Aspergillus infection is a significant cause of morbi-mortality in an at-risk population. The Study Group of Fungal Infections (GEMICOMED) from the Spanish Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical ...Microbiology (SEIMC) has reviewed announcements made in invasive aspergillosis management. We have organized our recommendations in such a way as to provide a guide in resolving different clinical situations concerning the entire spectrum of invasive diseases caused by Aspergillus in various populations. Diagnostic approach, treatment and preventions strategies are outlined. It is not our aim that these guidelines supplant clinical judgment with respect to specific patients; however, it is our objective to perform a comprehensive summary of quality of care evidence for invasive aspergillosis management in different settings.
Las infecciones causadas por Aspergillus causan una elevada morbimortalidad en la población susceptible. EL Grupo de Estudio de Micología Médica de la Sociedad Española de Enfermedades Infecciosas y Microbiología Clínica (GEMICOMED/SEIMC) ha revisado las novedades más importantes sobre el manejo de las infecciones invasoras causadas por Aspergillus. Hemos organizado nuestras recomendaciones en 3 apartados: diagnóstico, tratamiento y profilaxis en diferentes grupos de pacientes susceptibles de padecer estas infecciones. Se revisan distintas situaciones clínicas que pueden estar causadas por este hongo. Nuestro objetivo no es que estas guías de tratamiento suplanten el juicio clínico de los médicos ante un determinado paciente; sin embargo, sí deseamos poder ofrecer un resumen comprensible sobre las evidencias que existen para realizar un óptimo manejo de la infección invasora causada por Aspergillus en diferentes situaciones clínicas.

El presente estudio pretende ofrecer una amplia visión panorámica sobre el desarrollo de la novela áurea, a la luz de la habitual incorporación de novelas cortas, en su estructura narrativa. ...Conforme al principio de la variedad en la unidad, prácticamente todos los modelos novelescos de tal época incluyeron, a través de formas diversas, este género. Ello incrementa, sin duda, su relieve e importancia y evidencia cómo su presencia en la literatura áurea superó el ámbito exclusivo de las colecciones.
ABSTRACT:
The present study aims at showing a wide vision on the development of the aureus novel, in the light of the usual incorporation of short novels in its narrative structure. According to the principle of variety in unity, practically all novel-based models of the time included, in different ways, this genre. This increases, undoubtedly, its importance and underlines how its presence in aureus literature went beyond the exclusive field of collections.
Resumen El presente artículo propone estudiar la inserción profesional de los profesores noveles desde una perspectiva socio-interaccionista del trabajo docente, empleando una visión ...fenomenológico-pragmatista aplicada al estudio de la experiencia de dicha etapa de la vida profesional. Sobre esta base, intentamos responder a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cómo perciben los profesores noveles sus condiciones de trabajo? ¿Cómo viven la experiencia profesional durante los primeros años de su carrera? ¿Se pueden identificar elementos facilitadores y obstaculizadores de la inserción profesional durante esta fase temprana de la vida profesional? Para responder a estas interrogantes, se estudia el caso de los profesores noveles que ejercen en diversas comisiones escolares en Quebec, Canadá, a través de entrevistas semi-dirigidas (n=46) analizadas por categorización temática. Los resultados revelan que las condiciones de trabajo son muy dispares y que están vinculadas a las situaciones contractuales de los profesores noveles, los medios materiales de ejercicio de la profesión y la organización de los establecimientos escolares. Los profesores viven estos elementos objetivos de modo diverso: vivencia positiva (integración fácil), vivencia negativa (falta de acompañamiento) y vivencia mixta (relativización de la experiencia). Finalmente, se lograron identificar elementos facilitadores y obstaculizadores de la inserción profesional de carácter transversal (comunidad profesional, condiciones contractuales, implicación de los alumnos).
Abstract This paper proposes to study the professional incorporation of novice teachers from a socio-interactionist perspective of the teaching work, using a phenomenological-pragmatist vision, applied to the study of this stage of professional life. Based on the above, we try to answer the following questions: What is the perception of novice teachers regarding their working conditions? How do they live the professional experience during the first years of their career? Can we identify elements that facilitate or impede the professional incorporation during this early phase of professional life? To answer these questions, we have studied the case of novice teachers who practice in various schools in Quebec, Canada, through semi-directed interviews (n=46), analyzed by thematic categorization. The results reveal that the working conditions are very different and that they are linked to the contractual situations of the novice teachers, the material means for exercising the profession and the organization of the various establishments. Teachers experience these objective elements in different ways: positive experience (easy integration), negative experience (lack of accompaniment) and mixed experience (relativization of experience). Finally, we were able to identify transversal elements that facilitate or impede the professional incorporation (professional community, contractual conditions, students’ involvement).
The following report presents some of the results of an investigation held in Uruguay aimed at providing knowledge about pedagogical practices and professional skills of teachers working in public ...primary schools located in high vulnerability social contexts. The universe of the study is composed by ten schools of Programa APRENDER. The consulted main actors are the early-career and expert teachers who develop their practice in these schools. From an approach that combined qualitative techniques, twenty-two in-depth interviews, field records and institutional documents are analyzed. The focus or research problem is to analyze and understand not only the significances given by early-career and expert teachers to professional skills but also other aspects associated with their representations about educational practices in socially inclusive schools. The document describes and categorizes these significances based on semantic relations and domain analysis. Due to the findings discussion, suggestions of some changes in educational policies are provided as well as recommendations for supervisors and managers of social inclusion programs.
