In this research, formulation of new mixed traditional fruit marmalade with plum based was studied. For this purpose apricot, peach, apple were used at %25 level.

In this research, biyoghurt was made from cow is milk with Lactobacillus acidophilus strain. Rosehip marmalade was added to biyoghurt samples. Plain and rosehip marmalade-biyoghurt samples were ...stored 4±1°C and analyzed for some physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory characteristics on days of 1, 7 and 14 of the storage.
Bu araştırmada inek sütünden Lactobacillus acidophilus suşu kullanılarak biyoğurt olarak tanımlanan fermente bir süt ürünü üretilmiştir. Daha sonra kuşburnu marmelatı ilave edilmiş ve sade biyoğurtlar 4±1oC de 14 gün süreyle depolanmıştır. Depolanan örneklerin 1, 7 ve 14. günlerde bazı fiziksel, kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik ve duyusal analizleri yapılarak özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
