Depuis les années 2000, les professionnels du conseil revendiquent explicitement des savoirs et des compétences en ce qui concerne le « langage », quand ils parlaient, précédemment, davantage de « ...rédaction » ou de « récit ». Notre contrat doctoral, financé par le dispositif CIFRE au sein d’une agence de conseil, nous a amenée à considérer de près ces savoirs dont la mise en discours participe pleinement aux conditions de production des discours d’entreprise, au coeur de notre recherche. Cet article propose de revenir sur ces métadiscours pour expliquer 1) ce que sont ces savoirs et en quoi ils s’organisent en système, en idéologie, 2) comment ils influencent les pratiques professionnelles des prestataires de conseil, aussi bien au moment de la prospection de nouveaux clients qu’au cours de la mission et 3) comment cela contribue à faire valoir l’expertise des professionnels du conseil. Il s’agit, ce faisant, de montrer comment s’articulent théories du langage, pratiques professionnelles de l’écriture et statut de l’expert, et comment cela participe aux structures socioprofessionnelles et de la symbolique des discours corporate.
Since the 2000s, consulting professionals have explicitly been claiming to detain “language” skills and knowledge, whereas it was previously a question of “writing” or “storytelling”. Our doctoral contract, financed by the CIFRE scheme within a consultancy agency (as an applied PhD agreement), allowed us to take a closer look at the discourse embodiment of this knowledge, which plays a vital part in conditioning the production of corporate discourse, and which is at the heart of our study. This article proposes to revisit these metadiscourses in order to explain 1) what these different kinds of knowledge are and how they are organised into a system, an ideology, 2) how they influence the professional practices of consultancy service providers, both when prospecting for new clients and during the course of an assignment, and 3) how this contributes to the promotion of consultancy professionals’ expertise. The aim is to show how theories of language, professional writing practices and the status of the expert are articulated, and how this contributes to the socio-professional structures and symbolism of corporate discourses.
Les professionnels qui s’occupent des personnes âgées dans les établissements de santé possèdent plusieurs identités, à la fois aidants dans la relation avec la personne âgée et spécialistes de la ...pratique dans les interactions interprofessionnelles, ils s’adaptent en permanence au contexte, aux individus et à la réalité qui s’imposent à eux. Cette double identité pose des questions quant aux compétences de ces professionnels qui doivent être capables de présenter des qualités humaines d’écoute, d’empathie dans leurs échanges avec les personnes âgées mais également des capacités strictement professionnelles englobant la maîtrise du lexique spécialisé et les implicites spécifiques à la pratique dans les communications interprofessionnelles. Pour cet article, nous nous servirons d’un corpus récolté dans un organisme de formation des professionnels du soin et de l’aide et dans un établissement de santé pour les personnes âgées. Nous nous intéresserons aux communications interprofessionnelles à travers la problématique de l’interdiscursivité dans les transmissions orales. Les professionnels se servent effectivement de discours pour justifier des soins apportés ou pour rapporter des éléments qu’ils jugent importants de soumettre aux autres professionnels dans le cadre du suivi des soins pour la personne âgée. Nous verrons que les discours partagés en transmissions orales relèvent d’implicites spécifiques à la pratique professionnelle maîtrisés par tous les membres de la communauté de pratique.
Professionals who take care of the elderly, particularly in health establishments, have several identities, both helpers in the relationship with the elderly and specialists in practice in interprofessional interactions, they constantly adapt to the context, to the individuals and the reality. This double identity raises questions about the skills of these professionals who both must be able to present human qualities of listening, empathy in their exchanges with the elderly but also strictly professional capacities including mastery of the specialized lexicon and the practice specific implicit in interprofessional communications. For this article, we will use a corpus collected from both a training organization for care and aid professionals and a health facility for the elderly. We will focus on interprofessional communications through the issue of interdiscursiveness in oral transmissions. Professionals do use discourse to justify the care provided or to report elements that they consider important to submit to other professionals as part of the follow-up of care for the elderly. Through this issue of interdiscusivity, we will see that the discourses shared in oral transmissions are implicit specific to professional practice, mastered by all members of the community of practice.
A intervenção individualizada estruturada através do treino personalizado é uma ferramenta importante para os profissionais de exercício físico e um serviço de potencial relevo na saúde e bem-estar ...dos praticantes. O treino personalizado é uma prática desenvolvida nacionalmente por milhares de profissionais e relativamente comum em vários contextos, onde os ginásios e health clubs se destacam em particular. Considerando a reduzida produção nacional de literatura neste tópico, e assumindo a importância e relevância da emissão de recomendações atualizadas e que derivem de limitações concretas observadas em contexto de prática, este artigo apresenta como objetivo principal emitir orientações e recomendações operacionais que permitam uma aferição e regulação do trabalho implementado neste contexto, visando uma reflexão crítica e melhoria do serviço prestado. As recomendações emitidas também procuram, em acréscimo ao apoio associado ao desempenho da função profissional, ajudar na clarificação do que deverá constituir e delimitar a prestação deste serviço perante a visão de um praticante, apontando um caminho que vise uma uniformização de comportamentos e ações ética e profissionalmente recomendáveis, que possam e devam ser assumidas na prestação do treino personalizado, e permitam criar uma imagem social mais clara, objetiva e delimitada deste serviço individualizado.

This article analyzes and reflects on a problem that the legal professionals of the Civil Judicial Unit of the Cantón La Maná carry on when they present an ordinary demand. To the development of the ...research, we use the synthetic analytical method for which we decompose a whole problem and from there we look for the mistakes committed daily by the lawyer for not knowing how to present demands or well-founded writings, demonstrating large gaps that creep in from student time of right, and that were never corrected by a legal complementary self-education; resulting in a large number of ill-prepared legal professionals or with an intellectual vagrancy, locating that professional to a legal mediocrity.
El passat 28 de maig de 2018 va tenir lloc la IV Jornada d'Orientació Professional en Fiscalitat, dedicada en aquesta ocasió a les “Sortides professionals a l'Agència Estatal d'Administració ...Tributària”. Els Estudis de Dret i Ciència Política de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya van organitzar aquesta jornada, vinculada al màster universitari de Fiscalitat, com un instrument d'orientació professional per als estudiants d'aquest màster, i sota la direcció d'Ana María Delgado García (directora del màster universitari de Fiscalitat de la UOC) i Rafael Oliver Coll (professor col·laborador de Fiscalitat de la UOC).
