Avec notre thèse, nous voulons poser les fondements linguistiques et didactiques nécessaires à la future élaboration d’un programme ou d’une méthode en intercompréhension slave, en prenant l’exemple ...des langues slaves de l’ouest et du sud-ouest et en fournissant une analyse linguistique de trois langues : le tchèque, le slovène et le croate. Dans notre travail, nous cherchons principalement à fournir deux éléments : - Une série d’hypothèses linguistiques ayant pour objectif de déterminer les points à enseigner dans une méthode d’intercompréhension concernant le tchèque, le slovène et le croate ;- Une présentation de programmes et de supports en didactique de l’intercompréhension réalisés et testés dans le cadre de notre cursus.Dans notre travail, nous constatons que la didactique de l’intercompréhension slave diffère en de nombreux points avec les apprentissages classiques. Dans le cas de l’intercompréhension, de nombreux points normalement lourds et complexes à maîtriser peuvent n’être que survolés. Grâce à nos analyses, tant sur le plan linguistique que didactique, nous avons pu fournir une réflexion sur l’une des formes que pourra prendre une formation en intercompréhension slave dans le futur. Nous préconisons particulièrement l’utilisation de ressources en ligne, via, par exemple, le site www.rozrazum.eu, développé dans le cadre de cette thèse afin de tester des activités respectant la méthodologie proposée par Eurom 5 (Bonvino et al. 2001). Ce site pourra servir, dans un premier temps, de plate-forme de test et de mise au point d’approches didactiques, tout en étant fonctionnel, et donc disponible à un public d’apprenants.
With our thesis, we intend to lay out the linguistic and didactic foundations necessary for the future elaboration of a program or a method in Slavic intercomprehension by taking the example of the Western and the South-Western Slavic languages and in providing a linguistic analysis of three languages: Czech, Slovene and Croatian.In our work, we seek mainly to provide two elements:- A series of linguistic hypotheses aimed at determining the points to be taught in an intercomprehension method concerning Czech, Slovene and Croatian;- A presentation of programs and support in intercomprehension didactics realized and tested as part of our curriculum.In our work, we find that the didactics of Slavic intercomprehension differs in many ways from classical learning. In the case of intercomprehension, many points that are normally heavy and complex to master may be only passed through quickly.Thanks to our linguistical and didactical analyzes, we have been able to provide a reflection on one of the forms that Slavic intercomprehension formation can take in the future. We particularly recommend the use of online resources, for example via the website www.rozrazum.eu, developed as a part of this thesis to test activities following the methodology made for Eurom 5 (Bonvino et al., 2001). This website can initially be used as a test and development platform for didactical approaches, while being functional, and therefore available to a public of learners.
This work deals with the morpho-syntactic expansions which occur in translation from English into Slovenian, proceeding from the assumption that such expansions are the most common, "prototypical" ...response of the translator when faced by an original containing grammatically complex structures.
Slovene has been increasing its importance after the inclusion among the European Union languages in 2004. Slovene language has been, as well as Slovene culture, one of major attributes of the ...Slovene nation before its independence in 1991. The language norm has represented a barrier against more powerful languages within the same state, German and Serbo-Croatian. It is also a language that grew through translations. The translation norm can exist independently of the language norm. We present a brief overview of translation of political and legal texts with regards to the changes in normativity that occurred from the beginning of translating for the European Union at the adhesion period at its end in 2004 when Slovenia joined the EU as well as nowadays. Our research consists on a document and intern translation norms analysis.
Le Slovène a gagné du terrain avec son inclusion parmi les langues officielles de l'Union européenne en 2004. La langue Slovène qui était, avant l'indépendance de la Slovénie en 1991, avec la culture Slovène, l'attribut majeur de la nation, a toujours été normalisée. La norme représentait un rempart contre les assauts des langues d'État plus puissantes, notamment l'allemand et le serbo-croate. C'est aussi une langue qui s'est formée à partir des traductions. Mais la norme en traduction peut exister indépendamment de la norme en langue. Cet article présente un parcours de la traduction des textes politiques, juridiques et administratifs de l'Union européenne avec la prise en compte des changements dans la normalisation des débuts de la traduction pour l'EU pendant la période d'adhésion jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Notre recherche est fondée sur l'analyse de documents ainsi que sur les normes internes des traducteurs.

This article presents the specific approaches required for the treatment of a minor, at the time relatively unknown, Slavic language in the Slovene grammar Arcticae horulae succisivae de ...Latinocarniolana literatura (1584). It was necessary to include in the work not only a grammatical description of the language, but also a justification of such a description and an account of the language's usefulness and expressive power. The article focuses on the following characteristics of the work: (1) the emphasis on the wide distribution, antiquity and social importance of the language in the preface (Praefatiuncula); (2) the attempt to enhance the "usefulness" of the work by inserting a chapter on the orthographies of Slavic languages in tabular form; (3) the adaptation of the vernacular language to the Latin grammar model. Heritage valorization and territorial dynamics around an emblematic karstic site : the polje of Cerknica (Slovenia)
Centered on the polje of Cerknica (Slovenia), this paper proposes a sociogeographic ...approach of a karstic site considered as emblematic. We will deal with the question in which measure the site of Cerknica is marked by construction works as opposed to the heritage valorization of its physical, faunistic and floristic characteristics.
In fact, the polje of Cerknica is emblematic in many points of view ! It became a scientific curiosity already in early times. From the XVIth century, the functioning of its temporary lake raises questions to the European scientific community, which tries to explain the mystery of the lake of Cerknica. This fascination for the polje of Cerknica contributed gradually to the perception as «haut lieu» of Slovenian and paneuropean karstic landscapes.
At the same time, the polje of Cerknica became the heart of the local life space : the seasonal variations of the waterlevel allow the inhabitants of the neighborhood to satisfy their needs. Therefore, the polje of Cerknica also became emblematic because of the complementarity of the economic activities which it allows.
This atypical dimension can be found again while reading about the oversized projects of development conceived for the polje : dewatering for the needs of agriculture, permanent lake to produce hydro-electricity or to build a tourist complex, are only some of the many projects which marked the XXth century and contributed to highlight the features of this karstic site.
Scientific curiosity, place of resource for the local populations, object of economic greeds, the polje is today marked by heritage valorization. The creation of a regional park allows the local stakeholders to assert their legitimations, to mark their territory and to think about their future in terms of sustainable development.
Centré sur le poljé de Cerknica (Slovénie), cet article propose une approche sociogéographique d'un site karstique considéré à bien des égards comme emblématique. De manière effective, il s'agira ici de mesurer dans quelle mesure le site de Cerknica est aujourd'hui marqué par des jeux de construction territoriale via la valorisation patrimoniale de ses caractéristiques physiques, faunistiques et floristiques.
Emblématique, le poljé de Cerknica l'est, en effet, à plus d'un titre ! De manière relativement précoce, celui-ci devient une curiosité scientifique remarquée. Dès le XVIème siècle, son fonctionnement de lac temporaire interroge la communauté scientifique européenne, laquelle cherche à expliquer le mystère du lac de Cerknica. Dans le même temps, le poljé de Cerknica s'inscrit au cœur de l'espace de vie locale : au fil des saisons, les variations du niveau d'eau du poljé permettent, en effet, aux habitants des environs de satisfaire leurs besoins, devenant en cela un lieu emblématique local. Cette dimension atypique se retrouve à la lecture des projets d'aménagements pharaoniques que le poljé a suscité, lesquels ont marqué le XXème siècle et ont contribué à mettre en exergue les particularités de ce site karstique. Curiosité scientifique, lieu de ressource pour les populations locales, objet de convoitises économiques, celui-ci est aujourd'hui marqué par des logiques de valorisation patrimoniale originales. Prenant la forme d'un parc régional, celles-ci permettent aux acteurs locaux d'asseoir leur légitimité, de marquer leur territoire et de penser leur devenir en terme de développement durable.
