This collective volume is the first monographic and interdisciplinary study of autobiography in Slovenia. Nineteen authors are discussing the issues of its development, combining the methods of ...literary scholarship with the philosophical, historiographical, ethnological, sociological and other perspectives. Theoretical insights are complemented by a series of case studies on the history of autobiographical discourse in Slovenian cultural space and beyond it from the end of the 18th century to the present.
Gegenstand der Arbeit bildet die aus Skandinavien stammende Rechtsfigur der "Erweiterten Kollektiven Lizenz" ("extended collective license"), welche über die Erstreckung von Kollektivverträgen die ...Lizenzierung von umfassenden Werkrepertoires an Nutzer ermöglicht. Trotz ihrer wachsenden Popularität ist die Erweiterte Kollektive Lizenz wissenschaftlich noch nicht annähernd erschöpfend behandelt worden. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden anhand einer umfassenden Analyse zunächst das Wesen, die Struktur sowie die maßgeblichen Aspekte dieser Rechtsfigur näher untersucht. Aufbauend auf diesen Erkenntnissen widmet sich die Arbeit anschließend der Frage, ob und inwieweit die Erweiterte Kollektive Lizenz im Einklang mit höherrangigem Recht in Deutschland und Europa in Zukunft nutzbar gemacht werden könnte. Gerade an der Nahtstelle von Exklusivität und Kollektivierung vermag das Modell in bestimmten Bereichen den erforderlichen Interessenausgleich im Urheberrecht zu gewährleisten.

Pristava in Bled belongs among those archaeological sites which, in the extent and inter-connectedness of the information they provide, represent a pattern in which numerous general processes are ...revealed. In solving the puzzle of Pristava, we are also to a great extent settling altogether the generally unresolved problems of the Eastern Alps in the Early Middle Ages.Firstly, a taphonomic analysis of the settlement is presented. This is followed by a classification of the earthenware and its absolute dating. In order to do this, a completely new dating procedure was developed. Although by no means simple, it has nevertheless proved to be both applicable and successful. It is now generally available and of assistance to all.
