The economic situation in contemporary Ghana makes everyone yearn for economic progress. In Ghana, like many other parts of Africa, religion is responsible for providing the economic, spiritual, and ...health needs of its adherents. The predominantly Christian population in Ghana makes many people look up to Christianity to provide the road map to the country’s success. In this regard, the prosperity theology/gospel is the most dominant approach to seeking health and wealth among Ghanaian Christians. Though very persuasive, prosperity theology prompts so much debate about its influence on the religious and socio-economic life of Christians and the society at large. On the one hand, it is considered as promoting unethical behaviour and failing to yield qualitative growth for the church. On the other hand, it is considered as attracting a large following to the Christian faith. The need to evaluate the impact of this type of teaching is an urgent theological and pastoral concern because it is the most appealing Christian approach to socio-economic breakthrough for contemporary Ghanaian Christians. This paper, therefore, sought to address the problem of the lack of a balanced assessment of the prosperity gospel and how its weaknesses can be addressed. The study is a literature-based research that gathered data from publications on the subject matter. Through a critical analysis and evaluation of the information gathered, the authors evaluated the overall impact of the prosperity theology on the holistic life (social, spiritual, economic and political) of its adherents and having noted some pitfalls, recommended how this popular theology can be refined. Apart from providing guidelines for addressing the challenges associated with the prosperity theology, the paper also has the potential of yielding ethical renewal for people to live responsibly as they work toward improving their socio-economic and spiritual lives.

•Article fills gap on FinTech's role in farmers' prosperity.•Unique integration of FinTech, convergence, and farmers' prosperity.•Empirical research validates FinTech-farmers' prosperity link.
In ...recent years, FinTech penetration into rural areas, alongside the integration of agricultural industries, has posed significant implications for rural prosperity. Hence, this study investigates the impact of financial technology (FinTech) on farmers’ prosperity based on the industrial convergence of Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2013 to 2018. Empirical analysis of panel data demonstrates that FinTech significantly boosts farmers’ prosperity, particularly in eastern and central China. Furthermore, industrial convergence serves as a mediating factor, enhancing the positive impact of FinTech. This suggests that the integration of various agricultural sectors through technological advancements can lead to increased economic benefits for farmers. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of the relationship between FinTech, industrial convergence, and rural prosperity, an area previously underexplored. Moreover, the research supports the formulation of targeted policies that encourage the diffusion of digital financial services in rural areas, aiming to enhance the livelihoods of farmers and reduce urban–rural disparities. As such, this approach aligns with national strategies for financial inclusivity and rural revitalization.

The outlined portrait of managers who behave in practice as true leaders includes a series of indispensable traits: empathy, strategic thinking, vast personal experience, integrity, respect for ...subordinates. All these traits are reflected in managerial, modern leadership tools transformed into effective leadership styles, which once put into practice lead organizations to high performance. The key to long-term success for a sufficient manager is the art of delegation. In order for delegation to take place optimally, the manager must, through the leadership styles put into practice, build solid relationships with subordinates and transform into a true leader. Reality shows that there are managers who do not know how to manage the organization's resources and achieve maximum performance. Such managers, through learning and training, can acquire the ability to lead in order to become efficient and perform tasks at peak performance. Without effective leadership the success of a manager is not possible.
Abstract
The existence of a poor community, landless farmers and tenure conflict triggers the government to launch a social forestry (SF) and an agrarian reform (Land Object Agrararian Reform-TORA) ...program. Both programs should be evaluated periodically. The objectives of the research are to (i) explain the definition of SF and TORA and their target achievement, (ii) accelerate the target achievement of SF and TORA, (iii) analyze the community prosperity before and after SF and TORA implementation, and (iv) formulate a recommendation for the effectiveness of SF and TORA future implementation. The exploration of regulation substances uses content analysis and the explanation of the whole discussion uses the descriptive qualitative method. The research result reveals that the SF program has given management rights at the state forest. Meanwhile, the TORA program has distributed property (land) rights from the state land. Both programs have the same objectives that improve and increase the prosperity of their recipient target; however, both definitions are the difference between the old and the new definition. The good acceleration of both programs is the revision of their recipient target. The prosperity of the community should be enhanced by giving them access to capital, technology, relevant training, and the market. The effectiveness of the SF and TORA program can be acheived by implementing simple and appropriate actions for their six pilars (economical, social, ecological, professional, technical, and cultural) of target achievement.
In Leviathan, Thomas Hobbes voices concern over the squandering of the prospects of human prosperity. This paper argues that the remedy he proposes is the political replication of scripture's idea of ...creation; the acknowledgment of an originator, a first cause of indisputable order. Hobbes's nemesis, the Fool, is an agent of scripture's antithetical tohu and bohu (the disarray that preceded creation), who misguidedly believes he can work disarray to his advantage. For Hobbes this is folly, because the volatility of disarray is beyond human mastery. Nevertheless, steadfastness and prosperity remain at hand, by replicating the order of a 'higher power' that is fortunately echoed in all creation. This paper is made in the image of Hobbes's 'replication methodology', that in turn is modelled after scripture's original depiction of the act of creation "in his own image" (Genesis 1:27). The paper identifies the biblical Nabal as the 'original Fool', and reflects on how the original resonates in Hobbes's iteration.
