The crisis state of society at the beginning of the 21st century is increasingly described as chaos. At the same time, the desire of people to theatricalization of many types of their activities ...remains unchanged. This gives grounds to consider the theatricality of being as a sociocultural constant, immanently inherent in humanity. The fact that it persists even during periods of cardinal changes, social transformations, civilizational shifts, breaking cultural stereotypes, destruction of traditional institutions and discreditation of established ideals can be explained by the fact that theatricalization of life allows people to cope with sociopsychological discomfort and existential fears, caused by the feeling of total chaos. At the same time, people are faced with the problem of increasingly complex self-identification, which is largely facilitated by the ideas of transhumanism, which actively shatter the already weak notions of what a human being is. One of the approaches to solving this scientific problem is proposed to consider human activity in the context of theatricality of being.
The purpose of the article is to comprehend the practice of theatricalization of various types of human activity in the context of the ideas of transhumanism. The methodological strategy of this research is based on the concept of theatricality of socio-communicative manifestations of culture. Analysis of the theoretical material showed that in the conditions of transhumanism, the development of criteria that make it possible to determine whether a human is still a human or has already turned into something else becomes an urgent task. One of these markers is proposed to consider the desire of a human to theatricalization of various types of their activities. Being one of the sociocultural constants immanently inherent in humanity, theatricality will be present in people's lives as long as they remain human, as long as they feel the need to articulate their social communication.
Le transhumanisme et le posthumanisme ont remis en question le rôle des sciences humaines. Alors que le transhumanisme abandonne le projet humaniste pour celui de l'amélioration génétique humaine, le ...posthumanisme reprend la critique pour démanteler les dualismes. Cet article soutient que, loin d'abandonner la critique, l'imagination critique est nécessaire, c'est-à-dire une critique qui, au lieu de nous conduire à la vérité pour dénigrer les autres, nous invite à une rencontre avec d'autres personnes et groupes dans le but d'apprendre d'eux et de parvenir collectivement à un accord par le biais d'un désaccord. L'imagination critique repose sur cinq principes : l'indétermination, l'historicité, l'ignorance, la pluralité et la résistance. Sloterdijk s'oppose à l'indétermination ontologique. Contre Braidotti, on affirme qu'il existe une dualité homme/machine qui n'a pas été vaincue. Cette dualité est historique et fonctionne encore aujourd'hui. Elle s'exprime dans la construction anthropologique de l'homo faber avec la révolution scientifique du 17ème siècle et de l'homo loquaris avec la Renaissance italienne du 15ème siècle. On soutient qu'il est nécessaire d'engager un dialogue entre ces dimensions anthropologiques, mais qu'elles se disputeront dans une culture interdisciplinaire et animée par l'humilité et la recherche de la justice envers les plus défavorisés.
This paper builds its arguments on the (re)interpretation of ‘human’ and its entanglements with nonhumans in the digital age. Since the concept of humanness has prominently transformed into something ...innovative because of immense improvements in science and technology, and thereby society, terms such as human, nonhuman, posthuman, and transhuman including cyborgs, have emerged as concepts that require to be reinterpreted in the digital age. In a planet where cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, 5G technology, autonomous vehicles, quantum computers, genetic engineering, edge computing, microchips, green tech, and hydrogen fuel cells are commonly regarded as innovative inventions of the 21st century, the positions of humans are decentralized and displaced from centralized to more peripheric spheres. Beginning from anthropocentrism, broadly defined as a thought process that makes humans the primary measure of everything, this paper exposes the (trans)formation of humans from anthropocentricism to posthumanism and paradoxically from posthumanism to transhumanism by drawing upon the philosophical discussions of Donna Haraway, Rosi Braidotti, Cary Wolfe, Francesca Ferrando. By interrogating the socio-cultural existence of humans through epistemological and ontological viewpoints, this paper attempts to (re)define the place of humans in the digital age with a focus on the relationship between human and nonhuman beings and their entanglements.

No obstante que detrás de ...esta propuesta hay objetivos razonables, como por ejemplo evitar un daño terminal a la humanidad completa, ella parece fallar por la ambigüedad de base con que se alude a la moralidad humana y, en consecuencia, a las mejoras morales perseguidas. Este trabajo pretende mostrar dicha ambigüedad a partir de dos fuentes que la explican, que se propone denominar déficit de totalidad y déficit de libertad.

En la actualidad, el paradigma del diseño y la construcción de la vivienda es abordado bajo esquemas de análisis económicos y medio ambientales. Sin embargo, esta temática tiene riesgos fundamentales, tales como la identificación del origen de la problemática en aspectos esenciales como la concepción del habitar y la manera en la que esta acción conforma los espacios y los sistemas de intervención y apropiación del ambiente. La pandemia producto del brote covid-19 ha generado circunstancias en las que el confinamiento y las normativas de distanciamiento social han evidenciado las limitantes del paradigma actual en muchos aspectos, particularmente uno de los más importantes: el diseño de viviendas. El presente artículo pretende explorar y analizar el paradigma moderno de la vivienda, así como las problemáticas que han emergido durante la pandemia, y presentar un nuevo paradigma basado en la implantación de enfoques que buscan explorar opciones para redefinir la condición humana a través del conocimiento y la tecnología mediante el transhumanismo, planteado aquí como una alternativa para superar las limitantes y perjuicios de la era moderna; así como evitar la búsqueda de absolutos utilitarios en el campo de la construcción del habitar humano.
La pandemia de la covid-19 ha puesto de manifiesto una vulnerabilidad parcialmente olvidada. Este período tan hostil nos ha hecho ser más conscientes de la finitud de nuestra vida y de los peligros a ...los que estamos expuestos por ser el organismo biológico que somos. Ante tal panorama, el transhumanismo ha aprovechado la coyuntura para proclamar, con más fuerza que nunca, los beneficios que tendría la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías en el propio ser humano. Sin embargo, al mismo tiempo, los detractores de este movimiento han señalado, con la misma intensidad, cómo la pandemia ha debilitado muchas de sus promesas. Nosotros mostramos cómo tanto los primeros como los segundos siguen manteniendo posiciones radicalmente distintas en torno a qué se debe hacer con respecto a la vulnerabilidad, pero ambos han visto la oportunidad en esta pandemia para iluminar cuál debe ser la dirección correcta para el futuro de nuestra especie. Este acontecimiento, no afincado en los terrenos de ciencia-ficción, puede llegar a ser decisivo para repensar los grandes retos que (aún) nos esperan.

This in order to unveil the close relationship that exists between the moral dimension of man - the question of what should I do - and the recognition of his finitude, of his becoming, as a being that forms his own narrative in the world.
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito el análisis del papel de la moral en una de las promesas más grandes profesadas por el transhumanismo, la promesa por la inmortalidad humana. Dicho propósito se llevará a cabo mediante la interpretación del breve cuento: El inmortal del literato Jorge Luis Borges. Esto con el fin de develar la estrecha relación que existe entre la dimensión moral del hombre – la pregunta por el qué debo hacer – y el reconocimiento de su finitud, de su devenir, como ser que va formando su propia narrativa en el mundo.
