Gefäßchirurgie ist in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz ähnlich, weshalb ein Wechsel auch während der Ausbildungszeit möglich ist.
In allen ...3 Ländern ist eine 2‑jährige Basisausbildung mit individuellen Unterschieden notwendig. In der Schweiz ist zusätzlich eine Zwischenprüfung (Basisexamen) zu absolvieren. Die Zeit bis zum Facharzt dauert in allen 3 Ländern mindestens 6 Jahre. Die Wochenarbeitszeit ist vergleichbar. Ein Unterschied zeigt sich im Bruttolohn, dieser liegt in der Schweiz über dem der Nachbarländer bei allerdings etwas höheren Lebenshaltungskosten. In Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz gibt es eine gefäßchirurgische Fachgesellschaft, in der die Interessen der Assistenzärzt*innen vertreten werden.
Zusammenfassend ist eine gute Aus- und Weiterbildung in allen 3 Ländern möglich. Die Qualität der Ausbildung hängt allerdings länderunabhängig auch von der Weiterbildungsstätte ab.
We undertook a synthesis of existing studies to re-evaluate the evidence on program mechanisms of intimate partner violence (IPV) universal screening and disclosure within a health care context by ...addressing how, for whom, and in what circumstances these programs work. Our review is informed by a realist review approach, which focuses on program mechanisms. Systematic, realist reviews can help reveal why and how interventions work and can yield information to inform policies and programs. A review of the scholarly literature from January 1990 to July 2010 identified 5046 articles, 23 of which were included in our study. We identified studies on 17 programs that evaluated IPV screening. We found that programs that took a comprehensive approach (i.e., incorporated multiple program components, including institutional support) were successful in increasing IPV screening and disclosure/identification rates. Four program components appeared to increase provider self-efficacy for screening, including institutional support, effective screening protocols, thorough initial and ongoing training, and immediate access/referrals to onsite and/or offsite support services. These findings support a multi-component comprehensive IPV screening program approach that seeks to build provider self-efficacy for screening. Further implications for IPV screening intervention planning and implementation in health care settings are discussed.
