The results of this study aim to see the role of multiball how much it increases backhand stroke skills in table tennis and how the role of multiball exercises is to improve backhand stroke skills in ...table tennis games. The research was conducted by random sampling to a population of all Sparta athletes, totaling 45 people. Data collection using the method of test and measurement techniques. The test instrument used is multiball to determine the effect of multiball training. The variables in this study include Multiball as the independent variable, as well as improving backhand skills as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis through the SPSS.22 program with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05)The results of the research analysis show that: (1) multiball training is proven to increase backhand shots with a contribution of 64.5%;(2) The multiball training group has a greater effect on increasing backhand strokes than the control with an increase in out shuffle-plyo push ups of 12.85% of the average pretest carried out before treatment with an average posttest, while for the control it is only 3.9 % of the average pretest and posttest scores.
A teaching program that is very important for the physical health of students, especially through directing them to carry out sports activities physically and mentally. Purpose: The presente study aims to explore the existingbibliography on visual skills and visual movements in tennisplayers.Method: We searched the Scopus, SPORTDiscus, PubMedand Google Scholar ...databases, which allowed us to select 37empirical studies carried out with a quantitative method. The choice of the studies responded to the criteriaestablished around the Keywords, the subject of the studyand the research methodology. Results: The results are organized into three central topics:(a) Antecedents of visual skills in the 20th century, (b) 21stcentury: Role of saccadic movements, and (c) Reflections onthe tennis feat and saccadic movements. Conclusions: Throughout several decades of researchand monitoring of the “vision and sport” approach infield tennis, specifically in the visual movements betweenfixations and saccadic movements, differential levels oftennis performance can be identified with the potential tobe indicators of better sports performance. Given that thetools used so far in this discipline for the selection and/orevaluation processes are not determinant, due to being amultifactorial sport discipline of perceptual-motor order andopen skills, it is suggested that visual skills may be essentialfor the acquisition of a high competitive level. This aspectraises an interesting line of research that deserves furtherexploration in the future.

The success of the learning process depends on the educator, where an educator plays an important role in the learning process. The learning paradigm so far considers the learning process only ...centered on educators. Along with the development of the world of education, this paradigm changes to a learning process that is no longer teacher-centered, but student-centered. One way to solve this problem is to use instructional media that are appropriate to the characteristics of students. This study aims to determine the effect of learning media on the learning outcomes of forehand strokes in table tennis games. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental research with one group pretest posttest design. The population used in this study were students in MTS Sunan Giri class VIII the sample used was 36 students. The research will be conducted 4 times. The data collection technique used was a table tennis forehand test. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, normality test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the hypothesis test were 0.00, which means <0.05. Through these results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of learning media on the learning outcomes of forehand strokes in table tennis games.
